I love this bra! It’s a bit big in the cup so I have to wear it with the cookies, which feels like cheating, but I do love wearing it. My 60G/65FF EM bras are all too small in the cup now but my new 60GGs are a little big, so I guess what I need is a 60G 1/2.
This bra is a custom cut and size, as Wenecja is normally a BM style and 60 bands are custom order. The cup height (on this and the other 60GG CHP I custom ordered, review coming soon) is over a half inch higher than my other CHPs, which ...is annoying but doesn’t really affect me. The band is pretty TTS for an EM 60, stretching to just under 27”. This is why I tend to recommend her 60 bands to people like me who measure as a 26 band.
The gore doesn’t stab me but it does sit on my breast tissue the tiniest bit on my bigger side. This is an issue I never really encountered before but have been encountering since I grew, particularly with Comexim bras. It’s weird because I’m definitely not close set.
The fabric of this bra, aside from being gorgeous, is fairly soft and the straps are very satiny. I wish it fit perfectly, but the fit is pretty close. I also should’ve gotten the matching briefs, since I got them for the CHP Rimini and they’re beautiful. Read more 135 more words
This looks gorgeous on you! This bra in BM is one of my hands down favorite. The color is stunning. I definitely love the matching briefs. Of all her panty styles, the briefs that have the sheer back portion with the lace overlay is super comfortable and very flattering. I have several pairs of the cut and they’re my most reached for.
Omg I want this bra now, it’s gorgeous! I’ve never tried the CHP tho. That’s awesome that you could get a custom one made!
I ordered this along with a custom CHP Wenecja, which I already reviewed, and a 65G CHP Roxana. I did get the matching briefs to this bra in size 34, which are beautiful and fit me perfectly (I have a 23.5" waist and 36" hips).
Like the Wenecja, this is a hint big in the cup, but my 60G Ewa bras are too small. I actually think the reason this, the Wenecja, and the 65G Roxana are a little big is not as much the cup depth but the cup HEIGHT. It is 6.5" whereas my 65FF/60G CHPs have a cup height between 5.9" and 6.1". I have ...even vertical fullness but short roots, making me effectively full on bottom; CHP bras are open on top and I just don't have the upper fullness to accommodate that in a taller cup. When I pinch the outer edge of the cup near my armpit to make the bra fit a little more closed on top, it fits perfectly. I think if this bra had even a quarter inch shorter cup, it would fit me better. It's odd because the other CHP bras listed on Bratabase in 60GG or 65G seem to mostly have a cup height between 6"-6.4", so I guess I just got unlucky.
In any case, this bra is stunning and I'm fine with using inserts to compensate for the slightly-too-big cup. It's comfortable and gives me a great round shape under clothing. The fabric is a beautiful metallic deep pinkish red (that's a color, right?). The band fits like most of my other EM 60 bands, stretching to a little under 27". The gore sits the slightest bit on my breast tissue on my bigger side, but I suppose that's just a thing that happens now. I'm happy with my purchases, if kind of frustrated that I no longer have or seem able to find any perfectly fitting bras. Read more 212 more words
I love this bra! Its the first BM I've tried in my size, and it feels like it was designed just for my breasts. The wires are wonderfully narrow and follow my IMF. The cups feel very secure, and provide a nicely rounded shape. The bottom half is lined with a non-stretch firm white mesh, and the upper part is lined with a a stretch mesh that contours perfectly to my breasts. While this bra appears dainty due to the lace, due to the firmness of the stretch and full coverage it holds me in quite well. I'm not a huge pink fan, but got this color because I wear a lot of white and light color tops, and wanted something that wouldn't show through. The bra is a bit pinker in person than the pale blush color I was expecting.
SUPER belated review! Lavender is my favorite color, so when I saw SF Garden I knew I would need it someday, but her SF bras don't fit me great and aren't super flattering on me. I initially asked for Ewa to make it a CHP, but she couldn't so I had her make it into a PL cut. I normally wear 65G in her PLs but someone told me the SF Garden ran loose in the band, so I ordered a 60GG.
Unfortunately, this bra is just too big in the cups and too small in the band. I can add cookies to both sides (I add two cookies ...to my smaller side) and make the cups fit, and I can use an extender to make the band fit better. The stretched band measurement isn't any smaller than most of my 60 band Ewa bras, but the unstretched measurement is half an inch to an inch smaller. That might be why it feels too tight; my ribcage has almost no squish. I highly prefer not to have to bother with extenders, which is another reason I haven't really worn this.
