I absolutely LOVE this bra. I had seen it on Levana but they were out of any sizes that could have possibly fit me. When I saw that Sheena had it for sale, I was so excited and I had to try it. I had just ordered another SF a few days before and was feeling pretty sure that 65H was going to be my size. Well the first SF arrived a couple of days before this one so I already knew this one was not going to work. I was actually a little surprised at the fit. The ...Iris would be perfect for me if the wires weren’t so tall. I fill it out. The band is comfy although I felt like I could move it in from the loosest set of hooks. The gore is a little wide but I could have dealt with it!! BUT the wire poking into my armpit...I can’t do. I wish I could just cut the wire so it doesn’t go up so far lol. I want to wear this bra! 😞
So I guess I’m going to try a 65GG next per Judy’s advice (from Levana). She didn’t have a lot in stock in my size but did her recommendation on what she had. I feel like a crazy lady! Searching and searching and trying bra after bra and yet still I’m wearing my lounge bras with the bands so big and the cups too small.
Any suggestions or advice? Read more 159 more words
I don’t have any suggestions without seeing a 65GG for comparison, but I love the deep purple colour of this bra!
Besides the wire digging into your armpit, the fit looks very good :)
Aww, too bad about the wires. :( It looks good on you though! Hope the 65GG is better!
That is SO pretty. Hopefully the 65GG is better for you, but I will say that I have two SFs and they both fit a little bit different. I think I may just be de-sensitized to high wires given that I'm 5'1 with a short torso and all wires are high on me, but I do feel like the wires on my 65H - Ewa Michalak » Sf Moonlight Lace are shorter than the wires on my 65H - Ewa Michalak » Sf Zenith (1410) . Maybe the Iris is one of the higher-wired SFs?
Rozelyna I just love this color, it’s even more gorgeous in person.
Sheena Thank you! I wish I could put a shorter wire in it lol
bustyand I also have a short torso and I’m 5’3 🥴. I had my eye on the moonlight lace! Maybe it is one with higher wires. I have the SF Gladzioch (black) and the wires bother me on that one too, they are almost identical in length. Have you found any bras with wires that don’t bother you? Oh the joys of having a short torso lol
damaries Wires usually don't bother me, actually (hence my comment on being de-sensitized, lol). I'd say the feeling I have with basically all of my bras is more like 'if I could choose I'd make these wires shorter, but I'm not actively being bothered by it.' I will say though that the Panache Olivia's wires were high enough to actively hurt me my first few wears, though--somehow, it's stopped doing that.
Rozelyna oh my gosh I just realized what I said lol 😅 you did say that. My darn adhd brain just skips over things lol. Well I sure wish I could get there and not be bothered by high wires 😕
I tried wearing it again and I really dislike that feeling. Maybe I’ll become used to it
Have you considered removing the wires, shortening them, reinserting them into the wire channel, and sewing a stitch so they can't migrate back up under your arms? I think I used wire cutters to shorten wires in a half-cup style. I sanded the ends with a Dremel tool, but you could use a manual file.
learningaboutbras Omg I would do this! I was wishing I could just cut the wire but I really didn’t think it was possible to do that without ruining my bra.
My shape: full on top, short roots, high set, very narrow/borderline Omega shaped, space between breasts, very soft breast tissue, pendulous, evenish to somewhat center fullness (5'1, short torso, store a lot of fat in my ribcage)
I actually got this bra as a birthday present to myself, and what a great gift! This is for sure my new favorite bra, and I can say 100% now that EM SF is my favorite style of bra. This bra is so narrow, so projected, with such comfortable, sturdy material and such a wonderful, thick band. I definitely felt like a bra model walking around in it today--which, might I note, ...not an OUNCE of notable boob drop. This might be a bit idiosyncratic, but you know that feeling when you watch a video about proper bra fitting for the first time and see the model come out in a properly fitting bra and are kind of mesmerized? I felt like that looking at myself in the mirror today--this is such a close fit!
