I can see why everyone raves about Ewa Michalak bras. This one's great! The band is snug but the fabric is really comfortable. The cups give me a nice rounded shape with good lift. It brings my breasts front and centre, which I like. The bra comes with removable cookies, which corrects my minor asymmetry. Why don't all bras come with removable cookies? These things are fantastic!

I’m going to be honest here and say that I only purchased this bra as an experiment. Well...experiment isn’t *quite* the right word, but in essence, I purchased this because it was within my price range, and the measurements closely matched the 65F Mp Kleksik that lcl0706 had previously (graciously) sent to me to try (as I’d never had/tried EM until the Kleksik I tried) but it wasn’t really a style that I was actually interested in. It’s not something that I’d have seen on website and said, “what do I have to sell to get this?!” or know that I had to have. But, ... I really wanted to actually own an Ewa Michalak bra, and the price and measurements overruled my style preference as I mentioned. Let’s just say that I GOT THIS BRA FOR SCIENCE! Ha ha!

Before we go on with the review...my boobs: narrowish and tallish (but deflated and functionally short) roots, even to FOB, center full, soft and malleable tissue, and pendulous. I need depth at the wire, but only average apex projection. Thanks, pudding boobs! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

Since I got it, I have to say...it’s grown on me quite a lot now, and I really love it! I felt odd, at first, that I was able to do it up without needing to use an extender right away, as I had had to do with the bras that I had received before it. It felt positively loose by comparison! I’m comfortable with it on the loosest hooks, but sometimes move it in one. As for the fit, as it’s a plunge, I have a little empty space near the straps which is super minor, and as I am center full, I do spill a little bit at the lower gore, moreso just before my period when I swell up more. Neither are a dealbreaker, considering the cleavage, errr...I mean the SHAPE that the bra gives me. Nice and uplifting, as well as rounded. And sexy.

Aesthetically, I have a few quibbles. First off, the ruffles at the edge of the cups show through some tops/clothes so I have to be mindful of what I wear over top. Second, the bow is comically huge. I’m fine with big bows. This one is ridiculous. It’s also somewhat ticklish and/or itchy. It’s ok if the shirt is snug enough to stop it from moving, but if it’s too loose, I tuck the tails under the gore. I’m toying with trimming the tails some. The other problem is that the bow really wants be vertical. It’s constantly flipping sideways. I’m constantly trying to straighten it. I’ve considered seeking an opinion from a seamstress if anything can be done without changing the look of the bra. Anyway, minor issues as I said. I’m happy to say though, that I have found a pair of underwear locally that is a really good match! So I’m really liking this set when I’m wearing the right kind of top. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

The wires on this are nice and narrow and stay put about as well as any other bra for me. The straps are a little wide set on me and can chafe during a long and busy day but they are overall pretty okay. The band is pretty firm and hasn't really stretched much since I've had it, but most of my Ewas don't.
I get a nice round shape and the fabric is soft on my skin.

The cupcake and muffin print is really adorable and fun on the pink background, I just really like all the patterns she did with this collection.

I got the brief bottoms in a ... size 38 per usual and they fit nicely. They are lace backed and really cute and comfy without being too covering for me.

The jersey on this set is thick and washes well. No dye bleed and no fading, but the lace isn't great. I already have a little bit of pilling on both the bra and the back of the briefs. It's unfortunate and I'm bummed about it.

This set was offered as a limited edition on Ewa's site. It was up and gone within just a few days, I hope she takes that as a signal that her customers want more of this sort of thing.

That is super cute! I hope she releases it on her site.

This is gorgeous! I love the print.

    • 4

It's a little twee honestly, but I love it all the more for that.

Black, dark, strappy, sexy, and lacy is all well and good but I'm a little burned out on it. Some whimsy is long overdue and I'm glad Ewa is dipping her fingers in it again after all this time.

I hope she releases it! I debated even reviewing it since it may never see the light of day, but there's so little feedback on the SF in its smallest volume I thought it best to post something.

    • 1

I love whimsical as well so I also hope it gets released. I'd buy it for sure. Thank you so much for sharing it with us, just in case we don't get the option to buy!! :-D

I’ve tried this bra in a few sizes over the years…I tried the 65F and 65G with the former being a little too small and the latter a little too large. At the time I needed a 65FF or a 70F for a more comfortable band.

I’ve lost about 10 pounds since I got sick in January and I have lost a fair bit of tissue so, when I saw this 70E in the listings, I decided to grab it because my 65FF/70G BMs were both gapping. I have loved this fruit print and colours for ages. The 65F I had tried previously prior to weight loss was ... only a bit too small so I thought it would fit now.

The fit of this is pretty good. The straps are on the wide side which I am used to with most Ewas. The band is also a bit snug but, doable. I’m getting a small amount of wrinkling at the wire for not quite enough depth. The wire width is excellent, and because it is a smidge small, it gives me a pretty rounded shape.

I’ve got the matching bottoms and they fit pretty well too. I think that they are 38 but I have to go back to check.

All in all, it’s a great bra and a pretty good fit.

It looks great! How do you find SF compared to BM? I'm curious about whether BM is more jiggly. I've only tried SF.

