These short roots of mine led me to believe I needed smaller cups. But, I continually experienced pain and discomfort. The definition of insanity is trying the same thing again and again and expecting different results. This is my first 70FF and it fits. 38 bras and 1 that fits: this is a new beginning. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> This model does not have cookie pockets, but I often find the pocket seam irritating. So, I'm thrilled it is pocket-free. My previous CHP experience was a Klaudyna which I rejected because of its stiffness. This CHP snuggles and reminds me of Comexim bras: comfortable! I had almost rejected Ewa Michalak because they were uncomfortable: I just needed more space. Thank you, kubrika for exchanging!
My first SF bra. Keep in mind I got it a couple days before my period, and my boobs today in particular feel HUMONGOUS as it goes.
I took a big big chance and ordered my new Ewas in a band smaller than before... however, I've been worrying and sweating over it thinking it will be too tight as SF Blueberry has a lacy band, however, I needn't have worried. The band is actually stretchier than my BM Fluo I got in the same package (and same size).
There are a couple of things I dislike about SF cut (just from first impressions), but I will talk about that later.
SF ...Blueberry in 70FF has 4 parts in the cup (I believe to add more structure, not sure if that is the norm for the cut or if it's the norm for the size). The bottom of the cup is very sturdy... at the seams. The fabric between the seams is not so sturdy honestly, but it's manageable. Important thing is it does not give me any cutting in the cup and that's all I can ask for at this point. The top of the cups is finished off with elastic tulle and lace that molds nicely to the breasts. The colour of this bra is just astounding. It's a rich dark blue and the black compliments it so nicely. The bottom of the cup feels like it's empty. I had my mum evaluate this for me because I just couldn't do it myself and she says it's not empty, but the lace over the cup is very loose and makes it feel like it's empty when you touch it. The cups (seams and lace) are visible under thin shirts.
The band at 70 definitely doesn't *feel* like it runs tight (I am a EU 70H but everyone says to size up in EM bras), it feels like it runs *tight enough*. When I move the band stays put and this is how I like my bands. I think once the fiber molds to the body and stretches out it will be perfection (this has been an issue with Ewa bands for me... the band on Bibi Black 80E stretched out so much I have to use a Rixie clip with it -- it's not optimal but it works, and on Bibi Bezova Perla 75F I have to fasten it on the tightest hook already). My big, big, huuuge gripe with the band is that at this size it is 2 hooks. I'm not sure why, as on the one photo of the back of the bra on the website there are three hooks. The Fluo in the same size has 3 hooks. But on Blueberry it's 2. This is, imho... awful. I can get over it, of course, but I wonder why she would do this? I feel betrayed, lol. My boobs (and I assume any boobs in this size) are pretty heavy, they *need* that 3rd hook to give the extra stability to the band. This worries me a little bit. But other than that the band really does feel perfect. The lace is definitely not making it any tighter imho.
The gore tacks beautifully, lies flat against my sternum. There's a little faux keyhole design on it and it's beautiful. The wires are pure perfection. They wrap around my breasts perfectly, follow the root, I can barely even feel them to be honest. I was worried at this size they will be shorter but it is not an issue.
The straps are my personal horror story. I think (hope) they will stretch out as they are so so so short. I'm not kidding. The straps are so short I'm considering returning this bra. I definitely feel them digging into my shoulders, and I'm getting some slight neck pain too.. I think from here on out I will just add the extra 20pln to make the straps longer. For once I would like a bra that I can make the straps tighter on it, rather than making them completely loose and still have them dig into my shoulders. The straps are also very wide set. I'm not sure if it's because of the size, the cut, or the model. Hopefully the discomfort will just go away with wear as it did with my other Ewa bras.
