This bra is too open on top for me and gives me an unflattering flattened shape, perhaps because I have short-rooted breasts. It should look great on someone with shallow to averagely projected, tall-rooted breasts. The size is more like 28D.
The band fits like a loose 28. There are three sets of hooks, normal spacing. I usually wear 28C for comfort (measured 26D) and I think I need to wear it on the middle hooks. The shoulder straps are only partially adjustable, and it is not much. If you need your straps really short or really long this might be a problem. Also, I think the strap placement is pretty wide, so if you have round or narrow shoulders this could be an issue as well.
The cups are overlayed with gold ribbon and blue floral embroideries. While the pattern and colors are gorgeous, the cups aren't very smooth under ...shirts. I feel like this would be a nice "winter" bra. It could just be me, but I think the colors are pretty wintry too. There are two vertical seams in each cup, and there are no pockets for additional pads. The cups are very open on top, so I imagine it'd be good for FoT. I don't think I have enough fullness on top for this bra. When I s&s, my bigger breast does fill the cup but barely. The smaller one gaps quite a bit near the top. Read more 90 more words
A very nice bra that fits quite well. Nice shape and comfortable! The center gore is not very high which is very good for me because there is not much space between my breasts. There a push up pads but I don't use them because if I would, the bra would be too small.
I have a wide root and shallow boobs. I do need flat cups but not extraordinary wide wires. I almost don't have any volume on top. I usually wear this bra when my boobs are smaller during the first weeks after my mestruation.
The bra has wide soft wires which extend while wearing. The band is quite tight but true to size regardig to the Ewa-System. I'd compare it with a 30 band of Cleos unpadded styles. The cup is quite shallow and closed on top. The bra won't fit women having a lot of volume on top.
I love this bra! It fits like a 28C, great for wide and shallow. The cups are fairly short, too. There are four columns of hooks, so it will last longer. Band runs about a size small, close to a 28. Initially the gore was digging in (I usually have problems with low gores), but bending them outward a little fixed the problem. The ladybug pattern is gorgeous and the matching undies are beautiful.
This is really comfortable. I often have issues with bands that are tight enough feeling TOO tight, but this one is great. I think it's the wide elastic at the bottom of the band, it's really stretchy, but fits well.
The wires are perfect for my shape and I can barely feel them. Also, it has a leotard back, so the straps curve in toward the center of my back and sit very comfortably for me even though I have fairly sloped shoulders.
It's definitely not terribly suitable as a t-shirt bra, since the top edges of the cups are pretty thick, but it looks nice on its own and would likely work under other types of shirts or dresses. The cups are very low cut, and it's a different look than I'm really used to, but there's nothing wrong with that at all.
The conversion for this bra is a "30B" and generally most 30Bs for me are too loose in band and just right to almost too small in the cup.
Wow I was surprised that the cups in this ran a little big...compared to a 3D Porcelanka in a bigger cup size, same band that fit perfectly. I did see if the bra would fit if I put some cutlets in and it did, but unfortunately the cups in this bra don't have pockets for cutlets and I have to ram in about 2 in my smaller breast cup to fit. It's just a moderate even padding all around. I ...guess the CHP half cups do run a little bigger than the other plunge styles and I probably need this in a...65A (grr an A cup!!) I stuck with the 3D style since that pushup gives me a little more oomph.
Unfortunately I would have to do too many alterations to this bra to make the cups work for me...it's exceptionally pretty and would work perfectly as a t-shirt bra if I could fill it but is all around a cup size too big. I am usually somewhere between a 28C and 28D...most 28Ds are too big so if you're a true 28D this will work.
If I had to compare the sizing to another bra I've tried on, I would say it's very similar to a 28D in Cleo Juna or maybe even Marcie...the band is stretchier than my other EM bra and would be somewhere between a 28 & 30...I can hook on 2nd hook but takes effort for the tightest still. Seems that it takes somewhere between even & FoT breasts and is good for shallow. If you're a full & shallow 28D and need slightly wider wires, I suggest trying this size 65B in CHP model. Although I should be wearing a 60 or 55 band size, this band was very firm, and i'd say true to size to slightly tight. So if you're a true 65, this band size should be perfect. The wires were a bit wider than I was expecting, but they fit me surprisingly well! The shape of this bra fits a shallow breast shape well in my opinion. I love everything about this bra; it is well made, comfortable, and beautiful!