    • 2

Sonya pretty comparable but, maybe slightly wider straps and a little less depth at the wire. The lace is maybe a little bit less stretchy as well.

    • 1

I love the colours on this bra, so cute!

This is the bra that made me decide I really like the lace topped SFs. They fit me very similar to the BM and they're pretty comfortable!

I've had no issues with ... dye bleed or lace pilling from this set, which is great! I love the little strawberry because it's different and the pattern is just very cute and youthful. I got the brief bottoms in a 38 and they are comfortable and fit well. They are of the loose leg type, which I like and they are a bit cheeky.

This set was offered as a limited edition exclusive through Forever Yours Lingerie.

Oh they’re so gorgeous!!!! Would love them in BM but I’m not gonna even bother to ask as the answer will be NO haha
      Looks like good fit overall

    • 2

martka00 yeah, that's a hard no. I already asked lol
But, even if they were willing I don't think they could. The patterned fabric doesn't have much give and it wouldn't fit right as a BM.

    • 1

jlcl119 oh thats for the info on that! I'll definietly pass on them

    • 2

martka00 sure! Kaska did say that BM is their best seller along with the SF so they have more of both planned. There will be more BMs Soon (tm)!

    • 1

Oh hopefully as my last batch wasnt good at all!!! cannot wait for the turquoise one!

    • 2

Same! That blue is gorgeous! There also seems to be a new bright blue one, a taupe one, and possibly a new pink one. I'm sure others that we didn't see on instagram also.

    • well, we will see after summer probably :D

    • 1

      What a fun print!

    • 1

Thanks for your photos and the SF information!! CUTE :-)

    • 1

What an awesome print!! Love the strawberry gore charm! <3

    • 1

So cute! I hope they sell this soon too 😀

    • 1

Another wonderful share, thank you!! Kaśka told me we should see another BM new release wave at the beginning of the year, including a pinstriped BM and some almost sheer ones, so I'm figuring mid January. Timed for a VDay release, so maybe that red polka dot one with be within that release as well...... :-D

And jlcl119 Are we supposed to hide our tattoos? No, wear them proudly I say!! ;-P

    • 2

MamaPagan I'm really keen for the pinstripe one. I have both Charlie and Prohibicja and they're among my favorites still, I'd love to add a pinstripe BM.

As for tattoos, I don't think anyone needs to hide them or cover them; I just personally prefer the extra bit of anonymity that "erasing" them gives me.

    • 1

So many fun colours/patterns coming out! This looks very cute and fun!

    • Totally understandable, of course! : -)

    • 2

Amen to the tattoos comment...I've been thinking about it all day. If this was a panty or hosiery forum with thighs being shown y'all would be seeing mine on the daily lol

I'm looking forward to new releases. I'd like to see something blue - like sky blue.

    • 2

AprilGoulding Please mint, please mint... ;)

    • 2

I second the mint! But I'd love a sky blue as well!! :-) And more patterns-whimsical like this one!!

And I have tattoos from my head (behind my ears & down my neck) all the way to my feet, so seriously, there is no hiding them. :-D

    Edited/updated review:

This bra arrived with a faulty hook and eye (one was sewn upside down, making the first set of hooks unusable). I can wear it okay on the second set, and it wasn't something I felt warranted a return, but I contacted EM on their Facebook page, just to make them aware.

Gotta say, I'm impressed with their response. Kaska replied right away and offered to make and ship a new one completely. I couldn't really accept in good conscience (it's easily fixable and I don't need two of the same bra), but we made another arrangement and I have to say I'm very pleased. Excellent customer service, ... IMO. I will definitely feel more confident about ordering again in the future.

As for the bra itself, I like the fit! I ordered my usual size that matched what was in the drop-down box, and it seems TTS. The lace trim is a little itchy, but hopefully it'll soften up with wear and a few washings. Great projection, narrow wires, straps are wide but not annoying. I think I could do with the wings being a tad higher (my tail of spence is larger on the right side for some reason, so things tend to poke there even if the left side feels fine), but it's not too bad. Very firm gore tack, hoping that will soften up a bit as well.

Appearance wise, this is adorable! The little buttons instead of bows are perfect, and are a big reason I chose this model to start with. The CHP cut gives me great lift, cakes type cleavage, and a nive smooth look under clothing. Due to the lace, it definitely shows under clingy shirts, but it would probably be an okay t-shirt bra for me.

All in all, while not an ideal first time ordering experience, I'm generally pleased. It's such a cute bra, and I'm thrilled to have it.

    • For $56 (shipping included), I would return it.

    • I would still complain, whether you want to return it or not. PetiteCollegiate posted today on the Facebook group Clothes for Boobs https://www.facebook.com/groups/261128837304402/ that even though initial contact with EM about her CH Cherry was unsuccessful that she received a box of smaller sized CH Cherries to try.

    • 2

For something I can probably fix myself, I don't think the expense of returning it from the US would be worth it. I do love the bra itself. But I may leave a comment on the Facebook page or something, just to make them aware. It was just disappointing, bit of a downer on top of the initial new bra excitement.