Now, the SF cut. I feel like my asymmetry is a little more obvious in this cut, can't quite put my finger on it but it's something about the shape of the cups I believe. The shape is a teensy bit pointier than in my BMs which are perfectly natural shape. Not sure if 2 hook is the size related standard for this cut but it's very very annoying. The strong seams are not as comfortable as BMs, so I would not recommend this cut to anyone who has sensitive nipples or sensitive skin on their breasts.
final notes: I don't think I need to size up in cup as my smaller side feels like it's almost about to not fill out the cup in the deepest part of it. I do wonder if straps being so wide set is because I went down in band size... tho I don't see any wire distortion and the 70 band is definitely a good fit. It's the length of the straps that is making this bra a 3/5 in comfort for me, it has to be. Or, maybe I'm just in that overly sensitive period of the month and everything bothers me. So I will follow this review up with an update in like a week or so to see how it feels then.
side note: this bra gives me some serious cleavage. I'm not usually looking for cleavage and I gave up on it a long while ago because the only bras I get cleavage in are the ones that are really small, but I'll take it when it's free like this!
side note 2: I don't know if I will be ordering any more of SF bras, not unless there is something that is really really pretty and I can't live without. BMs fit me very very well and they are comfortable. I would argue with the fact that the description for SF says: Perfect for soft and less firm breasts. My breasts are very soft, and more than less firm, they are extremely malleable, and the structure of SF cups makes them just sorta flop in the cups like pudding and get shaped by them rather than working with the cups to get the right shape. This is an issue I also encountered with Panache Jasmine and Envy. Luckily, the shape SF Blueberry gives me is passable, I'd say even more good than bad, while the Panaches gave me extreme pointy boob. Anyway, not to ramble on and on. Maybe SF bras are made for soft boobs, but not very soft. The plus side is that the top of the cups doesn't seem to be quad boob prone (unless you're in the wrong size, I guess) even if you have very very soft tissue like me. I will at some point try the S cut... once I get over my fear of ordering the wrong size in it. But for now, I will stick to BMs.
Update after wearing it a while: No matter how much I try, I cannot make this bra work for me. The narrower cups coupled with not enough immediate projection make for a very bad fit that I have to keep adjusting during the day. I think I should have sized up in cup for this one.
All Ewa's bras have wide set straps. The SF feels really bad because the stiff fabric comes up so high.
I think it looks great on you though!
the short straps are really concerning to me in general. I'm short - 5'2 - but my boobs are low set and on my larger side, i generally have the straps all the way out - how could a taller person possibly fit?
Sovavosi I did notice that actually, it's just on this bra it is actually somehow noticeable for me. It could be, like you said, because of the stiff fabric (and it IS stiff).
dbmamaz I'm about 5'6 (171cm) AND low set. The straps on most bras are a living nightmare, not gonna lie, but this is one of the rare cases where I'm actually feeling the effects of straps being so short. Twice I have asked in comments to have the straps made longer and twice they have convinced me not to do it but I really really think I need longer straps on these bras. If I wear these straps further out, they don't cut in as much for some reason, but they also feel like they're about to slide off my shoulders, lol. I wonder how much of a pain it would be to just make them shorter myself without having to send the bras back to have the alteration done.
I've noticed Ewa is making her straps shorter all the time! I usually have normal bras adjusted 75% (more than the average person) but I have to let her straps out almost all the way for some of the bras.
Gah, I was afraid of that because they have gotten exponentially shorter on each new bra I ordered. I figured it might be cause each new bra is also a sister size down of the previous but maybe not :/

Super thorough review! Thank you for sharing so many wonderful details!!!
I agree with Sovavosi, the stiffness makes the straps more noticeable. I also feel the armpit curve is too straight which makes the straps eat the area more as well. If that curve was lower/more angled like a J instead of a /, the straps wouldn't feel so bad.
I've been wearing it all day and I have to say I think whoever said (I think it was you MamaPagan ) that the cups do not have as much immediate projection as BMs was 100% right. The cups have been not only collapsing but also sliding down all day... bummer! It's beautiful, but not for me, I think.
I think most of us have said it but I'll gladly take credit for it here. :-) It is noticeable in many/most of Ewa's stock outside of her sister Gosik wearing them, so it is the norm in my opinion. I still personally love the fit, comfort, and extra support they offer over the BM. BMs are still my favorite but SFs are a close second. Sorry it didn't work for you.
