BM Kleks 60L
This is my third attempt at Kleks, just like with Antonina, with me trying it prior in 60K and 60KK. While the 60KK fit fine initially, my breasts went through a growth spurt that made all my bras suddenly too small and prompted me to order up a cup. While that growth spurt turned out to just be a temporary 4 week swelling spree, I’d already ordered this and several others in the larger size.
For measurements:
All measurements are taken prior to trying the bra on to insure no figure is obscured by the body. I also take all flat measurements before taking the stretched cup ... then band measurements for the same reason.
The band measures 22.5” and stretches to a max of 29”. It has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eye loops.
Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
This measurement is: 13.25”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
This measurement is: 16”
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.
The cup is 10.25” tall and 6” wide, the gore 0.55” wide and 4.25” tall, and the wing 4.75” tall.
To compare, Kleks in 60K had a depth of 15” and 10” tall, while 60KK was 15.5” depth and 10” tall.
This is the only model that had increased logically with size, haha.
As for fit, the gore sits just over 1.5 fingers off my sternum, and the strap feel too wide set. While the cups feel fine, this one feels like the largest of the 3 BMs I received though the depth measures the same as the Antonina and is actually shorter by ¾”. I am not sure how the construction varies from the other BMs, but it must in some way, as is reflected in the fit. I do get wrinkling on the upper portion of the cup on one side, as reflected in the photos. I will still wear this one, as the 60KK is too small in the cup now, and causes pain. Hopefully my breasts will go through another swelling spree and I can get a better fit with this one.