    • 2

To be fair, they probably order the bras hooks and eyes in mass quantities. I'd be surprised if Ewa hand sewed each hook and eye into the clasp. Its not like she hand knits the fabrics, they do have material suppliers. It's possible it's the clasp supplier's fault. Each side of the clasp is probably machine stitched onto each end of the band. Even if it was hand stitched into the band, I can see something like that going unnoticed in a hurry. I'm not an Ewa fan nor am I defending her. Just throwing the possibility out.

    • 2

lcl0706 Oh sure, I wasn't really thinking they'd attached all the hooks themselves, but I'd expect someone attaching that part to the band to at least look closely enough at their work to notice. I sew a lot, and I'd definitely be double checking anything I was doing at the machine, if only to check the orientation of the pieces. I'm just surprised no one ever noticed at any stage.

    • 1

I LOVE this bra!! It is SO georgious!! And Saskia made the boo boo right too!!

Congrats!! It looks GREAT on you!!! : )

SF Motyl is a softcup reissue of Opium. The fabric is the same, I never had the Opium but I believe some of the lace trim used on the brief bottom is also the same.
The fabric is soft and silky and stretchy. It feels like swimwear jersey and I like it. It's very light on my body.

I wasn't a super fan of the pattern on my screen - there's a yellow-ish green color in the pattern that is a huge turn off for me and I nearly didn't buy the set because of that, but I really like the lace topped SFs and decided to just get ... it anyway and see what I thought in person.
I'm glad I did, because I really like it! My set doesn't have too much of that color I disliked, and what is there blends in well enough that it doesn't bother me. The rest of the set overall is just really fun, flirty, and summery. It's very cute. I love the hot pink lace, the peek-a-boo gore she's been favoring lately, and the butterfly additions are a nice departure from bows and a throwback to old Ewa collections, and yes, they are fabric.

This SF fits me similar to my other lace topped SFs, that is very much like a BM. I get a nice rounded profile and the wires stay high enough for me to be mostly comfortable. I got this in a 70 band as the SF's gore sits too high on my sternum and right on a knot that likes to make its presence known. The band is pretty stretchy so I'm on the second hook while still taking advantage of the extra space of the larger band.
I have pretty wide spread costochondritis across my rib cage and it's the worst at my sternum, the gore on the SFs and BMs are really bad for me because they hit at that area and the wires are harder than they are in an SM. Going up a band size in this cut helps a lot and makes it so that I can actually wear the bra that fits me best without putting me in pain. I'm not sure I've mentioned this before, but that's why I'll mark 29" BM/SFs as too tight, but not 29" SMs.

Anyway, this bra has split straps. Ewa has done these before and I have removed them on every Gazeta I have had (4) because they chafed and I felt like support suffered for their presence. These are much better. The ribbon is softer and they don't bother me at all. They're very cute so I'm happy to be able to leave these loops intact. They're easy to remove, but I like the look a lot.
This SF does not have mesh under the stretch lace upper panel. Both my Babeczki and Owocki do and I expected this to as well. It's a bit odd that it lacks the mesh, but it honestly doesn't seem to have any impact on the fit of the cup and it fits and looks the same as my others.

I've washed this a few times and the lace is holding up well, sometimes Ewa's lace will pill up right away, sometimes it lasts forever. I'm not sure yet if this is the latter type, but it's not the former!
The butterflies at the gore and at the back of both bottoms sit on hot pink bows. It's an adorable look but the bows bleed when washed and those butterflies are now stained. I don't really mind, but I did want to note that. One could probably temporarily remove the butterflies for the first few washes until the excess dye is discharged and then reattach them to prevent the transfer of color.

The bottoms are cute and also stretchy. I got the briefs in 38 for my butt and the thong in a 36. Both fit well, but this specific cut of briefs isn't my favorite. It's way too full coverage for me. I wish it were skimpier or had a full lace back, but it is soft and smooth on my behind so at least they're comfortable.

    Didn't fit

This is the second bra I received from jlcl119, along with my BM Fluo. Thank you! The Lato is one of the bras I remember being on Ewa's website when I first discovered them (and apparently that was SS2012, so it's been 7 years now... holy moly), so I of course had to get my hands on it when I saw it listed, despite it being two band sizes too large.

As for the appearance, I think it's super cute. The cups and band are made of a satiny floral print on a beige base with a thin blue and beige lacey trim on the ... top of the cups, and matching blue bows at the gore and straps. The front half of the straps are made of the same patterned floral fabric. As for the fit, it's not ideal, and I'm definitely considering passing it on to someone else. The band is obviously too big, which I expected, but the cups are a tad shallow at the apex, and the gore doesn't tack on me. When I press the gore onto my sternum, I do get a fair amount of quadboob happening. I don't think the cups have quite enough depth for me, and I think the poor fit would become exacerbated if I shortened the band to a proper length for me. I do feel like I'm on the larger end of the spectrum for my usual size right now, so I can't say for sure whether it would fit better if I lost a little volume or not.

Really, my only reason for keeping this bra would be because the matching thong is so damn cute and fits me so well! I'm torn on whether to keep the set together for posterity (it is seven years old after all, so the new owner wouldn't be able to find matching bottoms anywhere if that's something they would want) or to separate the two by selling the bra and keeping the thong for myself. Then again, the thong is a size 34(6) (basically an XS), so maybe they wouldn't fit the new owner anyway. Argh!

