  1. Matilda Plunge Bra (8900)

Update 3: 36GG is my unicorn bra!!!!

Update 2: I believe this is actually somehow a band size and cup size too big. I will try it in 36GG, though it may not have quite enough projection at that size. Thankfully, the J-hook helps tremendously in keeping the wire in my IMF and pulling in the slightly too-wide side wires. I may also replace the underwires with narrower ones and take in the band some.

Update: It definitely does fit, but I haven't been able to get past the pain of wearing it all day. The material covering the bottom wires is so painful when it's not J-hooked, but it ... hurts my neck to wear it J-hooked all day. I tried it in 36HH and it was massive on me, so I guess 38GG/36H is my real fit.

    Make sure to J-hook it!!!

I normally wear a 36J (UK), so I was stunned to fit into a 38GG. In truth, a 36HH would probably be perfection—the cup is just a little snug, and I'm wearing it on the tightest hook, but I plan to lose weight soon and I was pretty desperate for any bra that fit, so it's fine. And this bra looks **freaking amazing**!

The Matilda was definitely my favorite of the ones I tried (thought that was a fairly low bar) and I kept putting it back on, but I was concerned by the extra space between the strap and the armpits. And that's when the lady helping me said, "Oh, that's because it's meant to be J-hooked." And then she hooked it.

    Oh. My. God.

Fireworks. Cartoon hearts beating out of chests. Choruses of baby angels holding baby kittens.

Needless to say, I immediately bought it. I have tried a lot of bras, and none of them have ever felt as comfortable nor looked as sexy as this one once it was J-hooked. I have to do a bit of tucking and might take in the gore a bit just because I'm so close-set, but even without that it's really, really good. Lots of projection, albeit not quite as immediate as I prefer, nice narrow-ish wires and a lot of depth. It's a lot more comfortable than most bras once it's J-hooked, because the weight gets distributed differently. It requires a little scooping and shifting, but I'm amazed. Even in a plain nude, it looks so sexy and stunning without being frilly. This bra was $73, twice as much as my second most-expensive bra ever, but it was worth every penny of it so far! I'm so relieved to have a bra, any bra, that fits. And have I mentioned this one looks sexy as heck?

Well, this one was a surprise. It was the single bra close to my size at Nordstrom Rack. It was $10. I've never had any luck with a molded bra before. And I've wanted the Bijou Flirt since it came out.

So I was shocked that it actually fit pretty darn well! It's not perfect, but it's the closest I've come in a while. The gore is wide, but it's low enough to not really matter. It's a good width. The band is closer to being TTS than the measurements indicate, due to having four hooks instead of three. The bottom of the cup is too shallow for me, but I don't actually see much cup collapsing and it stays close enough to my IMF that it's still comfortable. And I love the criss-cross straps. It does mean that it will be visible under low-cut shirts, but that's fine for me.

    I'm quite happy with this.

This is the first bra I have worn in years that I could find in my size. I have been wearing the wrong size bra for months (40D) with boob spillage and band sliding. The lace sides add structure, the straps are wide and stretchy enough to support, and the band is wide and extremely supportive. I'm not used to wearing lace and sometimes I find it a bit pokey on my skin, but it gives so much support that I don't care. It's not the sexiest bra in the world, but the quality is excellent in that the band stays in place without rolling and my boobs barely jiggle at all.

Was my favorite of the Elomis I tried but still not the right fit for me.

    Pros:
    *Smooth fabric
*Stretch lace was forgiving for one breast being slightly larger
*Stretch lace placement of being on the inner cup was ideal for my center full breasts
*Low gore felt less pokey than higher gore styles on my close-set breasts
*Band felt firm but comfy with the felted fabric along the top and bottom
    *Third hook added extra support
*My underarm was NOT jabbed- a common problem for me
****The shaping was PHENOMENAL-taking my breast tissue from sliding under my arms to gathering it front and center- I felt the difference in not having to swoop my arm ... AROUND breast tissue when raising my arms in front of me; the firm side support felt wonderful and not restrictive at all- this is probably my favorite feature of this bra and why I am so disappointed I can't seem to get the right fit in it!***

    Cons
*Why the ugly geometric print on the cups?
*Underwires slipped down and left marks on my ribs
*Could use more padding on the gore wires

Fits well. I had to size down one cup size. The underwire is pretty flexible so the cup is wider when worn then measured.

Gaped to much at the top of my breasts. *Maybe* might be worth a try in 38G instead of 38GG, but may fit the same.

