BM La Gloria 60L
This is my second La Gloria, with my having it in 60KK as well. While the 60KK fit fine initially, my breasts went through a growth spurt that made all my bras suddenly too small and prompted me to order up a cup. While that growth spurt turned out to just be a temporary 4 week swelling spree, I’d already ordered this and several others in the larger size.
All measurements are taken prior to trying the bra on to insure no figure is obscured by the body. I also take all flat measurements before taking the stretched cup then band measurements for the same ... reason.
The band measures 22” and stretches to a max of 28”. It has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eye loops.
Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
This measurement is: 12.75”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
This measurement is: 15.5”
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.
Additional measurements-
Cup width is 6”, height is 10”, gore is 4.5” tall and 0.55” wide, with a 4.55” tall wing.
To compare, La Gloria in 60KK is 15.75” deep and 10” tall, so this is another that measures smaller than the 60KK equivalent in depth, but fits larger due to some unknown cup construction element. I can’t complain as long as it doesn’t cause any pain like the 60KK does.
As for fit, the gore sits 1.5 fingers off my sternum, but the cups feel good. The straps are too wide set, so they do offer some resistance against my arms, especially near where the cups connect to the straps. As with Antonina, this one gives a more pointed “natural” look, more so than I am used to and there isn’t much tension on the upper lace so I think it would be classified as technically too big, but as long as it’s comfortable I’m considering it as fit, especially since the 60KK is too small in the cup and painful. ☺

I think this looks great and I only see the pointy from one angle. I'm happy for you that the band isn't over 28" :)