Also, for the S style go up a cup but keep the same band as your BM style size for the best fit.
That is what I was leaning towards!
I actually found I had to go up a size in SF compared to BM.
I do find the wires a little more narrow than on the BM Fluo, I feel like that might make up for need in size difference. The cup seems deeper too, than BM.
Per Kaśka at EM, the cups on the full lace BMs are slightly more spacious than the half lace BMs, which are slightly more spacious than the SF style. Generally this is true, but does seem to vary by model, and possibly size &/or seamstress, too. Haha.
BM Baklazan is a beautiful dark violet bra. The lace is very delicate and soft and looks so so beautiful.
The bra fits about the same as my other BM bras.
Three part cups, with the top being very stretchy lace (stretchier than usual to be honest). I think this bra has some in cup quad potential because the lace on top is that soft and stretchy. If I puff my chest out I definitely get some quadding in my silhouette, luckily I don't usually do that in public so no big deal.
The band, even tho lined with lace, is a little looser than I'd like. I'd say overall, it's ...as loose as my 75F - Ewa Michalak » Bm Bibi Beżowa Perła (533) when I first got it. This worries me because if it stretches out it will be too loose https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />. But we shall see what happens.
The gore overlaps and is very comfortable for me. Perfect tack. The little bow is very cute.
As a last minute alteration, Ewa made the straps longer for me. She added 10 cm to them and they are perfect https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />. That being said in the photos they are very loose because I didn't tighten them at all when I first tried it on. The bra still looks like it has enough support even so. Good to see my hunch was right that I don't actually need overly tight straps in order to carry the weight of my boobs.
Overall, this might be the prettiest BM bra of the lot. I can't get over how beautiful this lace is. The bra fits well enough, I think.
edit: After wearing it a while, I find 2 things about this bra that I did not initially: 1. The lace under the cups bothers me a lot. I have to sort of bend the lace away from my body in order for it to not bother my skin. It's not that rough to the touch, though, but I guess my underbust skin is sensitive to it. I will not be purchasing any more bras that have that lace on the band under the cups. 2. This bra is just not as supportive as my other BMs. They are all the same size, but this one offers considerably less support. Overall, I don't like wearing this bra. Read more 289 more words
Ewa did a fit customization?? What!!?!?! Unheard of.
Anyways, this looks beautiful on you. Perfect shape & I love the color. I love the BM bras, I wish her prices hadn’t gone up. I also wish i could get one of these mythical looser bands people are talking about lately. My 65 band Fluo has no stretch & is so tight.
The bras fit really well but the straps were so so short it was giving me severe neck pain. I still wear the Fluo, but just cannot deal with the Blueberry straps. I explained the situation to them and they agreed to make them longer on my remaining orders, thankfully. They were about to ship them too but held off in order to make alteration. Kaska is a champion that she sorted this out for me!
And I really really think they are making bands looser now. I do have a Fluo in 70FF as well and it is considerably tighter than either of the bras I received today (or the SF I got). I'm talking like, these fit like true 70s, the Fluo fits more like a 65 on me.
It is also very possible the prices have gone up because of some new tax laws in Poland I heard about. In Eastern Europe in general the prices (of pretty much everything) have skyrocketed. I do think it's unfair that she charges for Paypal fees as it's against Paypal ToS. On top of that, she also charges Paypal fees for the tax which is also against ToS. But alas.
I'm glad she lengthened the straps for you! It looks beautiful. Have you considered reporting Ewa to paypal? If she clearly doing things against there ToS then she should be reported...but then again...knowing Ewa she'd just likely hike the prices up even more given her terrible attitude.
Eh I would personally not report for something like that, mainly because if it really bothered me then I would simply not get bras from them...
I have reported Ewa to PayPal. They didn’t seem to care.
Unfortunately I don’t have any other options for bras that fit well & I really can’t afford her anymore. The price after all her taxes & fees is beyond what I can really justify.
That is completely understandable. For me it's a little easier cause I pay way less for shipping. Is it any cheaper to get the bras at US stores that carry EM or are they still too much?