Anyway, super cute, doesn't really fit me, thankful for the opportunity to have tried it lol.

If you have another bra that thong would work with I'd encourage you to keep it, it's so pretty and EM 34s are a rarity :)

    • 2

Weeping. I am weeping. That bra is gorgeous AND you have a matching thong in XS?! She won't make me bottoms in xS. If that bra was my size, I'd be begging you for it. I would list the bra and if the purchaser asked about matching pants, and is willing to pay, then you may have to sell as the set. But many people don't care or won't fit an XS anyway.

I know this bra provokes many opposite reactions. I am one of those who yielded to its charm as soon as I saw the pictures. I liked the bright red colour, contrasting black trims and ruffles.
In terms of fit, I thought it would be similar to the “Ja wiem” but it’s slightly different and overall better fit for me.
There are some “technical” differences between Pikanteria and Ja(Ty) wiem(sz). This bra features regular, fully adjustable straps, without the double straps in the back. The front strap sliders aren’t embellished with rhinestones. The ribbon on the cup edge is replaced by ruffle trims. The Ja wiem run a little bit ... smaller in the cups than other SMs I own and so does the Pikanteria. The cups are also a little bit lower. I think the cups here run even smaller than in Ja wiem but it can barely be seem thanks to the ruffles. I’m not sure if sizing up would help without cutting my arms off. Even though the cups are a little small, I do prefer the shape they give compared to Ja wiem. I don’t have empty space in the bottom of the cups unlike in the Ja wiem, probably because they are more projected or because of a softer mesh, I don’t know. It results in a rounder shape and better comfort.

This bra looks stunning on you! That colour, in 'real life', is so beautiful! When I first saw the release of this bra I was on the fence about it, but your pictures and review completely changed my opinion towards seeing how gorgeous this really is. Lovely.

So cute!!!! Glad the fit is even better than Ja Wiem. :-)

    • 3

This looks way better on you than in the stock photos. Really gorgeous.

    • Thank you ! The colour on my pics is pretty true, I didn't expect it to be so bright. The only snag is I can't wear it under all clothes because of the ruffles.

The lace on this bra is gorgeous. I love the bright summery turquoise and it makes me so happy to see some juicy color from Ewa. This bra is fun! With the bright blue lace, the sheer white peek-a-boo mesh, and the unexpected polka-dot bows this was a no brainer for me.
It is not overtly sexy, it is cute and girly. Which is still sexy but in a different way - a more me way.

The lace and mesh are both really soft and seem to be holding up well. I've had this set long enough that it has been washed a few times and it still looks great! ... I've had a few BMs get pilled up right away, but this isn't one of them.

In terms of fit, this is more of the same. Good projection, narrow but hard wires, gore is a little high for me and the band runs tighter with not a lot of stretch to it. The straps are easy to adjust, stay in place, and adjust short enough for me.

I got two thongs to go with my bra, I got them in 38 but should have gotten a 36. They run a little big and I don't need the extra space for my butt. They don't fall off or look sloppy, but sizing down would have been better for me. I love the lace on top of the mesh, it's an adorable style.

I'm so excited for this one. I love the color and the BMs are great for summer. I wish she would come out with more SMs though. Those are my diehard favorites.

    • 2

gratiat same! I got all the BMs because they do fit well, but I'd love some colorful mesh or embroidered SMs.

    • 1

This is so gorgeous! Did you order directly from Ewa? I also agree that we need more SM styles!

    • 5

ProperlyFitted yes, I got it direct. I'm a little nervous SMN is going to be made in lieu of most SMs. Which is fine, but they're all too sexy for my taste. I'm just bored of beige, black, and strappy.

    • 1

What a beautiful color! The polka dot bow in the middle is a nice touch!

    Fits

Its been a couple of months since I'm looking to get SM that would fit me.
So today is that day. The first SM that fits me really well.. However I'm not as happy as I though I'd be.. I will start with positive aspects
The band fit amazingly! True to size 70 band. It has 3x2 hooks and eyes
The strap placement doesn't bother me at all! While I had Malinowy and wrozka and straps were too wide this ones are good and comfortable
The wires are narrow enough to meet needs of my boobs, also there very comfortable
The cup depth is perfect, very minimal wrinkling on the smaller side. The ... cups are little bit closed on top and for me as a fob with longer roots fit good. They're sheer so boobs are showing through
and now it's time for what I really don't like:
The shape that it gives to my boobs.. It's not rounded at all from the bottom, just lifts my boobs but don't let them to fit nicely like BMs do. This didn't happen in wrozka and malinowy, also it doesn't happen in ja wiem. I think it's because of the material that is used to make this bra.. However Comexim managed to create sheer bra with nicely rounded shape.
Also I'm not fan of this how my pale skin looks in this bra.. It works as a nude perfectly but just something makes me to feel weird in it
Btw, it looks very cute as a set with tajemniczy ogród panties - id say it looked even better than the tajemniczy bra

    • It looks lovely, but it's a shame that you don't love the shape it gives you. How would you say the shape is different between the BM and SM?

