The support in the middle is excellent. It makes my boobs very lifted and they sit entirely on the front of the body. (I love the slimming effect.) I think the band is true to size, or possibly a little tighter than avarage. The cup is roughly like a typcial 32F or 32FF, but I can't determine it precisely because the band is too large for me. It's a pretty and comfy bra. Half adjustable straps, but they could be made fully adjustable by removing the lace details.
