The cup material is quite firm and offers good support and a rounded, lifted, natural shape that is seamless but completely unlined. The wings are a very stretchy satin material, that I was able to go a size down on and still fit comfortably. Also, the E in the 30 fit better than the DD on the 32. Go figure.