I measured the wire width of this bra as 5.5 inches (!!!), which is less than what I got for my 65H - Ewa Michalak » Sf Zenith (1410) , but the wire widths don't FEEL all that different to me, and they don't look different stacked on top of each other, so probably take that with a grain of salt (with reference to my shoddy bra measuring skills, lol). Still, the Moonlight Lace does the same thing as the Zenith wire-wise--it's good for about an inch and then is too u-shaped for the bottom of my boob.
I have some strap gap, which is to be expected with me, and my bigger side does, very occassionally, strain a bit against the top of the cup, but it's really not noticeable unless you're posing in front of the mirror or observing yourself very closely like I was.
The gore tacks nicely--not /as/ sharp of a tack as some of my Cleos, for instance, but sometimes, a really hard tack like that can be a bit uncomfortable. I love the little jewel on the gore. So cute! In general, though, I didn't find this bra as pretty on me as on the EM models, and I think that has to do with the undertones of my skin not quite matching the undertones of the (shade of) flesh-colored parts of the bra. I also think the strap detailing looks kind of weird on my back and shoulders whereas I don't with the models. Couldn't tell you why!
Speaking of the band, there's not a ton of lace under the front of the band, but what is there does roll up and scratch agaisnt my skin. I can also definitely feel the lace on the back of the band--it doesn't itch but just presents a noticeable contrast. Also, while there isn't /noticeable/ boob drop with this bra, there's surely some, as while I can push this bra up into my IMF (!!!), it moves away from that space, as when I do that, I can feel the front of the bra really firm against my ribs. It doesn't hurt, but is just a bit of an interesting feeling because I don't think I've ever gotten a bra to sit there before, even if just for a minute or two.
I spent ~$80 on this bra, and while I don't have a solid answer as to whether or not I think it's worth it, I definitely lean closer to yes. Read more 477 more words
Got this through the Bratabase listings, could not resist the beautiful purple color! Thank you damaries (:
My normal Ewa M. size is ~70GG but I was willing to try this 65H with an extender, as in the U.S. it doesn't happen too often that you find an affordable Ewa Michalak (good as new) close to your size, and in such a gorgeous style!
To my surprise, when it arrived it actually pretty much fits as-is..? May still add an extender for comfort (I don't normally wear my bands super tight) but it's not far off. Does kinda make sense, as I normally switch to the second ...or third hooks on my 70 Ewa M. bands after a couple months (and tightest hook after a year or so).
Construction-wise, somehow this almost seems like a 'hybrid' between an SF and a BM to me? It has similarities to both my 70GG - Ewa Michalak » Sf Zenith (1410) and my 70G - Ewa Michalak » Bm La Gloria (1173), in a good way. Where Zenith feels quite tall and the gore bothers me after a couple hours, this Iris should technically be a sister size with similar volume, but it definitely fits me smaller and is more scaled down overall. And while Iris' gore doesn't measure any lower than Zenith's, visually it seems to 'dip' a little more in the front, reminding me more of my BM. Also the firmer fabric of the bottom cup, that SF is specifically known for, feels softer for Iris than for Zenith?
Anyhow, not sure if this makes any sense and I'm not an expert at all, only having tried 1 SF and 1 BM before this Iris - but for some reason this bra's construction seems to share characteristics of both!
Appearance-wise I really like the color, it's a deep purple with more red than blue. It's hard to capture in photos but very striking in real life. The upper lace is cute and the purple fabric has some floral print as well, giving it some depth. There's a cute embossed pattern on the straps too and overall the design and finishing is just well-done.
As for fit, I wouldn't switch to 65 bands when ordering directly, but overall this works okay! If we're being super picky there is some squish / smallness on my larger breast, due to asymmetry. This causes the stretchy upper cup portion to slightly flatten / push into my upper fullness, to the point where even my husband -(who unintentionally/vicariously became a bit of an expert on bra fitting, haha)- commented that it looked a bit strained.
