Me: Need the width of ~30HH Panache wires but a 38 band and a JJ cup depth. Whee! I'm super omega shaped! Obviously I'm quite projected, my roots are only about 4 inches tall, and my breasts touch at a little less than 3 inches up my midline. So essentially, I have long breasts. Full on top, high set, close set. Basically I am a walking fit problem.

So this bra is pretty great for me. I need to replace the wires, but you know me, I do that all the time ... anyway. The depth is just about right. The stretch lace adds some room. Like most Elomis, this one has the depth of a 38JJ Panache or Curvy Kate bra. The wires started molding to my body and bending back as soon as I tried it on. That's an Elomi characteristic. I don't like it, but since I'm replacing the wires anyway, whatever.

I like the coverage of this bra. It's nearly full coverage on me. As you can see, most of my tissue is encapsulated within the bra. I will always have that gap there at the strap due to my short omega roots. If I get more lift, my breasts actually fold over my chest, which is pretty ugly. The lift is about the max I can take without the folding. I think there is enough room at the bottom and enough projection, which is necessary for me. On a woman with taller roots/lower set boobs, it might be more plunging and give less coverage, but for me it acts as a full coverage bra, not a plunge. Which is typical for me. Comexim makes the only bra I would actually call a plunge on me. The Maya is elasticized at the top which does cut in a tiny bit, but I don't mind. In 38JJ - Elomi » Maya Plunge Bra (4210) the lace was not taut and didn't shape as well. When I change out the wires I will also get a bit more depth to the front which will probably be perfect.

At first the band was very tight, but after one wear it loosened quite a bit. Measurements were taken after I put on the band, so it probably measured closer to 38 when I first tried it. My underbust measurements vacillate between 38 and 40 so it's perfect.

I started wearing Elomi when I first started wearing the correct band/cup size, and I loved the comfortable fabric right away. My recent forays into Elomi resulted in nasty fabrics: 42H - Elomi » Portia Plunge Bra (4150) 40HH - Elomi » Kiki Plunge (4200) 40H - Elomi » Anushka Plunge Bra (4061) 40H - Elomi » Carmen Plunge Bra (4010) were all pretty horrible feeling. The satiny fabric of this bra reminds me of my beloved elderly Rita (HOT PINK!) in 40GG that I still own and wish I could wear. The lace is also soft and does not itch.

I LOVE the bow with its bird charm. I love birds and the charm is amazing. Love that Elomi puts that much detail into its bras. The print is a little kitchy for me. Ditsy florals aren't really it. The pink is definitely pink, not peachy or softly pink, but a bright pink. I'm not super down with it, but I need a bra. It also shows up a lot under clothing. I like the 36JJ - Elomi » Lottie Plunge Bra (4180) better for its pattern and color (a more peachy color and even the printed bra blends into my skin color pretty well). I will probably buy the Lottie on ebay in 38J as well. After growing a cup size or two since December, I really need bras that don't hurt my IMF or sag. I'm hoping this will be one. I'll update when I've worn it a bit more.