This bra is my best fit so far (now that I've gone up about a cup size). It is pretty comfortable. I can't remember feeling so secure in a bra. It is comfortable after 8 hours of wear and doesn't feel like it's digging in. The band is snug but not painful, the shoulder straps just the right length and I can wear it all day with ease. I recently went to a bra boutique to get re-sized and this was the bra I walked out with. It's a good T-shirt bra that you can wear everyday and has a nice, subtle embellishment with the lace at the ... side. I got the black colorway with the grey and black lace trim.

My only issue with the bra is that since it's wide in the cup, it tends to distribute my breasts differently, so they don't seem as rounded as they do in my Freya bras (which give a really nice round shape). I would recommend the Amelia if you want a comfortable, serviceable, every-day bra that holds the girls securely and isn't overly plain. If you like the "orange-in-a-glass" or "cupcake-on-a-plate" look, this bra won't give you as much of a rounded, front and center projection as some other brands will. The shape is more east-west than my Freya bras. I feel like it minimizes rather than projects.

Overall, it's a great, basic bra that you can wear with most of your wardrobe. I bought it because I was starting to have back pain from the new cup size and this bra really helps to minimize the discomfort in my back, so I'd also recommend it for anyone with large breasts who needs a bra that will give really good support.

If it helps, these were my measurements when I got this bra: http://bra.pe/QHhG/

This was my first attempt at finding a bra that fits me properly (/r/abrathatfits). The gore tacked. I didn't fill out the top of the cups. It felt overall too tall. The underwires and wings poked under my arms and because of that, my arm hanging at my side or moving would push the wires out of my IMF. The mesh on the gore was a little scratchy. I'm returning this bra since it didn't fit.

  9. Elomi Priya (EL4550)

This is the first bra that has fit in years and is currently the only one.
The gore sits a bit high and presses into my chest. It can be uncomfortable at the end of the day, but it is excellent compared to every other bra I have tried.
I originally bought a size 38G, but when I got home, there was major quad boob. So I exchanged it for a 38GG. At the top, where the cup meets the strap, there is a gap, which occurs with every bra and bralette. 38G is too small, so a small 'crack' is better.
I know this is a long list of 'not a con,' so maybe my expectations are low, but I've also tried on probably 100+ bras by age 22.
Be aware that the applique texture can be apparent through a thin shirt. I like the design; it reminds me of a butterfly. I wish it came in a beige-nude color.

This bra fits great. I own it in two colors. The pattern and the flowers are cute. It fits very similar to my elomi valentina. My only complaint is the fabric choice- It is a little scratchy. I wear it less often because of that.

The cup is too small and shallow. It gives me some significant quadboob at this size, even the stretchy lace, isn't enough to enclose the top of the breast.

It definitely looks like a grandma bra but a little cuter, but fit is what I was looking for. The black color seems to run small as the 38gg (nude) and 38h (black) fit the same. When I first started wearing it it felt uncomfortable as in like restricted arm movement for some reason, now its better and I think its currently boobs restricting some arm movement and the bra is fine. Also I'm wearing 1 cup size too small because of the thing with the color and I needed a bra immediately so I choose the best of the two and the black was too stiff.

Material is comfy, color is pretty. Gives a nice shape over clothing. But after four hours I want to take it off. The band bothers me but not sure why. Also the extra material at thr bottom of the cup makes me wonder if it’s too big?

This is a very sexy, exquisitely detailed bra. It's nice to have a beautiful plunge bra for larger cup sizes, I only wish the range extended beyond GG cups. My breasts have increased several cup sizes since purchasing this, and absolutely will not fit into this bra anymore. Very sad, because it made me feel so gorgeous! I recall finding the band a little tight when I first received it though, so I probably wouldn't wear it for more than a few hours.

At first this bra would bug me on my left side. (pokey after a few hours of wear) However, after pushing the underwires as far up into the underarm part of the wire channel, this stopped being an issue. Seems like I should stitch them down so they don't ride back up into the center gore. Overall the bra fits great. The only thing I am not a fan of is the slight football shape it gives me. I have heard this can be a symptom of a slightly too small cup. This bra isn't near as cute in the larger size as the smaller ones pictured on the models. Though not perfect, it is a keeper!

*Edit* After purchasing a perfectly fitting cleo lucy in 38HH, I am fairly certain the cups are too small in this bra, hence the football shape. I may sell this one after all.