I know it's a bit odd to throw this comment in here, but it's nice to see you back around lcl0706 !
I live in the US as well and while there are few places to buy Ewas bras here, I find it's impossible for me to get custom sizing through them and they mostly offer VERY large cup bras and not too many small bands. I know a couple rave about how good some of them are at ordering custom sizes for you and responding to emails I've never gotten a respond to any of my emails to any of the sellers of Ewa bras in the US.
Did you try Jaimie at Bra Obsessed (I know it's Canada but close enough!)
Yeah, she was the first one i tried. It's actually cheaper for me to shop out of Canada because it'll be 100$, but since my dollars are US it'll only cost me 80$. I think I might try again sometime soon though, everyone on here is too busty for me to buy their old Ewa bras! lol XD
Levana Bratique is US based and Judy is super nice. She has a good size range and it's not significantly more expensive than ordering from Ewa direct. I think it was like $7 more for me to get a set from her rather than Poland. She also has a lot in stock, so it potentially eliminates the wait.
Don't forget Broad Lingerie and Forever Yours in Canada also sell Ewa. Though I am not sure what the custom options would be for them. I have emailed with Sam and she has been great. I just lack the money to get anything from her or the other shops.

The colour of this bra is a warmer neon pink. I wouldn't say peachy, but definitely pulls on the peachy side. IT IS GORGEOUS. FUN, BRIGHT, JUST BEAUTIFUL. So, so pretty.
Three part cups at 70FF, with the top being super stretchy lace that moulds to the breasts perfectly. The cups are lined with white tulle (stretchy tulle under the stretch lace). Beautiful lift, beautiful shape, same I get in my other BMs. However, I should note that 70FF is not a perfect sister size ...to 75F. I do get some in cup quadding (however I am on my largest boobs of the month time, so it might be symptomatic of that rather than cups being small). Other than the in cup quadding, and it is really so so slight that you can't even see it until I puff my chest out, it's a wonderful fit. That being said, I do feel like the stretchy tulle (slippery kind of) at the top causes the lace to sort of slide all around it and sometimes it will slide down to the seam causing some quadding which is not true quadding, just the fact that you have a stretched out lace lying all bunched up at the seam rather than covering the breast. The tulle comically stays in place tho. This is what happened on my larger side, smaller was fine.
The wires are so far the best out of all BMs I tried. No slipping out of my imf on my smaller side at all. I wouldn't be surprised if the wires are on the narrower side when I do the the measurements. I don't see an issue with it on my larger side either, follows the root perfectly, all the breast is in the cup, no wire is sitting on breast tissue. Beautiful.
70FF, the band runs very snug. The band is not uncomfortable at all though, and it does not move when I move and I love it. It is made out of pink stretchy material, however it is also reinforced by another layer of white, a little thicker material. Both the white and pink material are extremely stretchy, but I think the two working together make for the band being so snug. That's okay though, I don't mind. I like my bands tight. Visually, though, it looks like the pink part of the band is either too stretched out or too loose, depending on how you look at it. The fabric will bunch up and look strained, but it's really not. It's just the difference in tension between the two materials that makes it appear that way (I think it's visible in my photos as well).
The gore overlaps in the middle, tacks perfectly, no issues at all. Nothing is sitting on my breast tissue and it's very very comfortable.
Straps do not adjust long enough, story of my life. But unlike 70FF - Ewa Michalak » Sf Blueberry (1420) it does not seem to cause any neck pain. The straps being wide set also does not bother me in this bra.
Overall, I am happy with my BM Fluo. A beautiful, fun colour and a comfortable bra all over. BM cut works so well with my breasts it makes me wanna cry.
Update after wearing it a while: Fluo is overall a good fit save for short straps (which give me some shoulder pain). The cups wrap around my breasts perfectly. I do find that toward the end of my cycle I will quad in it, especially on my larger side (duh). The band did not stretch any considerable amount.
