    Used to fit

    I FINALLY got around to ordering my closest fit in a cup size down, and it’s a unicorn!!! I have the most impossible breasts to find bras for, I swear, but this bra is magical.

    Proper positioning is critical for this bra. You need to scoop and swoop, and then you also need to shake your breast into place in the cup and smooth any inner and top quadding under the top of the cup. But once you do that, it should stay perfectly in place!

    I’m just shocked to finally have a bra that’s projected enough in the right place, perfectly fits my high-set Nike Swoosh roots, tacks perfectly despite my very close set breasts, AND supports my soft, inner full, semi-Omega-shaped tissue. It feels comfortable and supports me well even without the J hook. I can’t believe how freaking good it looks, either. I can’t believe I finally found a unicorn without making a single alteration!

    Didn't fit

    The only reason I listed comfort as good and not excellent is because I've only worn this bra for about 12 hours or so and it's a noticeably different feel than my other Matildas in different sizes. It's not uncomfortable but definitely different and that probably just comes down to shape changes. I think it looks like a pretty damn good fit and it sure as hell holds me in well. The construction is great as always and I love the adjustability of the straps. I'm really hoping this one works out well long term because it's a gorgeous bra.

      you have to be careful with elomi. My elomi bra started falling apart after 2 wears. I find that they are pretty low-quality for the price.

      My Matildas lasted a long time, several washed in gentle cycle. I would complain to them about that, that is not normal. They might not be the best quality but should not fall apart after 2 wears!

      alisa to be fair, I bought it off of eBay "new without tags." It looked new when I got it, but it did not have a tag.

      Could it have been worn a bit before I tried it on myself? I suppose so, I mean, someone did remove the tag already. The issue I had was with the fastener in the back - it got stretched out so quickly, and I normally wear all of my Polish brands super tight in the band, so Elomi should have been able to hold up when I was wearing 32 bands, but perhaps I received a dud. or a bra that had already been worn a bit.

    • BraOdyssey I kinda misunderstood then.I thought it means "fell apart" as in the wire came out or something super dramatic.
      Matilda band is not firm and stretches out easily. I have 32GG and it's slightly big, but I wear 34 in everything else. Also sometimes on ebay they sell "factory seconds" bras that were not good enough to be sold regularly but often have no obvious flaws. Or it has been worn and was returned.

    Hasn't set fit

    When I first purchased this bra, it fit like a dream. This was my first purchase of this size after getting fitted in a boutique bra shop in the US (I am a US based bra shopper/wearer). It fit wonderfully for a couple years, and in that time I purchased a bunch of this model I'm other colors. Now, while the band fits, though it is stretched enough on all of the bras to go to the second hook, the cup is too small and I am spilling out on top so I have to shop for a new size. If this comes in my new size, I will certainly purchase a couple! It has been very comfortable, good lift, nice shape, no digging in anywhere.

    Didn't fit

    This isn’t my first rodeo with Elomi Matilda.

    There’s not a lot more I want to say about it.

    This particular size is too small, the gore doesn’t tack. The pictures look better than how it really fit—I ended up doing some adjustments and it had me quadding on my larger side. I think Matilda may be a shape mismatch for me now.