Nothing major though and I'm very pleased with this purple gem! Read more 344 more words
I love this bra! I have it in 55HH and it also has a looser band. It may just be the model.
It looks great on you!! I’m so glad it’s working for you. I also agree with your thoughts on it feeling like a hybrid! I also felt like that.
pretty! This totally looks like it fits!
marilynne ah makes sense then, might just be the fabric or something! Feels like a 67.5 band to me haha.
damaries very happy I could adopt it from you, it found a good home! And that's so interesting that you had the same hybrid vibes (:
BraOdyssey thanks, yes I lucked out!
aww i have this bra in an FB style and its SOO pretty! But my FB band is so tight its one that I'll never be able to wear without an extender. Its one i'll really miss if I lose weight - i'm actually working on losing weight, becuase I was starting to not tack in my FBs and i realy didnt want to go up any bigger.
I think I’ve finally found my *almost* unicorn bra with this 65H - Ewa Michalak » Pl Misty (1438)! I ordered this from Revelation Lingerie after trying a string of non-fitting bras (many!) and I had little hope it would fit, but to my surprise it does! Fits like a glove and is so pretty https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
One thing I’m extra excited about is that the band fits me perfectly! After some COVID lockdown weight gain, I’m awkwardly in between a 28 (they feel slightly too tight/uncomfortable) and a 30 (they feel fine for 5 minutes then slide up my back) back, ...but this bra has the perfect amount of snugness on the loosest hook for me and doesn’t hurt at all after wearing it for the whole day.
The only thing that would make this bra better would be if it was a bit narrower (I only recently realised that my breasts are narrow and NOT wide like I always thought lol — many of the issues I’ve had over the years make sense now). Aside from that, it’s perfect for my projected, close set, inner full, even-full on bottom breasts! This is the second (but only fitting) Ewa Michalak bra I’ve ever tried, so I’m pretty happy with my experience and will deffo be ordering again in the future — I think plunge styles work for me best coz most other bras’ gores stab me in the chest or rest on my breast tissue. Feel free to offer me any recommendations people think I should try based on this success — especially from Polish brands!
Lastly, I bought this bra for £50. I’ll be honest and say that I don’t 100% agree that the bra is worth that much money material-wise, however, I’m happily keeping this because it’s the best fitting bra I’ve ever had. My 28H - Cleo » Marcie Balconnet Bra (6831) has finally been dethroned lol.
Edit: Also, as someone who can never find bras with enough immediate projection in my size, this is great!
Edit 2: I’ve realised that I don’t actually need this bra to be any narrower. It perfectly follows my IMF on my left larger breast but is a bit wide on my right smaller breast — if it was any narrower, it would be too narrow for my larger breast. Read more 286 more words
That looks amazing on you! I am glad you have found a good fit. I am tempted to have a go at a Ewa plunge, next time Revelation have a pre order. I just slightly begrude Ewas prices and I have found the bands very stretchy on the 2 I have tried ( one of which I passed on to you 😊) They do not measure much bigger than Comexims bands, perhaps the fabric is just much stretchier? I notice you have sized up a cup aswell, and you have no gaping, like in the half cup. I wonder if this is due to it being a different syle or upping the size?
Looks fabulous on you! Glad you had a bra win with this one.
souxies Thank you :) I’m obviously bias but I definitely recommend you try the Ewa PL! Revelation should be doing a pre-order this month so it’ll be a good time to try. I 100% feel you on the price though, this is the most expensive bra I’ve ever bought lol.
Compared to the Ewa bra I got from you, I’d deffo say this bra’s band is less stretchy. My boobs seem to have changed so much over the last 2 months that I’m gonna be looking to pass on the Ewa bra you gave me to someone else needing help trying Polish brands. Massive thank you again for that btw, it’s helped me work out a lot of things about my shape/size! I think that with my shape, I just need to stick to projected plunges going forward (although, I am still gonna try ordering a Comexim 3HC in a 65L soon to see how it fits). Interesting to note though, I’ve read that some people find Ewa cups can come up tall — this could’ve been my issue with the Ewa you gave me.