For some reason, the wires are also too narrow - I've never found a bra so narrow it actually sat on my breast tissue on the side, but this bra does that on my bigger side, just the tiniest bit but enough to be uncomfortable. When I took the measurements I measured the cup width at 5.1 inches, which is typical of EM bras in this size range, but it may have been more like 5 inches. No matter how much I scoop and swoop from the side I can't seem to make the wires feel comfortable.
The bra is absolutely beautiful and the panties are so soft and silky. I'm incredibly sad that I can't make this work for me and am considering ordering another PL Garden in a 65FF. Read more 210 more words
I want the SF Garden (actually the SF version!) SO bad. This looks lovely on you--too bad it didn't work out.
Garden is one of my favorite fabrics she uses. I had a custom BM version made, but need to have another one made in a larger size. It does look lovely on you. Do you plan to try for another one? It’s such a beautiful pattern.
Happy2BraShop I just sent her an email asking her to make me one in 60G! This 60GG has an unusually tight band and unusually narrow wires compared to her other PLs in that size, so I'm hoping the 60G will solve the problem of the cups being too big and be truer to size with respect to the other two issues.
moonshineforest Crossing fingers for you second times a charm. I’m thinking about ordering another BM version of garden and a few others. The Pin-Up Doll I just got was more generous in the cup and very comfy in the band. But my order of Emerald and Imię Róży before that we’re small in the band. Especially the Imię Róży. That one is definitely more like a 60 band. It’s always a gamble with hand made.
My stats: 26H according to the ABTF calculator, slightly FOT, firm tissue, tall and narrow roots, center full, close set and functionally high set.
The look: Oh my god I could go on forever about how beautiful this bra is. The base fabric is a very light purpley-blue, almost periwinkle. All elastic matches it. The embroidery on the cups consists of gold glittery ribbons (they do show through T-shirts in bright lighting), light blue roses and dark blue roses, both types of roses are made of very shiny thread. The cup is 3 layers; lace, blue base fabric and ...ewa's standard stiff mesh lining. There's a shiny gold bow on the gore which I have to say I'm not a huge fan of, I'd literally die of happiness if she released this exact bra but replaced all the gold with silver. I think the colors would compliment each other more. All hardware is the same color of blue as the base fabric. The panties are... interesting. They're high rise, but not actually high rise. Just enough to need to wear high waisted jeans with them or a skirt. They're made of the same base fabric as the bra with lace accents on the front. The gusset is cotton and they're a bit of a cheeky style. They have a cutout in the back and the waistband is held together above the cutout in the back by two elastic straps connected by a beige colored ring. I personally am not a fan and would not get this style again.
The fit: The band is slightly snug for a 60, it fits about like a 26 band. The cups are very narrow with good projection and immediate projection. It fits pretty TTS in the cup, but it is a bit closed on top so it cuts into my upper roots but it isn't noticeable under clothes. I get a bit of quadding after S&S but it disappears after my tissue settles. I have firm tissue that always returns to it's pre-S&S setting and doesn't like to be moved around so mild quadding like thus isn't an issue. If you find that your S&S holds throughout the day you may consider sizing up in the cup if you're a similar shape to me. The gore is just low enough to tack on me but does get a bit uncomfortable throughout the day because it sits on breast tissue. The wires are SO narrow, SM definitely has the narrowest wires of any EM cut. The straps are too far apart for me too but that's standard for Ewa.
Overall impression and rating: 4.75/5 stars, this is about as close to a perfect bra as it gets for me. The quality is insane, it's ridiculously beautiful and it fits quite well. The wires are softer than BM/SM wires, which is a plus for me, the wires fit my roots perfectly and the band runs snug enough to fit me. Read more 396 more words
That fabric is so beautiful! It has such a regal look to it. The panties are super cute! I’ve noticed a lot of her recent undies have that back, more of a Brazilian cut to them. Great for anyone who can pull it off. Unfortunately I’m not one of them. My rear would eat it, giving me a bunched up wedgie lol.
Oh, definitely agree that silver thread would be amazing! It’s such a beautiful bra. I think I might need to get more in this cut since I do need a little bit of a closed edge. I had one a while ago.
Happy2BraShop I know, right? I'm almost tempted to get another one as a PL or something because the fabric is just gorgeous. I'm not a huge fan of the panties either to be honest. My rear eats them up and gives me a weird wedgie too unfortunately. I'm not sure how ewa intended them to stay in place. I wish she made a matching regular brief.
