After I realized my most comfortable, best fitting 38JJ - Elomi » Lottie Plunge Bra (4180) cut in to the top of my breasts on larger days and sometimes I needed an extender when I was bloated even after 6 months of wear (that band has not worn out at all!) I decided I needed the next size up. Of course that and the Maya were sold out so I got the latest in the same shape, the Jodi, in 40JJ.

Besides the wide wires and some poking in the armpit, the fit is perfect. No cutting in/quadding. As I will replace the ... wires with smaller ones to match my omega shape needs I'm not concerned about the wire fit. The fit is essentially full coverage on me because of my short short roots and in this case I like it. I feel quite contained. The band is firm and feels great. The mesh is really sturdy. I love the shape I get as well. Projected and rounded.

The fabric is really special: soft, silky, but firm and an unusual print they call Velvet but which looks more like microbes under a microscope to me. It is cobalt and turquoise on a black background. Black lace that mirrors the pattern tops it off. It is more delicate than the Lottie lace but still supportive. The gore decoration is a beautiful jewel. All in all, the feel, fit, and look is superb.

Edit: I changed out the wires to some 30HH Panache wires a few weeks ago. I wore this bra for 12 hours today and forgot to take it off. I actually forgot I was wearing a bra!!!! First time for me after 150 bras.

Looks great on you! Makes me want to jump back on the elomi train even though i’ve never been able to find one that works for me yet.

The immediate projection is amazing! Wow! Congratulations!!

ennakym even though the fit of Curvy Kate is better I get such better support and comfort from Elomi. They are just made to support heavy breasts. If only they also were made for an omega shape!

Love4Pollinators thanks! It's already feeling good. Very little slipping. I've got narrower, shorter wires in already and now that I'm not being stabbed in the armpit I'm feeling very good about this purchase!

    • Wonderful!! I continue to seriously consider an Elomi purchase, but these are not inexpensive bras.

Yay, I’m so glad you got it and like it!

Loulouliza thanks so much for your help!

Love4Pollinators I know. Even GB 🇬🇧 prices are similar. However my other Elomi bra (Lottie) I wore almost every day this summer, it went without washing when we were out of water, and I moved, dug up tomato plants in 100 degree weather, and went to 12 hour festivals in it comfortably. So it was worth it to me.

I know! And the band is barely stretched. I've washed it in hot water (I know, bad) because I sweated so much in it this summer and it held up really well.

I just hope the band will hold up on this one as it is mesh rather than the thicker fabric of Lottie.