I will defo give one a try, and keep my eye out for the pre-order. It would be great if you could pass on the one I gave you. It is an expensive buisness trying Ewa out for size😂 If you do try a Comexim 3hc, I would seriously consider having depth added to the base of the cup. I have found them all (except except one) very shallow in the cup. I have them all with 1cm added now and they just fit ( slight overspill on bigger side, esp when TOTM).
Looks amazing!!! I agree the price is quite steep. It’s why I’ve hesitated trying out ewa lol but if I could get a fit like this it might be worth it!
That’s gorgeous on you! So glad you found a good fit!
souxies Yes, deffo will do! Do you have any advice on how to find someone to give it to lol? Or should I just list it for free on here or on a FB selling page?
I’m now thinking I should order one 65L with 1cm added depth at the bottom wire and an overlapping gore, and one 65M with straps moved in 2cm and an overlapping gore. I’m thinking of getting 2 sizes coz I’m aware the bras will take weeks to come so I don’t want my order to eventually arrive and all be too small.
margesimpson Yeah, the price still hurts me a bit aha 😂 but yes, I deffo think Ewa is worth a try if you haven’t tried it before!
Rozelyna I just waited until, I saw someone in the correct size range who was struggling with sizing and maybe wanted to try polish. I did not list as a give away personally, just because I had seen a post about people asking for free bras in every size to sell on. Of course its up to you and if there profile backs up there size, you can tell if they are genuine.
souxies Oh wow, I never thought people might do that! I will probably also do what you did then, thank you :)
I've had this bra since October, and it's definitely a favorite in my collection. Before I really start the review, I will say that in the ~five months I've had this bra, I've had to go to the second set of hooks, and I do feel that the material of the bra is not as firm and supportive as it was when I first got it. Also, my fingernails catch on the stretch lace at the top of the cups sometimes, so there are a few fuzzy spots here and there where I've very minutely ripped the lace.
The pictures I've inserted are after a quick outing with my ...dog (plus after pulling up my boobs a bit), but I would say that my boobs don't move around all that much in this bra. Even considering the tissue settling that does happen, I would say it's mostly a cosmetic affect because it doesn't compromise the support of the bra. Beware, though, on me at least, this bra digs into my ribcage and /hurts/ after a few hours of wear. There have been a few times where I've taken this bra off somewhat expecting to be bleeding when I've not worn my bra liner. With the bra liner, though, this isn't a problem.
This bra--at least on me and my very soft tissue--has a more natural shape, I'd say. It gives me more of an oval/teardrop shape than, say, a Cleo Envy or Freya Deco.
Overall, if your boobs are like mine, I think you'll like this bra. It does a good job of keeping my soft tissue encapsulated, manages my very full on top breasts well, and has narrower wires than your average British full-bust brand. Still, I have the issue that I do in all bras of my breasts not filling the bottom of the cup and the wires being too wide. My biggest problem with this bra would be its material. It's incredibly soft and comfortable but not the most supportive. I'd go for this bra on a long day of sitting in class. Read more 236 more words
Not sure that this bra can be labelled a "fit" for you. Would be nice to see you in a bra with the wire at the IMF and with enough projection for you, less wide straps and cup. More comfort for you and a better shape without that kink of tissue at the chest wall and better support. The girls deserve more!
Have you considered a 70G or 75FF? I've noticed with em bras that most of the time like going from F to FF the biggest change happens in the width. A FF is significantly wider than the F is with about the same depth plus a looser band doesn't pull the underwires back so far.