Calluna a silver threaded faberge would be too gorgeous. I wish it was possible! I'm a huge fan of SM cuts, the wires are super narrow and the gore feels nice and low. I definitely recommend getting one in your new size.

My stats: 26H/HH according to the ABTF calculator, slightly FOT, firm tissue, tall and narrow roots, center full, close set and functionally high set.
The look: This bra is so cute! It's a typical BM made of bright red stretchy fabric with white polka dots. The lower cup is lined with stable white mesh and the upper cup is made up of white stretch mesh covered by red stretch lace. It has floral print ruched ribbon on the straps. The ribbon covers about 1/3 of the full strap length. A thinner ribbon with the same print makes up the bows at the gore and straps. The gore has ...a sheer white mesh panel. The hooks and eyes are the same color as the base red, the rings and sliders on the straps are white. The matching thong is made up of the same bright red spotted fabric as the bra and has a sheere mesh panel in the front. It has thin bows that match that of the grore and straps on either side of the mesh panel and the back.
The fit: This is probably my best technical fit in an unlined bra right now. The gore tacks, albiet uncomfortably because the gore is too high and wide for my close-set breasts. The band is slightly loose but was not when I originally got it, that could be because I got it 6 months ago (unlikely that it would stretch out so quickly, I take very good care of my bras) or because I was more of a 28 band when I got it. The cups fit very well, the width and depth are great. My only issues are the gore width/height and Ewa's typical wide strap placement.
Overall impression and rating: 4/5 stars, the look of the bra is adorable, the quality is amazing. It fits me well aside from the gore. I think a 60G or 55GG would be better as the gore height would lower dramatically and the stretch lace upper cup could handle the extra volume since the cup would be technically too small. This one is soo cute! I could kick myself for not getting the blue version she had a few years back. Polka dots are just awesome.
I love the pattern and colour! I was eyeing this one but never went ahead and purchased it. Thanks for the review, good to know about the gore. I find EM gores to be hit and miss
Bought this bra on a whim wanting to try a 60band because my 65s are so loose. I was pleasantly surprised that the band fit so well. The cup fits good to going from a 65FF to a 60GG (I know sister sizing is off by a cup but it was the closest size that was on the Black Friday sale) the only down side is the cup is taller then I'd like. Overall I'm very impressed and will be ordering 60bands as much as possible in the future.
Yay!!!! I'm surprised you took so long to try a 60/28 band! Most women with a heavier/larger bust pick a smaller/TTS band in comparison to people in the smaller cup range. A women with a UB of 28" and a A-DD cup generally go for 65/30 bands, while a women with a UB 28" with cup sizes E+ tend to go for the 28/60 bands. Glad you found such comfort and good fit. Perhaps one of Ewas other styles would be better as I know quite a few of her styles have nice short cups!
I'm surprised the cup depth is only 9.5" on this one! My 60FF CHP Marcepanowa Magnolia is around 9" cup depth, and it's a whole two cups smaller than yours! Regardless, I'm glad your risk paid off :)
LeProfessor I kept hearing that her 60 bands ran small but even on a brand new EM 65 band it on the third tightest out of four hooks. Plus it's so hard to find the 60 band because it's a custom order.
@sherrach898 I might need to remeasure because that does seem shallower then it should be but I was shocked at how well it fit considering I skipped a cup lol.
I usually go for 65 bands since she charges a fee and I can sew and customize it to exactly how tight I need the band. In the past I've gotten 50, 55, and 60 bands and the 50 and 55 were waaay too tight. But now, I think they run more true to size. I recently bought a 60F and it's definitely more like a 28, which is too big for me >:( And I paid the $5 extra lol
I was very excited to try this new style, and overall I'm quite satisfied with it. Here's some (hopefully) helpful info for those of you considering this new style: -The band runs tight! I've found that while I generally wear a 28, for some EM I can wear a 60, while other models I need a 65. I definitely would need a 65 in this model--with this 60 I have to wear a full 4 hook extender, which makes the straps far too wide for comfort. -The shape the bra gives reminds me more of the S shape than the SM or BM shapes. My breasts are very centered and ...the profile is very projected and rounded, with a bit of a peak. I personally prefer the rounded, slightly minimized appearance of the SMs, but for those of you who are S fans, you'll probably love this shape. -The bottom half of the cups are a sturdy fabric, but aren't lined or padded in anyway. The top of the cups is a very stretchy tulle like fabric. It's so stretchy, in fact, that I wonder if I wore a size smaller if I would get a more rounded shape--but in reality it would probably be too small on me. -This fits in the same size I wear in SM and BM--for S's I take a size larger Read more 117 more words
Interesting - on me, the top cut in slightly on my larger side, so I'm surprised ot see it so loose on top on you. Not sure if i'm wearing it too small or maybe i'm more FOT than you are?
