Finally, my Ewa Michalak order has arrived! I have previously tried two other EM bras that were too small, so I used them as a basis for ordering 60GG. The wires on a PL 60G were perfect, but they are a tiny bit too wide on this 60GG. I have an extremely narrow root, so there is nothing to be done about this. It's about one (of my tiny) finger's width too wide, but loads better than typical brands like freya, even!
This bra is absolutely gorgeous. I chose it because I LOVE red, and I wanted something a little prettier. You know, for those days where you just ... NEED to be wearing a gorgeous bra https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> This bra did NOT disappoint! The red material is actually kind of fake-halloween-costume looking, but the lace that covers it is beautiful. The red peeks through the lace in a really elegant way. The straps also have red ribbon and eyelet detailing, which is a nice touch. There is a lovely little gem attached at the gore. The band in the back is just plain black -- no problem there!
This bra comes with pads for asymmetry. I think I am one of the strange women who DOESN'T need asymmetry correction, so I tried the bra with both in and with both out. With both in, the band feels almost too tight, but that makes sense, as that would make the cup volume smaller. Without, the cups gape a teeny bit when I roll my shoulders forward, but standing normally, I fill it out completely.
Otherwise, it fits like a dream! The profile is very different than I am used to, very up-and-center shape. Even my PL in 60G didn't give such a dramatic shape. I only tried it with a t-shirt on, but I am sure it will look kick ass with an hourglassy-shape dress!
I do want to point out for those trying to figure out their EM size, I typically wear 28G in other brands. In my experience, the EM PLs run about a cup size small, depending on your breast shape/density.