Me: Narrow roots, narrow shoulders, evenly round, lots of immediate projection, very soft tissue, fairly centre full, never met a gore I didn't like, left-heavey by more than a cup size, 31" underbust, but prefer tight band with extender. Panache, Freya size 30GG
So I risked it and bought the SM in the custom 65H. It fits perfectly ..... except the straps are too widely set. Surprise, surprise. It is wearable, but I won't buy another.
The SM is narrower thanthe BM, and I find that it provides more lift and a more round shape than the BM.
It is a beautiful bra ... blush ...pink - which is nude on me - with satin covering the seams. I was worried about in-cup quading with this fabric change on the seams. It looks perfect in the this respect, but my fingertips pick up infintesimal amounts of bulge around the seam join at the apex depending on my posture. This just reassures me that it is well made because the problem is clearly intentionally avoided.
The band does not need an extender on me, so it is a touch on the larger side compared with the BM bibi. The cup size is perfect. The centre gore is just tall enough to keep me from spilling out but only just so it will not impede any of my necklines. The tops of the cups have a lace trim but no elastic or facing and are fairly open. Allows for my centre fullness
Three hooks, no side boning, fairly thick, scalloped straps - front side has lace on it so not fully adjustable, but it looks like it is just a single zigzag tack that can be removed easily.
I love this bra ... except not only with the straps fall off (which happens for me even on really well fitting bras), but the straps dig in to my armpits and will chaffe if I am overly active. Oh, plus, unless I sit with perfect posture, the straps push the top edge of the cup inwards and buckle and gape!
Oh Ewa ....
***Edit: Alteration: I took a dart in the triangle where the strap attaches to the cup all in the fabric without sewing the elastic at all. I had to cut the trim and retack is to prevent it from bulking up and it was tricky to make sure the bottom angled back out so that the cups weren't reduced or distorted. I am a touch worried about the tension on the mesh, but it makes this one of the best fitting bras I have!! Read more 341 more words
*All pictures taken without cookies. The cups are a three part construction. The inner cup is a cotton covered padded fabric with a shiny fabric light beige fabric overlay. There are cookie pockets on the inside of the cup. The rocker consists of a lace in the same shade as the shiny cup fabric. There is a small light beige bow with a diamond pendant hanging from it. The back band is made using a light beige power mesh in a single layer. There is a 3x4 back clasp. The straps have a satin sheen to them. There are no other bows or adornments.
It’s been a long ...while since I gave an S cut a try. In the past it was my go-2 favorite bra when I was a 65G in padded Ewas. Once I hit a 65GG, the cup took on a strange East-West fit with lack of projection at the wire near the gore. In this 65H I get some quad boob with cookies in and a good fit without the cookies. I still feel it has an East-West fit with lack of projection at the wire near the gore. I feel it pushes the center gore away from my body slightly. This give a look, as my husband puts it, “Turbo rocket titties” hahahaha. They are on the pointy, out there side. I personally prefer a rounded fit. Biggest issue I have, aside from turbo rocket titties, is the straps are just too widely spaced for me where the strap meets the cup. Sadly I’ll be sending this back. I think the S cut just isn’t for me. Read more 164 more words
This most recent bra haul (two bras but still) of mine is probably my favorite of all time. I LOVE this bra. Absolutely adore it!
Big round of applause for this bra's cup width being 5.75 inches in a 30:11. That is precisely the cup width I need with my very narrow/borderline omega roots. The wire lines up with about the first vertical inch of my boob perfectly; however, the wires in this bra are also very u-shaped, whereas the bottom of my boobs are more like a very slanted semicircle, so I do get wrinkling from past that first verticle inch down and at the bottom ...of the cup. This doesn't bother me at all, however.
I also really like the SF cup construction. The one BM I have is not exactly a bra I'd want to wear on a very busy, active day, but I was extremely comfortable going on a 30-minute walk with my dog today and felt like I would most definitely choose it for a day where I knew I had to walk for five hours straight or the like. I think, in terms of comfort, I prefer this SF style to the fully padded bras I have, as the SF, in not having such a rigid cup structure, is not holding your boobs in an essentially forced position the entire time you're wearing it. It allows for variability in breast shape is perhaps a better way to say it. The stretch lace on top also works really well for my full-on-top boobs, although there is a little bit of gaping at the straps. Once again, it doesn't bother me.