    • So the bm gives me nice rounded like a Panache Cleo shapes but even better. This one is like rounded pointy at the nipple level , it's like from the bottom to the nipple goes almost straight with little curve only

    • even in bigger sizes I think SM runs shallow at the bottom, to push you higher.

    • 1

I noticed the same shape in ja wiem and summer time (mine is a recent one), it's very shallow at the bottom and the shape is not as rounded as in czarna mgielka. I was wondering if it was typical to the new SM styles.

    • 1

Well, wrozka and Malinowy gave me much better shape but they're lace not sheer. Also Ja wiem gives me better shape that I can accept. So I don't know why some gives different :/ it's weird, but I'll just get magnolia that is same colour and will fits better 👍🏻

This cut is completely new to me so I’m not sure if it fits correctly.
First, the cups construction and overall quality make it more a “special occasion” bra. It’s true the decorative straps are hard to adjust without cutting into the breast tissue. Once it’s done, the result is really impressive. I like the contrast between the beige mesh and black straps and trims, and between the triangular and round shapes on the cups, it’s very graphic.
When it comes to the quality, I’m a little bit disappointed. If I couldn’t wear it as an everyday bra, it’s not only because of the straps showing through the clothes, ... but also because of the comfort. As mentioned in other reviews, the shoulder straps are very thin, I’m pretty sure they’re the ones used in CH Cherry. They’re too thin for this size and they’re very hard. My skin marks easily, I’m sure these straps would leave red marks after an all day wear (quite disappointing when you consider the price). My other complaint is about the band – while it’s still more comfortable than in other brands (IMO EM makes the best bands in the world!), it seems thinner than usual in EM bras. It wouldn’t prevent me from wearing it all day long, but I can feel it even though the band isn’t too tight.
As mentioned, I’m not quite sure if the cup size is right. The cups are lower than what I’m used to and I don’t know if it’s specific to this cut or if I should go up a size. Also the centre gore doesn’t tack perfectly but it could be due to the wrong cup size. The shape I obtain is pointier than for example in BM bras – again, I don’t know if it’s due to the wrong size.
All that being said I’m overall happy with this purchase. I love the graphic effect of the straps and trims and it works great as a special occasion bra. I hope the next time Ewa Michalak releases this kind of bra, she will use materials adapted to the size.

    • I think it does look nice on you though, and the beige mesh is a great match to your natural skin colour. I can imagine that the straps are a bit hard to adjust and might show through. After this review and the other one, I am more interested in it than I was originally.

    • Calluna thanks! I'm glad it's convincing. I'm considering getting it in black one day.

    • 2

If you haven’t seen it already, have a look at sherrach898’s review for the black. It also has the harness and everything. Very sexy.

    • 1

I think this looks pretty darn good on you! I wish you could get just a half cup size up to compare, as I think it looks just a tad narrow and a tad low coverage on you, but I don't know that one more full cup size would be better. As you said, it's most appropriate for short-term special occasions anyway, so I wouldn't stress about it too much!

    • 1

@scherrach898 thanks! I came to the same conclusion, I don't think it's worth trying a bigger cup size.

I really wanted to love this bra & in a lot of ways I do. The lace pattern is beautiful & the color combo is nice. I was hoping it would be more of a very pale yellow but it’s not, it’s beige.

I have 2 major complaints about this bra. I intentionally ordered a 70 band because it’s an M & my Chabarek stretched to 25”. This one stretches to 27”. In fact I’m finding all recent Ewa bands to run tight but this is ridiculous. There’s no earthly reason I, with a 28/26.5 UB, should have to order a 32 band in anything. Not only that, ... but I cannot comfortably clasp this bra so I have a full extender on a +4 band. Thanks for nothing Ewa.

The second is the straps. They’re painfully thin. Like there’s nothing to them. I don’t even need thick straps but these... I hate them.

Otherwise it's gorgeous. The M is just a bit too open for my short roots but the projection & low gore are great. The shape is very up front, very much a “flaunt your assets” bra. If I could combine the immediate projection of the M with the closed cups of the PL I’d have a dream bra.

    • I also had this bra and I was so pissed as I wanted to keep it but couldn’t close it! I usually take 70 or looser 65 but this one is just ridiculous, same as Opuncja. I wonder if it the lace band? My Paradise in 70DD is fine with only one extra hook form the extender and I’m sure now I could do it without the extender. I did email them about the band but obviously they’re gods and you can’t tell them they did something wrong...

    • You all should let her know - if this is the way its sized, it should say 'tight band' or whatever on the website, which she does sometimes do

    • It does say that. But it's beyond tight IMO, it's 5" undersized. If I ever order another M, and I probably won't, it would have to be a 34DD and that sounds insane and it might still be too tight at this rate.

