I am a long time big fan of the regular Enell sports bra , but i only realized this existed recently. I had a breast reduction 2 months ago, and you only can wear wireless front closing post op or sport bras after the surgery. I came across this bra when I was searching bras that fit that criteria. While the regular enell also a front closing wireless sports bra, but that would have been too harsh after the surgery. When I realized they have a lite version I ordered it immediately, and it did not disappoint.
It was perfect after the surgery offering just the right amount ... of support without being super compressive like the regular Enell would have been.

I had a large reduction with almost 3 kg(over 6 lb) tissue taken out, so I was not really sure the size I needed. I ordered this a few days after my surgery when my over-bust was around 42.5-43", so I was on the border between the size 2 and 3. I ordered the bigger one (size 3), which was good at the time becase I was swollen after the surgery and also my breast were super tender. Now that all the swelling went away, I do not quite fill out the cups and there is slight wrinkling. Because it is on the bigger side on me now, it doesn't provide enough support for real sports activity, but I will use it as a lounge bra. My over bust is 41" now and technically that is included in both the size 2 and it is the start of size 3, but I am definitely a size 2 now. Somehow my new breast shape is such that I generally need 1 cupsize smaller in all bras than the calculators say. Based on online calculators i am 34 FF (UK) now, but I actually only need 34F(UK) bras and depending on the style and time of the month, I may even fit 34E(UK ) ,which is 34DDD in US and Canada.
Anyway the sizing is quite accurate, but if you are between sizes go with the smaller size if you want more support.

As I needed this immediately, I ordered whatever was available on amazon with a 1 day delivery and that was this "Ecru" colour. But let's face it, this colour is ugly. I know generally the "nude" colours are not that aesthetically pleasing, but yikes. I had the regular enell bra in the ecru colour and that was actually nice .
So unless you this colour is the only available or it is much cheaper than the other ones, go with any other colour but this.

Otherwise, this is a very good sports bra that offers great support for something that is wireless. I have the regular enell bra for high impact activities because nothing (not even panache sport) beats that when it comes to control the bounce. But the regular enell feels a bit overkill for something like strength training, and also much higher closing so hard to wear under sleeveless tops. This is a much lower cut all around and I can wear it with sleveless sport top. I am going to order a size 2 in pink.

EDIT: Summary, The uplift is amazing for an unwired bra (at least for me, YMMV)- I've been wearing this bra all day on a Saturday as a lounge bra. So, it's really comfortable. The sizing is PERFECT for my frame. However, I could see people having trouble with the fit if they're REALLY PETITE OR REALLY TALL, as the straps are not adjustable. If you're average, you should be okay though.

I lost about 30 pounds in 6 months (on purpose, lol) and now I can fit into this bra I bought at the Breakout Bras Black Friday Sale almost three years ago! 3 YEARS AGO!!! In case ... you were wondering this is how I got a good deal on a brand that *never* (or, almost never) goes on sale. 1) Black Friday Sale at Breakout Bras (30% off) which I combined with 2) they had a "gift card deal" which I bought for myself (you can totally buy gift card deals for yourself, I do it all the time!) and then used the gift cards to buy these bras. Plus, I got free shipping - because I'm in Canada, shipping is often times an extra $20 or so!

All that being said, I just looked at the Enell website, and this exact bra is 20% off for October on the ENELL WEBSITE- only this color though, which is "Hope Pink." disclaimer: I'm actually not a shill for them. but I purposely like to review non-sponsored brands - i.e. the brands that are promoted by the lingerie marketing firm that runs ABraThatFits; out of curiosity, I just did a quick search for "Enell" on their forum, and Enell doesn't come up too much - which is too bad. Here is their fit recommendation https://enell.com/pages/find-your-fit and they even do custom if you don't fit into their sizes. So, a really good resource for some women (or bra wearers) that might be outside of the ready-to-wear sizes.

OUTSIDE OF SIZING, SALES, AND MARKETING I have other thoughts. I'm 5'7, if you're taller than me - or possibly if you have a lower breast root - you could encounter problems with the straps, which are not adjustable FYI. For me, I think the straps are *perfect* and I don't need an adjustment. If you need longer straps (or shorter, for that matter), you will have to go with their custom bras, if you wanna go with Enell. https://enell.com/pages/custom-fit

For no underwires, I'm really surprised at the shape in the ENELL LITE (I'll have to compare it to their other sports bra though - which I'm assuming is more compressed as it's a different pattern), it has pretty good uplift. I mean, it's not the same as a Polish bra (like Ewa Michalak or Comexim) where you have this amazing uplift, but for a sports bra, this is pretty good! This bra is just made for lighter sports - like yoga. I would not go jogging or do HIIT in this bra, for that I would chose their regular sports bra.

    • Hi, I'm thinking of trying this one, have you used it for jogging? did you get any bounce? and what size do you normally get in regular bras?

    • Hi, Bastet.
I don't do a ton of running, but have NEVER noticed any bounce-ouch in these bras. I'm a 36DDD/34G in most bras. But, I'd recommend using Enell's sizing charts.

      Good luck!

    • Thanks :) I'm still a bit unsure, some people have said they can barely breathe in it and that it squishes their boobs.. Did you find this too? And you don't feel any pain but do you have any visible bounce?