One thing that kind of surprised me about this bra is that I like the gore. I'm very much a fan of tall and wide gores, and while I wouldn't quite put the gore of the Zenith in that category, I will say that the height is good on me and that the gore, while too narrow, still functions well on me.
I will warn you all, though, that this bra runs very tight in the band. As someone with a 28.5 inch ribcage, this is good for me, but if your ribcage is more like 29.5 or 30 inches, I'd say to try a 70 rather than a 65. Even given that I'm a small 30/65, this bra's band feels like it's just pushing being a tad small on me.
Finally, on the colorway: I can't tell if this is one of those rare bras that looks better in stock photos than on real people or if I'm just not the biggest fan of the colors on my skintone in particular. The pattern is really fun, though, and I like flashing the dark blue straps and multipatterned sides of the bra with my shirts. Read more 360 more words
I can't quite decide if this bra is too large for me or not. The tough thing about being in between sizes is exactly that... the 65GGs really are too small. 65H....slightly too projected for my size. I was hoping getting an Sf would actually alleviate this issue that I anticipated with 65H--I had a feeling a Bm would have been too projected, but Sfs are kinda known for being less projected than Bms... not sure if it's the bra or if it's the size.
That being said, this is one of the most comfortable bras I own right now. Except for one thing--I cannot ...loosen the straps as much as I'd like to and it freaking HURTS. It's not that they're not long enough, it's that if they're any looser, the bra has no support. Or maybe it just feels that way to me.
Part of the issue is that the stretch mesh on top is not very sturdy. I kind of expected it to be though! I feel like if it were it would have done a better job.
And of course, I get the infamous wrinkling along the wire, but it's no big deal, I expected this.
Overall, not quite sure what to make of this bra. I did *just* get my period so perhaps I'm at my smallest right now. Read more 116 more words
Doesn't look too big (but i know looks are deceiving). I find my SF more projected than my BMs. At the gore especially. I don't even get wrinkling at the wire right now. I agree that the stretch mesh isn't sturdy. The lace on the top of others isn't either, really.
At the very least I would have expected it to be as sturdy as Rubin but it's not :/
IMO it looks really good except for those straps. Is she making the mesh cheaper now? All of mine feel more or less the same.
I don't know but it's miles different than the one on Rubin. It is very very flimsy.
I think the mesh is more exposed on the SF than it is on the BM Rubin?
You can pull the lace down on Rubin, it has nothing to do with that. It's just not the same quality imho.
My 60KK Rubin had firmer mesh on the cups than my 60L Rubin so I believe that the mesh has changed.
Being between sizes does suck, I feel your pain as I have been there a few times thanks to hormones and body changes this past year. Big hugs hon. 💕
I agree that it looks like a good fit though!
I feel you on the straps have to be tight for support, but they hurt. Support or comfort...what will you choose? Can you find the teensy hidden spot where you magically have both comfort AND support? 😂 The struggle is real!
Honestly it feels so good wearing it (no compression, nothing bothers me except for the straps) that I don't even care if it looks a little too large.
Maybe you could add more strap to it from and old bra that doesn’t fit you?
They are long enough, I just need to tighten them a lot
I see. Well that sucks.
Maybe you can sew on some padding or cushioning to them for comfort, or replace them with cushioned straps? I know they exist, as I have a few bras with them. In fact Ewa uses them for a few of their S style bras (multiways and the extra strappy black S style that I can't remember the name of. ) So maybe you could order a strap switchout from Ewa directly? Just order replacement straps and switch them yourself? Or get those silicone strap cushions that clip onto the strap, which can be found on Amazon.....