Brown has never been my favourite colour - I dont think Ive ever owned anything in brown (all beiges, nudes etc - yes but not chocolate brown). I believe its due to im very pale and have blonde hair. When I saw the unpadded version in BM - Naomi, I wasn't interested in it at all. The original photos from website do not justify the real beauty of this bra. I felt in love when I saw couple of reviews around Bratabase - however I still didnt ordered it yet (but I will soon) !
Recently most of my 70's are quite loose (BM Klejnot, S Letnia Noc), ... so im usually trying to choose 65, but as the reviews for Naomi claimed that actually it runs quite tight I went with 70. The bra stretches comfortably to 79cm, thus I can wear it on the 2nd row (and theres surprise! the bra has only 3 rows instead of usual 4 rows of hooks!). The band is really comfortable and well made. So even if its quite loose its still very supportive and I can't imagine to wear it when its too tight as this could hurt.
The cups are deeper than my Letnia noc and Im wearing it with cookies inside, which results in great fit! Cups are not too tall nor too short, I have tall roots with even shape (yay! Ive been before FOB, but since I am wearing very well fiting bras my shape improved and more styles works for me ! ) and quite soft tissue. I get nice delicate cleavage which is actually quite sexy and I like the colour on my skin. Wires are perfect, 13cm - narrow enough to go around my breasts.
After all cons of this beauty, its important to mention the fact that it has 'usual' too wide strap placement. I was really hoping that it will be my next holy grail of ewas bras like the Letnia Noc, but its not. I mean its not very bad as in Paris Paris or my chps Elegance and Owoce Lesne, however it bothers my tail of spence. Definietly it is not a bra to wear for continious 12h, but for my 8h shifts its okay. I might move the straps in although I want to try wear and wash it few time and see if it will soften a little. If this wont help, I'll move these straps in.

Also, I am very surprised by reading reviews on Czekolada in M style. While mine S model with band 70 streches to 79cm, the M style in same band size seems to be 1 size smaller! that is ridiculous, as how is that possible?! Ewa should definitely work on this issue.

I bought Malionowy for the second time. The first time it was too large in cups, so I got rid of it very quickly. This time, after making sure (with around 15 new bras) that 70E is my perfect size in Ewa, I decided for this fruity piece. It was such a great decision!
Ive bought it along with BM Naomi, S Glamour and BM Kleks (the kleks is going back to Ewa as the band is too loose and some strange things are going on with cups on my boobs).
The wires are perfectly around my boobs, not leaving mark on them or way behind. I must admit, ... theyre more comfier than in all BMs that I own. The gore is low and does not dig into my sternum.
Band is just great. Not too tight, nor too loose. On the second day in a row I could close it on second set of hooks but it wasnt also necessary.
Cups are filled quite well but definietly can also hold extra volume (in case on putting on weight or just different times in a month). Theres no much gaping on the smaller side, as the lace beautifully adapt to both breasts and theres no wrinkling like I do get in Mgielka. The shape is more pointy than in Mgielka and Ja Wiem, or BM/SF styles, but under thicker jumper its not noticeable.
Straps... Surprisingly theyre not bad! While I suffer in 90% of Ewa's bras this one is nothing like that! Theyre also narrower than in some of my BMs (im looking at you Naomi! Naomi made my skin to suffer on the first day and still isnt perfect :/ ).

I am very pleased with this bra. Its my second best SM (just after Ja wiem, that probably cant be beaten by any other SM bra !). I love it for the fit, that is comfortable and the summery design! I can honestly recommend it.

This bra has been in my radar for quite some time. Yesterday, I was able to go to Forever Yours Lingerie in Langley, BC as I was visiting friends and spent several hours trying on lots of bras. This is the one that came home with me, but there were 4 altogether that were my top contenders. I will eventually get the bras I tried added, with pictures and reviews, though I didn’t measure any of them. It’s kind of awkward to do in store.

Anyway, this one really got my attention after seeing it reviewed on the Big Cup Little Cup blog. It’s a basic black lace ... bra with beige mesh underneath, so it looks sheer but it is not. That said, the stretch lace on top is not lined like the regular BMs. This bra is a hybrid of the full lace and half lace BM. It’s a full lace BM, but it’s got the thicker stretch lace upper that the half lace BMs have. This one also has added loops to attach the extra/decorative straps to. I found them far easier to use with this bra than the PL Cappuccinowy I had, however I’m still not sure which orientation is correct. As they cut into my soft tissue, I am not fussed over them, to be perfectly honest. The reason why I chose this bra is that I really want a good everyday black workhorse bra. I’ve got a few, none of which are perfect, for a variety of reasons, however, this one allowed me to list one of the less ideal ones.

Now onto fit. I actually tried this in two sizes, and it wasn’t until I was trying on everything I had narrowed down with the matching bottoms that I asked to see if a smaller size was going to fit better, because I was initially trying the 70F, and my small side had a bit of loose fabric, unlike the Wersal and Malachit 70Fs (and the Zmierzch SF) so I tried the 70E. I had remembered that some people find that this bra fits a little bit bigger than the others. This one is *almost* to small. It’s like borderline. I need a size in between. It’s definitely a little lower cut for a BM and I do have a little puffing on my big side. But between the 70F fitting ok on big boob and wrinkling from excess fabric and the 70E slightly puffing, we both agreed that this was the better fit, and that as the lace relaxes with wear and washing, I might settle into the cups a little bit more. It’s also a slightly narrower cup and the straps fit slightly closer together and don’t ride the pits as much. The size equivalent of the other Ewas I tried were definitely too small. This one is only a weensy bit, and I got matching bottoms. I’m pretty pleased with my purchase. It really was a hard call with the others.

