It seems that Elomi is now making bras with uncomfortable fabric. This bra is made of a plasticky laminate that feels like canvas. It's quite durable and provides great lift. However it feels gross. The band is a nice comfortable Elomi band, although my experiment with this bra to see if I needed to size up in band or cup or both at this point led me to buy a 42 band which stretches to 45 inches. I don't need a band that big, and I feel comfortable saying I am definitely a 40 band still. The bottom of the cup is ... not projected enough and I get wrinkling at the side of the bra and quadding at the top, so this is obviously a shape issue. I probably still fit a 40H in Elomi, although a 40HH might also work.
This bra suffers from all the usual Elomi problems: it's too shallow at the base, is built for women who have average to tall, average to wide roots, and is super pointy. I've yet to meet an Elomi made for FOT wearers, and that's why I get quadding at the top edge of the cup where there is a bit of elastic. Like all Elomi bras the gore is wide and isn't great for center full or close breasts. To me this is not a plunge bra, either, with a 3.5 inch gore. The 40H - Elomi » Carmen Plunge Bra (4010) was way more plunging on me, but also suffers from fabric troubles. The wires are unusually firm for Elomi. They almost feel like Panache wires and are quite U shaped. The apex is quite high and points up rather than out so I get rocket boob in this, a lot like the 38J - Panache » Thea Balconnet Bra (9261).
I thought I would like this colorway but the pops of neon green make it less classy. There's not a lot about this bra I like, sadly.

Great review even though it does not work for you! What is up with the band stretching so much? 👎 I do not care for the color either. Elomi I used to watch but have stopped. Like you say their fabric is lacking for the prices of their bras!