I'm very impressed with the design of Ewa Michalak's SM model. The shape is very uplifted, but still has a natural slope (almost a combo of the "green" and "blue" shapes, according to BrasIHate). In comparison with the HM style, it is less rounded, but still high, front, and center.
Despite the fact that I don't technically fit the 65H SM, I'm fairly satisfied with the bra. Given my experience with extra tight band of the 70G HM Gold, I expected the 65 band would be a bit tight, but I'd rather use an extender for a month and get that much more life out of the bra ...than have it be too loose. At the moment, I'm using only one extra column of the extender.
I've had some tissue migration since buying the 70G HM Gold and I currently fit a 65H CHP, but (unfortunately) the cups of the 65H SM are about one size too large on me. I'm keeping the bra anyways, because it'll be nice to have something a bit roomier during that time of the month and because I can fill it out with a set of asymmetry pads the rest of the time. Plus, it's really not worth the hassle of returning to Poland. I think I could have comfortably ordered a 65GG in the SM style, while properly fitting a 65H in the S and CHP styles.
When I first tried the bra on, I thought it was a little scratchy, but the sensation went away with further wear. Granted, I'm not super sensitive, so those of you with delicate skin may want to investigate further.
Ultimately, I'm satisfied with the SM Trefl. Unlike the HM, it can be worn with lower cut shirts, and I have no concerns about falling into the center (as my breasts tend to do in the PL cut). I will definitely buy more SM bras when they are released, although in one smaller cup size than I wear in S, CHP, CH, or PL.
Edit: I forgot to mention, the SM has the narrowest wires I've ever seen in a bra my size, measuring 5.5" across the cup. It's perfect for those of us with a narrow root. Read more 260 more words
The shape is really great, the cups are comfortable, it's overall pretty nice. But on me the band was way too big. The straps that I measured are the padded comfort straps, it also comes with 3/4" straps and it is convertible. It comes with removable chicken cutlets (is that the right word for them?) in case of assymetry, which is a nice touch. The band is a little weird, it swoops up to the middle in the back, I'm sure there's a reason they designed it like this, but I don't know, haha. I want to love this bra, but I think I'll need to go and order a custom band size (smaller) So... Pros: Shape is great Comfortable Underwire isn't too wide Convertible
Cons: Larger band than I was told to expect (They say Ewa Michalak is supposed to run tight, I did not find that on this bra at all)
This is the only cut that truly works well for me. I don't find it particularly "sexy," but this is as close as it gets if I want something that fits well.
Good for close set, full on bottom breasts with a moderate root, and the straps adjust fully to bring the bra up despite my being very short in the torso.
Sturdy construction - it took me ages to stretch it out.
I find that it is a little bit fuller coverage than I would prefer, but my breast tissue is too soft to try something plunge, and this shape is just right.
.8" straps, three hook sets.
I do get a lot of digging in from the reinforced part of the band along the bottom: I wish that it weren't the case, but Ewa doesn't make their bras in a different way. I'm soft and squishy and have rather permanent marks from where I wear my bra underneath my breasts.
Beautiful "peaches and cream" nude color. Great for pale skin and for wearing under light colored fabrics. Material is soft to the body. Band doesn't offer as much stretch as @Ewa Michalak bras in black do. Perfect for narrow rooted breasts with projection. Would definitely repurchase but in size 60HH as the band is too big.
The best fitting bra I own at the moment. Perfect for everyday wear and is seamless under most fabrics. Material is soft to the body. Ewa Michalak BM style suits my body best. All of her designs are perfect for narrow rooted and projected breasts. The only downside is the band is too big. I'll definitely repurchase this bra, but in a 60HH.
Edit (21 May): SIGH! I've had this bra for, what, a month and a half, and it's already non-wearable without alteration https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> The band is already completely stretched out, even though I haven't used this bra on a daily basis, more like once or twice a week. Very poor performance, if you're asking me! And as a result, of course, the band now rides up, doesn't give enough support, and the straps (all stretched out, too) are really digging into my shoulders. I have to correct this bra all the time now when I'm wearing it, and it's a huge relief to ...take it off. Definitely not good https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Changed "Quality" and "Comfort" accordingly.