dbmamaz hmmm yeah, it could be either of those things! I think I have pretty even fullness, but your pictures also do look like it fits you a bit smaller, with more cleavage showing. If I sized down I may have a similar fit, or it may be too small. Its so hard to say! I feel like I often find myself right in between cup sizes, with one a tiny bit small, while the next size up is too large.
I think I tend to squeeze in to slightly too-small bras sometimes out of letter-phobia . . but also I keep growing. i gave in and went up a size like a year ago but its still not enough.
Growing breasts is rough--whenever mine get bigger I get quite upset. I think everyone also prefers a slightly different fit, different shape, coverage amount, etc. I usually prefer more coverage because I don't like the feeling of my breasts moving around and I don't like having cleavage, but its all just personal preference!
I love this bra! The wires are narrow, and due to the sheerness of the cup I can see that they fit perfectly in my IMF. I like the design of the bra, and find it sexy and sweet all at once (although I know it looks goofy with the nipple covers in the photo--if anyone wants to wear unlined bras but doesn't want their nipples to show, I would HIGHLY recommend these silicone covers!). The seams lay very flat, and are almost invisible under clothes--less so than any other seamed bra I've worn. Although the bra looks light and airy, it offers firm support and a great, ...uplifted, round shape. The SM cut is definitely my favorite so far in my recent round of bra exploration, and I can't wait to try more https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />. The cups fit, but I fear that if my breasts grow even the slightest bit they will be too small. They are fairly open on top, so hopefully this will accommodate some size fluctuation. The band is very tight on me, and is the first 60/28 band that I've needed to wear an extender with--I need about 3 extra rows of hooks. My only gripe is the wide-set straps, but I'm willing to deal with them. Read more 110 more words
This looks great! I can't wait to get my hands on one.
Beautiful!!!
Beautiful! The silicone covers are brilliant!
Looks gorgeous! I've been tempted to try one and that is the size I would order. Could you tell me how tall the cups are?
Primula they are 17.5cm from up the middle of the cup, along the vertical seam you can see. If I'm remembering correctly I think you're slightly bigger than me (though my breasts have grown a bit in the last month) and this bra is almost too small on me, so I may try a 60GG if I were you--the band also is pretty tight, so depending on your measurements you may be able to get away with a 65.
OOPs! I meant a 60H, this bra is a 60gg, silly me.
@klilly3 Thanks. I'm 26.5" tight, 27.5" comfortable. I don't think I'm as full on top as you.
Awesome, then it may be perfect on you! 😊
Which brand silicone covers are you wearing? I purchased a silicone pair with adhesive...ouch. ;-)
DressTheTwins I have Dimrs, and while they are pricier than some I have been completely satisfied with them. I got the non-adhesive ones and the stay in place just fine in my bra. I've worn them a few times a week for a year and they're still in perfect condition.
Sage decision, klilly3 :-) I wish I had not selected the less expensive option. ;-) Mine are in perfect condition after one year only because I refuse to painfully remove them more than twice...ever ;-)
klilly3 Another question ;-) The seam you discovered on the padded bras... Is that seam and irritation present in this unlined bra? Thanks, again :-)
I bought this as well as a BM Naomi at the same time. I'm not sure which bra is the outlier for an Ewa bra. It is as if the Naomi is a size smaller than this bra I am full on bottom, short rooted and very center full with touching breasts in a bra which means little room for a gore. All gores taller than about 1 1/2 " are a problem for me. So having said that, this gore is about as good as it gets for me, barely presses on one breast and is not uncomfortable which means it ...is accommodating my center fullness pretty well. Immediate projection is good. Wire width is slightly too wide on me, about 5" is optimum for me. I have very slight wrinkling under my arm at the side of the cup only on my smaller breast. I think the band fits TTS. Stretchy lace on top is nice. I have very slightly wrinkling under it on my smaller side. Others have commented that they find the wires kind of hard on Ewa's BM's. I don't mind them. They feel a lot better than the Cleos. I've not tried on enough Ewas to be able to compare with her other styles. Definitely one of my best fits so far.
