The 70F Ewa Michalak S Satine bra fits well without the removable pads. The center gore is 2.25" high, though. I've come to the sad conclusion that a center gore much higher than 1.5" is too high to be comfortable for my close set breasts on my petite frame.
At the recommendation of the Ewa Michalak product description, I sized up in the band to a 70 (UK 32). I have to fasten the bra on the tightest hooks. The band isn't loose on the loosest hooks. Rather, by fastening the 70F on the tightest hooks, I distort/stretch the wires wide enough to enclose my side tissue. (I can ... stretch the band to 30.5," but I stretch much harder than most people when measuring a bra.)
If I decide to put up with the center gore height, I will reorder this in a 65FF (UK 30FF) so I can fasten it on the loosest hooks. The wire width will be the same as in the 70F, but the wires will take up more of the total band length in the 65FF. I believe this would give me the same stretched out wire width while on the loosest hooks, making it a longer lived bra for my purposes. But I'm increasingly reluctant to wear center gores higher than 1.5" becuase of the bruising on my sternum.
The S Satine color is a nice alternative to the greenish, grayish beige that is so often sold as a "nude" in lingerie. Ewa Michalak describes this color as "cocoa beige," but in food terms I would describe it as a peachy sugar cookie. The S Satine is a clear, peachy beige color that works well on me as a nude. This is a good reason to rebuy it in a different size. I don't know whether to do that or wait for an EM plunge in this color, though.
Edited to add: I bought a whole bunch of Ewa Michalak 3D bras in 65F after I bought this S model in 70F. The 65F 3D bras all had center gores half an inch to 3/4" shorter than this S bra. In addition the 3D cups are lower coverage. Both characteristics suit me.