What a ridiculous adventure of trial and error I have had with this bra for 5 months now! I started out with a 75FF which was waaay (I mean WAY) too large in the band, exchanged it for a 70G which I soon grew out of thanks to breast tissue remigration. Thus I ordered a 70GG, which was insanely large and stretchy in the band, and today, I finally got my 65H.
And... it fits! Thank you dear bra lord! Even here, the band is really stretchy (it stretches almost 20cm!), but luckily the starting point is snug enough, at least for now. As new, I’m wearing it on the loosest hooks, and it’s very comfortable as such. I really hope it won’t stretch out too soon...
If you’re between sizes as I am, do size down and maybe even a size below that. The band is so stretchy I think I could have ordered a 60HH and used it with an extender for a while. Then it would have been just fine, and no risk of stretching completely out of range. Quite a difference compared to the CHP Mak, which would have been insanely tight as a 65, even the 70 is still very snug after some time of wear.
As always with the CHP, I love the shape – round and uplifted, not too projected. The gore lays nice and flat and it’s not too wide for me, but does separate my close-set boobs just perfectly. The straps adjust short enough (yes!!) but are a bit stiff and thus a bit uncomfortable, although not unbearable by any means. Hopefully they’ll soften up. The support is really good.
All in all, it has been worth the almost absurd trouble to figure out my right size, because this is such a beautiful bra and the shape is like tailor-made for me. Loving it <3 Read more 327 more words
I simply adore the HM, and quite frankly I was really gutted to hear that it would be replaced by the SM. I was very sceptical about the fit of the SM, it looked more like a balconette and not like a halfcup, and in general, balconettes just don’t work for me. They give me quadboob and a pointy shape.
The SM Burek, however, was so beautiful and the shape in the pictures looked better than that of the SM Trefl that I decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, I was right in my doubts. The SM Burek doesn’t have a tight seam at the top of the ...cup, so I don’t exactly quadboob (just almost), but instead, the lace at the top flattens my breasts. This could be a good thing support-wise, but due to the construction of the cup, the result is a pair of pointy boobs with almost empty fabric at the tip of the cup. The cups just don’t work with my round breasts, and the shape is really not flattering – it’s pointy and doesn’t give the uplift I want but rather presses my breasts downwards. A huge letdown compared to the HM’s compact, upflifted and round shape https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
The band is snug but not uncomfortably tight, I can fasten it on the loosest hooks as new and it would probably stretch pretty soon. The cups are true to size, I think. The straps are broad, soft and not very stretchy, so probably very comfortable. The wires are narrower than in the HM, which isn’t a problem for me, rather the contrary.
So all in all, it’s a superbly beautiful bra and technically it’s an okay fit for me. However, the shape is such a turnoff for me that I’ll be listing this straight away – I know I won’t be using it anyway.
Baaww, I miss the HM https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Read more 238 more words
Review as close set, full-on-top breast shape who is around a 28HH UK (underbust 28, bust 39.5-40.5) in size. This is a well-constructed, good quality, and great supportive bra that gives a rounded profile from the side which I love; it was reminiscent of the Cleo's and Freya Deco I could wear in my older 30GG size.
This size is too small for me. It fits the smaller right side but not the larger left at all sadly so the 65HH fits better. I also had wrinkling in the cup underneath that I believe is the 'orange in a glass' effect with a little spare wire space at the sides but no more than 0.5cm.
The band also ran a little tight me despite being a true 28 band, although the cup size being too small may have distorted this opinion.
I don’t have any suggestions without seeing a 65GG for comparison, but I love the deep purple colour of this bra!
Besides the wire digging into your armpit, the fit looks very good :)