I bought this at the same time I bought a BM Bibi Bezowa and this seems like it is a size smaller, especially in the band. Band is very small for a 60. It feels comfortable on me with an 1 1/4 " extra with an extender. I am short rooted, very center full with touching breasts in a bra and need a lot of immediate projection. My breast are very dense and heavy, so aren't overly maleable.
Gores are always a problem for me. Anything taller than about 1 1/2 " will press on one breast. This may be a function of ...not have enough center projection. I'm just not quite sure on that. Since the depth of this cup is a little smaller than the Bibi Bezowa, the gore is pressing slightly more on one side. I'm definitely packed in a little tighter in this bra, but I'm not quad boobing at all. I don't think it is small enough to go one cup up. Wire width is good, I have no cup wrinkling at the side I wonder since this is all lace (lined at the bottom) if it is cut a little smaller for support?
The brown is not as chocolate brown as it looks on my screen. It is more of a pink toned brown and the lace is a stretch lace on the upper cup. Cute little light beige polka dotted bow at the center.
So far I've tried Ewa's S, Sm, and 2 seam half cups . None were as good as this cut for me.
I don't find the wires as firm as Cleos. I know some people find them firmer than Ewa's other styles. I can't really comment on that comparison since I've had so little experience with her other cuts. Read more 208 more words
This is one of the more expensive Ewa Michalak bras, but now that I have received it, I believe it is worth the cost!
This bra comes with two sets of straps. (Note -- the measurement for straps is with the wide comfort straps, not the second set of straps, which measures a typical .75" wide) The comfort straps are wide and padded, and the name just about describes them. Wow! I have issues with straps simply because I am petite, but these straps feel so wonderful and firmly placed. They don't feel as if they will slide around. The second set of straps are typical black bra straps, ...nothing particularly interesting to note about them. It is nice to have them, though, to change the straps for a top that can't really accommodate the hefty width of the comfort straps.
The bra itself is black cotton with a shiny satin black fabric lining the edges of the cups. It is a good basic black bra, in my opinion, in terms of appearance. There are two black buttons sewn at the gore in a very freya hatty-esque fashion. I'm not crazy about the buttons, but I feel that this makes it an especially great style for women who are not "girly girls" and are not such a fan of all the lace and flowers and bows that are so rampant in the lingerie world. The material itself is SUPER soft. No scratchiness here!
The band is incredibly firm. For those wondering if Ewa Michalak bands run firm, I will say yes. I measure 26.5" underbust super tight, 27.25" snug, and this band is very snug on me. I am considering getting an extender just to increase it by one column of hooks for a little bit. However, this IS a black bra, and the dyes in black bras have been known to cause bands to stay pretty firm, so keep this in mind. I would personally not have been able to even do up a 26 band!
Unlike the PL Milady, which I got in the same order as this bra, the wires are not particularly too wide. They seem rather similar to my PL Cielus in a 60G with maybe a teeny bit extra room on the sides. There is not enough volume displaced at the edges of the cup to cause any sort of fit issue at all.
The bra fits me pretty perfectly. I took out the asymmetry pads as I do not have any asymmetry that I have ever noticed, but they do help give a very "boobs in face" cleavage look if I put them in. I do want to mention I normally wear a 28G in pretty much every other brand, and I feel that, in my experience, EM PL bras run about a cup size small. I have now tried 3 PLs, all of which I would have needed the 60GG versus a 60G. Keep this in mind! Read more 382 more words
This is a pretty and comfortable bra. It fits exactly as expected. While I like the fit of CHPs, I do find the straps to be widely placed for my narrow frame. Perhaps wider placed than some of EM's other styles?? Speaking of straps, these are nice ones- easy to adjust, softly brushed on the underside and with pretty scalloped lace edges and satin ribbon details. Thank you Custom Curves in Dartmouth, N.S. for carrying small band EM bras!
also have the Ewa Michalak S Skykus in 60GG and compared to this bra, band is shorter. this bra is too small across the band otherwise a perfect bra. would recommend for a size 55 back. cups feel great and comfortable true to size, straps spaces a good distance apart. underwires dont dig in the underarms and orverall comfortable but yeah my only critique would be a band true to size
What a beautiful bra. Sadly it is too small. There is not enough immediate projection or center fullness. I don't know if sizing up a cup or two would help that.
