So I've been dying for this bra ever since I saw it. The pattern is super cute. When I saw one listed here, I had to snag it even though it's a cup size too big. Figured I could just pad it if I needed to. Well thankfully, this works perfect as a "my boobs are swollen thanks to my period" bra. No gaping, though I'll have to see when I'm off of my monthly cycle.
I put this bra through my work test, like I do all my bras, and it failed for the same reason every S cut will end up failing it, my close set ... breasts! I wasn't sure if lack of projection was causing my soft tack or if I was in a slightly too small cup. Well it's apparent it's just too high of a gore to properly tack for me. Which is distressing, because I also have center full breasts so a plunge bra or one with a lowered gore, won't keep me contained through a day of bending and twisting.
Otherwise this is a great bra. Super comfy, cute design, light staining from the previous owner, but that's all aesthetics (plus it's on the inside of the band so NBD). I could feel my boobs just under my chin all day at work, so I know that they're staying right where they should. It's just unfortunate that the gore won't tack for me. I've been doing a fix of rolling up some toilet paper or paper towels and putting it at the bottom of the gore. It still digs in, but this prevents it from cutting me (like my grenatowa did).
Since I'm marking this as a bra adventure, if anyone has the matching panties in a 36-38 that they'd be willing to part with, I'd love you forever https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