I think this looks really good on you. It may be a just a touch small on your larger side, but your smaller side is a great fit. I prefer to fit to my smaller side (I know, you're supposed to fit to the larger size). I hate gaping... Nice find, and can't wait to see what else you tried there!

    • 2

Yes, I completely agree. I think that it’s entirely dependent on how the larger side or smaller side fits and the construction of the bra that dictates if I can tolerate the gapping or the puffing. That’s why I went with this one instead. But the 65F in Ice Blue BM and Fruit SF were definitely too small. I definitely needed a size up in both.

    • 1

      Gorgeous!

    • Thanks everyone! I was nervous with the size down, but in this case, it’s preferable to be a little small on my big side than too big on my small side.

    • 1

Really beautiful! And I enjoyed seeing what else you tried on as well 😊

    • I still have more to add. Some of the styles need adding still.

    • I’ve added a few more pictures, including one with the straps.

    • I’m having a few doubts that I’m in the right size after wearing it a few times now. I’m definitely pushing it on my big boob side. I spill out on my bigger side when I’m leaning over, and my center spilling is noticeable. I knew going into this size that it’s a little bit too small, but in retrospect, I think I might need the 70F. Especially as it will be more forgiving with high tide.

Antonina is a gorgeous set of white lace with some subtle bronze additions woven into the lace. It's extremely elegant and it has a very high end look to it. Antonina looks expensive to me. I love the white bows but I could personally do without the gem, though it is fairly easy to remove with a pair of snips should you choose.

The mesh used to back the lace is just a little too warm to blend into my skin. It's a lovely idea, and I really don't think white or any other color would have been a better choice in this instance.
The bottoms are true to size ... and very comfortable. I have very narrow hips, but an ample butt from years of lifting and the 38 is the best size for me. It's a little loose around my hips but it looks great from behind. The all lace back means no lines at all and it's a cut I quite like. It's very cheeky on me which is my preference.
I also bought the thong, which I will have to take in a little bit, I could have sized down in the thong. It is still lovely and the jersey is very soft.

The band on my Antonina runs more true to size than a lot of the other bras I've been buying lately. This is good in general, but for me it means that I'm on the last or next to last set of eyes already. In my experience, Ewa bras don't really stretch out much with time and wear so this isn't really an issue for me.
The cups are narrow and deep enough for me at the wire. The wires stay in my IMF throughout the day and I have no trouble with them sliding.
The straps are fully adjustable and it's easy to move the slider, it stays put once adjusted.

All in all, no fit major surprises from Antonina.

The one deviation from my other BMs is center projection, there seems to be less room along the gore and it pushes my breast tissue a bit more to the side than my other BMs. It's not terribly uncomfortable because the gore itself isn't wider, and it's not noticeable when I have a top on, but it looks off to me when I look down without a shirt.
Because it doesn't compromise fit or aesthetics when wearing for real, I've decided to ignore this quirk of my bra.

    • Does this show under thin/light tops? I’m curious about the bronze woven into the lace. I have never been a fan of solid white bras but this one seems to be a hit with everyone.

    • Calluna light tops yes, as long as they aren't too sheer. Very thin or white, no. My skin is several shades darker than the bra and it barely works as a nude alternative for me right now and won't do so at all in about three months when I start laying out.
It might work better for you if you're very pale, but most of Ewa's "nudes" are far too light for me, only the Toffik and Summertime has worked for me.

    • Ahh, thanks. I have pretty pale skin these days so sometimes nudes are too dark.

    • Calluna I wouldn't really consider it "bronze". Its more of a glistening nude. I love Antonina so much that i just ordered it as a custom CHP. I'll probably list my 65FF BM. I've only worn it 3x, but I'm much more comfy in 65G size.

    • Calluna I did a test for you. Its visible like a white lace bra under sheer, white, clingy tops.

  18. S Szykuś (426)

This is another learning bra from the listings. I had looked at it once before, but lost out on the listing because I was still new with the sizes/sizing and figuring out what works for me and unsure of it, so when I saw it again, I decided that I should go for it. I also really wanted a nice classic but not boring black bra.

My shape: narrowish roots that lean towards being average or tallish but also deflated they're so functionally short; soft and malleable tissue that's pendulous and projected; even to fob and center full; unsupported is splayed and looks average to wide set, but ... supported they're more close set; I need more projection at wire with average projection at the apex

    Back to the review now...

This one came with cookies (my Pl Carmen has pockets but didn't come with them) so it was the first time that I've had the chance to play with them. My pictures show both options, beginning with them in. With the cookies in, I have great cleavage and shape but I do have some spillover. It's not major quadboobs but it's also more than puffing, if you know what I mean. I'd been concerned with the cookies maybe making the bra too shallow and cause it to slip with wear, but after a few hours of wear, my wire marks didn't indicate slipping even if it felt like it was. Removing the cookies does give me a bit more room in the cup, but the inner half of cup (nipples to gore) still has a little spilling over, and I am not sure if it's just my soft, center full tissue or if I need a 70F instead. For this reason, the fit check indicates that the bra doesn't fit.