I have touching breasts and you can see how on one picture that the gore rests on breast tissue. Again, perhaps a larger cup size would help that. Gores are a problem in all bras I've tried. I guess it is time to order narrowed gore or overlapping wires. In this size The band runs small for a 60 and I need 1.5 " extension. For reference, I'm able to wear a 28GG Cleo without an extension.
Frustrating. I hope your next selection is more successful. Narrowed gore <3
FYI: one of the Anna Pardal 3HCs in transit from Bra Obsessed arrived from Poland without any gore alterations, and it looks exactly like the "narrowed gore" alteration. Jaimie may have another like it in a size good for you....
yes, very frustrating. I'll e-mail Jaime this afternoon and see what she has that might work. one day:):) I'll figure it out
Have you tried wearing this backward? I suspicion you may discover your breasts were using the band for space. I thought a 65GG had a short band until I measured: it was longer than other bras I wear without extenders. When cup volume is too small, the band often feels too short. ;-)
I didn't try wearing it backwards and I've sent it back so too late to try. You're probably right that the too small cups contributed to the tightness , however Jaimie and Klilly also said the band ran small. I'm still kind of shocked that I had the orange in the glass in this bra. I'm not sure what cup size I'd need in it or in any other Ewa. I could pull the top of the cup up to settle into it, but it wouldn't stay. I have the sensation in all bras that if I could just pull the cups more to the center, the bra would fit better. I always thought it was the straps too wide, but maybe it is really this center fullness.
Just wanted to let you know, another delightful user has ordered both overlapping gore wires and the narrowed gore. She also requests the underwires be relaced with "more narrow wires." These three items have dramatically increased the center space in her Comexim. Finally, if you can measure how much space you have between breasts and ask for the gore to be that width, Anna @Comexim will do all she can to help. You may want to send her a photo of this 60GG and your 60L Audrey: she will thoroughly understand your need for more center space. I sent her photos through an imgur link for my last order.
That is amazing service. Thanks for telling me. I have about 1 1/2 inches from the bottom of a bra band to where my breasts are touching and so at that point there is 0 space. So it will be interesting to see what she can come up with.
This was a sample that was not selected for production: it is the CHP Elegance with raspberry knit instead of beige. I prefer the raspberry! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> It is stunningly beautiful. There is a rhinestone circle dangling in the center and the seams are black ribbons attached with a zigzag stitch. This texture and contrast of color are compelling. This CHP uses a slighly thinner foam than CHP Klaudyna. And, it fits different breast shapes better: it "snuggles." https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> Initially, I thought I had found a perfect fit, but soft tissue needs time to settle. I need a 5.6" width cup to allow my breast to sit at the wire and prevent the bra from sliding out of my IMF. However, the E.M. cup will be too tall when I find enough projection. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" /> Anna at Comexim is my "Bra Savior."
Finally, my Ewa Michalak order has arrived! I have previously tried two other EM bras that were too small, so I used them as a basis for ordering 60GG. The wires on a PL 60G were perfect, but they are a tiny bit too wide on this 60GG. I have an extremely narrow root, so there is nothing to be done about this. It's about one (of my tiny) finger's width too wide, but loads better than typical brands like freya, even!
This bra is absolutely gorgeous. I chose it because I LOVE red, and I wanted something a little prettier. You know, for those days where you just ...NEED to be wearing a gorgeous bra https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> This bra did NOT disappoint! The red material is actually kind of fake-halloween-costume looking, but the lace that covers it is beautiful. The red peeks through the lace in a really elegant way. The straps also have red ribbon and eyelet detailing, which is a nice touch. There is a lovely little gem attached at the gore. The band in the back is just plain black -- no problem there!
This bra comes with pads for asymmetry. I think I am one of the strange women who DOESN'T need asymmetry correction, so I tried the bra with both in and with both out. With both in, the band feels almost too tight, but that makes sense, as that would make the cup volume smaller. Without, the cups gape a teeny bit when I roll my shoulders forward, but standing normally, I fill it out completely.
Otherwise, it fits like a dream! The profile is very different than I am used to, very up-and-center shape. Even my PL in 60G didn't give such a dramatic shape. I only tried it with a t-shirt on, but I am sure it will look kick ass with an hourglassy-shape dress!
I do want to point out for those trying to figure out their EM size, I typically wear 28G in other brands. In my experience, the EM PLs run about a cup size small, depending on your breast shape/density. Read more 246 more words
Ya girl here got that short short full on bottom/full on top/ functionally projected probs with usual tall roots issues that cause mad gouging & cup creasing and general mayhem regardless of scooping descooping foolery, I mainly settle on what FEELS good & gets me 'strapped in' first & foremost, forget about looks.
To everyone out there dismayed at the pitiful lack of depth & NEEDS a FOB friendly *short* halfcup that's supportive, comfortable & won't cut ya in half while looking GREAT- this bra is proof of such a miracle. Purely my own observations, but this is one of the few styles I've been able to ...size down (!!!) in and manage decent wear despite not containing all of my tissue entirely- nothing shoved out of the cups, so none of the usual stabbing. Which is kind of an obsessive dream when you've a very short breast and everything is ultra tall & displaces boobage outward to weird areas (aka anywhere but where they should be). CHP is made of nothing but pure projection at the wire out, which is pretty impressive in a world where brands believe breasts only exist to be crushed to hell & gone everywhere and anywhere they can get away with doing it.
I'd purchased this from another member here after 1.5 years of size fluctuation cornering me at that time into wearing mainly: -60H/HH Ewa S cut & Comexim halfcups (only getting more room near the top of cups in both- top of cups only becoming taller/higher instead of fuller or more depth below at wire- ouch) -Slumming about with CH & CHPs sister sized up (bought well used & desperately needing temp retirement to rebuild aged bands) -Wearing out cheapie Ava and Gaia that increasingly had me overflowing, thus gore scooting down while pinching painfully at growing pitmuffin -Gritting teeth through the terrible frame issues of that armored tank otherwise known Cleo Hettie in 28H (such rough harsh fabrics & gigantic frame UGH) -Assorted luxury brands that began to cut in above while scooting farther away from underboob, while bands in smallest available size failed to anchor whatsoever
Compared to my undecorated CHP Ewas I was concerned that decoration could create a more constricting fit and limit the overall volume available but that didn't occur here or in the teal CHP Cherry... but I also must concede that there's a limit to the good fortune found in this cup shape- this surely ISN'T the most projected shape of all and does end in an abrupt seamlines which bluntly limit 'lift' to the outermost area of a breast- the longer ones shape, or the greater the distance from inframammary fold to breast apex, the less success might be met with this style as it then would limit one's tissue projection upward/sideways out of the cup.
Oksana's build and textiles are very user friendly workhorse, & make this style a versatile wear for many circumstances. Materials are fine, soft yet firm, neither itchy or irritating, foam in cups seems thick yet breathable which I can appreciate having annoyingly HEY HI HOW ARE YOU nips that tend to feel sensitive & swollen much of the time, band nicely taut but all aspects well measured so none of the elastic cutting in or wearing out, straps soft yet supportive and not prone to slipping out of position. This specific bra came to me with a strap setting altered inward which makes it moot to speak on them being side-set or not, they do rest over the exposed upper half of my breast but they're not pressing in at all or pushing upper tissue outward, or pulling the outer cup back up over my outer breast (super common for me to find sideboob to band gap & have to guess is this cup too small, band too big or the strap just line directly up with the outer wire arm which cuts off my arms).
Like many of my beloved tan & black lace ewa michalaks I've accrued so far, at this point my teen has claimed Oksana creating a weird situation where we steal it from one another around laundry days, & I need to just let her 'win' the tug of war as it's only wearable at the lowest point in the month now & gives me a huge flattened zone at inner breast just below and next to the gore while there's a few inches of uncontained boobah on the outer upper end of the cup.
So long Oksana, you're a real one. I will be missing you. Read more 678 more words
My stats: 26GG/H according to the ABTF calculator, slightly FOT, firm tissue, tall and narrow roots, center full, close set and functionally high set.
The look: I think this is an older version of the magnolia. It has lace trim on the upper cups and the color is faded. All hardware is pink and it has a pink bow at the center gore. It works as a pretty good nude for me. It has a 3x4 closure.
The fit: I altered the band to fit like a 55H/60GG so the band fits well, the cups fit well and the straps and gore dig in.
I hate this bra so much!!! Ordered through Levana and after waiting months for probably the most expensive bra I've ever ordered, the center wires stab me in the chest like my Cleo bras. I've worn it a few times in extreme discomfort---kept trying because I wanted a minimizing unpadded bra, and it's rare to find an Ewa bra where the band is sufficiently tight.