The bra has a lot of nice details. The cups are a 3 part padded matte black fabric. The gore and side wings are black lace with a beige mesh lining underneath so it looks sheer but it's not quite. The gore has a small black bow with a charm of diamantés in a circle. In my circle, the 6 o'clock one is missing from previous ownership. It's barely noticeable. The band is a smooth black fabric and there are 4 rows/columns of 2 hooks.

The fit is interesting. I mentioned above that the cookies really influence the fit, and I'm not sure if I need a cup size larger. I'm not sure how it is going to be when my period is near, but as soon as my body decides to finally freaking ovulate (over 30 days in the cycle so far which is twice as long as usual...grrr), I'll know. I also feel like the upper part of the cup is a bit closed, as it seems to cradle the top of my breasts a bit. But could it be too closed that it's cutting into my tissue? The gore is nice and low. The band seems ok. It's a bit stretchy and I am good with either of the tightest 2 hooks (3rd and 4th) which is fairly consistent with the Pl Carmen in a 70E. Strap placement is a bit wide but borderline, and not unexpected.

Overall I like the bra. It's going to be a great daily bra that is a wee bit above basic. As it's black with black lace, I was able to find a few nice coordinating panties from La Senza. I have a bikini and hipster with lace inserts at the hip (same style but two different cuts), and a hipster with a stretchy lace insert/panel at the top of the front. I included the pics of those, but because it's sheer black lace on the black panties, I placed my arm/hand through the lace to show it better.

I'm definitely game for another S, but I'm not sure if I am going to try it in a larger cup or not. I'll have to get it measured soon and see if this one is tts in the cup or not.

    Thanks for reading!

A lot of people like to have some breast tissue mounding up above the bra a little bit like that, its more of a preference than a right-or-wrong, I think. For me, in the S, I usually need to pull some of my breast tissue in to the outer edge of the cups in order to fit better - they dont allow a lot of room for center fullness, and my boobs will start pushing the gore down if I dont banish them to the outside

    • Thanks dbmamaz I might need to try a bit of reverse scooping to see how it is. I'm typically ok with a little bit of puffing but like I said, this is borderline puffing and quadding. And when my boobs swell before my period, it will be worse. But it's not visible under clothes unless you really look. So it's probably ok. I worry that the 70F is going to be too big and gape.

    • I think its look darn good! Sometimes I place my fingers in by the gore under the cup and smooth/push my breast tissue along the edge of the cup. This may do the trick for you. But I agree that the 70F would like end up gaping more then you like, and you may be forced to wear it with the inserts instead of having the choice to do so.

    • Thanks LeProfessor. I’m doing it and I think it’s a bit of a help. If I find a good 65FF/70F for super cheap, I might try it and reserve it for period week. And for all I know, this one might run a titch small in the cup.

The Rozowa is a near perfect nude for me and actually fits quite nicely. I do have one small issue with it though and perhaps with some wear it could go away, though I'm not sure I'm patient enough to try and see. For some reason on my left breast I get a bit of smooshing causing a squared off shape. Other than that issue this is probably the best fit I'm had from an SM.

This bra is not owned any more

I was hesitant to buy this bra, because I can't wear my 65FF - Ewa Michalak » Pl Blekitna Rapsodia (658) or 65FF - Ewa Michalak » Pl Zlote Oko (776) due to the hard wires stabbing me at the gore. But this bra does not cause me any pain. The wires are still hard but since they fit me better they are not stabbing me. I am not sure why it is a better fit because the gores are similar. The cups are deeper and shorter. They also have more immediate depth which I need. Most of my padded bras have less ... depth then my unlined bras causing me to feel squished. So I need the 9.5 in. I love the short cups that do not hide my boobs. I do not have much upper fullness but my roots are kinda tall so I need short open cups and these are perfect. The gore is short enough and narrow enough that it does not sit on breast tissue. I am happy I order a 70 band because the band fits close to a 60. Ewa Michalak says there M cuts run tight on their website. The tags on the band are very irritating. The lace is not scratchy but not super soft. I love red bras but prefer more of crimson to orange tone of this red. I love the polka dot bows and also the bows on the sides. Photos are taken with out the cookies.

    • I noticed that the tags were really irritating on my M cut too. Glad you got a better fit with this one!

Are those bows on the band? Dangit, this bra is so stinking cute.

This bra is really pretty on you.
I've been telling myself not to get this because I already have a few red bras, but after looking at the lace...

I love the M bras because they seem to have more depth at the wire than the newer PL bras (in my experience)

    • This is beautiful on you!

    • The PL Gore wires are slightly taller than the M wires., too. I SO wish Ewa Michalak would expand the size range for M.

thanks everyone. True plunges that are projected at the wire are hard to find so I hope they would expand the sizes. I think a lot of bra companies assume that larger breast will spill out the center with a shorter gore but that not true of all breast.

    • This is such a lovely bra and seems to fit you so well. I kind of want to get one in the PL cut.