Update on 21.12.2018. This bra is very obviously too small at this point. I have reordered it in one remaining 70G. The band is now a lot looser than it used to be, but not because it stretched, but because I lost a lot of underbust. Read more 555 more words
Knowing Bibi Black runs a little roomy in the cup (and stretches out in the cup too!), I purchased it in 70FF. Size wise, it's somewhere between my 70FFs and Antonina, really neither here nor there.
Honestly I am satisfied with the way this one fits except for one thing. The shape I get is a lot pointier than what I got in 80E - Ewa Michalak » Bm Bibi Black (1000) . I'm not sure why exactly but I will say that I am over hating the pointy shape. It's just how it is. It also doesn't look awful under a shirt so all's good.
The cups are ...your regular three part cups with the top being stretchy lace. The lace on Bibis is very sturdy, but VERY stretchy and I think these bras are really the best out there for cyclical changes! The lace just adapts so well, but without bubbling (too much at least). The cups on these are also a little sturdier than some of my other BMs.
The band is snug but in my experience, the single layer bands stretch out after a couple of wears, so we will see what happens. My 80E seems to have flimsier mesh than my 70FF, so maybe they changed materials? Not sure. I noticed the same with my Bibi Bezova Perlas but it could just be I don't remember so well how the bra was out of the package.
The gore on Bibi Black is what sold me on EM bras and as usual, it tacks perfectly, doesn't bother me at all. The wires are very comfy in general.
I probably wouldn't have purchased Bibi Black again if not for Black Friday sale. I think it's a very elegant black bra, it's not boring because the lace gives it that oomph that I find so many black/nude bras miss. Bibi Black comes with the little straps you can attach to convert it to a strappy bra. I will say that I don't like even trying on these straps because (even after careful placement to avoid this) they cut into my tissue fiercely after a minute or two. Actually the straps on this one are what's keeping me from buying one of the SMN bras! They are nothing like the straps on 34E - Bravissimo » Dina Bra (LN578) but a lot harder than them.
Overall, happy with my purchase, and knowing this bra stretches out in both the cup and the band I think it was a good decision to get it in 70FF. Read more 314 more words
I don't really see the super pointy, I think it looks good on you. Maybe not as round as the 80E, perhaps because this one is molding to you better? Sometimes our shape is naturally pointy. 😐
Yes I think that could be it. The 80E is slightly too large in the cup for me... Sister sizing is whack in EM bras honestly.
I also think it looks great on you. And yes, Ewa sister sizing is wonky!!
Okay, I'm telling a story of how I determined my correct size in Ewa Michalak BM. It was some trial and error!
I took these pics in a sunny room, and you can see how gorgeous this bra is when the light hits it. I love these colours!! For this bra, which I no longer own, I tried it just for the cups to see if I could eliminate the in-cup quadding that was happening at the 70F size. I determined that 70FF was better, however after 2-3 wears of 70F that I couldn't return (I had already taken the tags off and washed it), I realized that I needed a 65 band as well. I exchanged this one.
Basically, I was determined to find the correct size in this bra, if it was the last thing that I did!
I believe I'm in between a FF and a G cup for Ewa's BM's right now. My left side has a bit of quadding, while my right side fits fairly well for the most part. I love the color of this bra. It's simply stunning. Overall, I count this as a win, but I'm hoping to lose a little more weight and have the bra fit better https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Calluna thanks! Yep, a smidge small, but like you say, the 70G would be too big :/
Ugh, so lovely looking but being between sizes isn't fun!. Sorry it's a bit small, but it still looks good at least!
Is it comfortable?
MamaPagan, no it's not 😭😂 ah well! I'll get there!
It's a little uncomfortable on my large side, which is why I'm just leaving it on the back burner right now. I'll try again next week when my period is over 🤣
Hopefully the comfort and fit improves when hormones subside. 🍀
This is exactly how my 70FFs fit me before I switched to 70G haha. But to me the decompression (esp on my larger side) was the real issue, I didn't really care that it looked too small...
brasaremean dang haha! At least you sorta figured out what works better for you :)
BM La Gloria is the last of my orders directly from EM and I finally got it today.
The green colour is exactly the same as the one in the photos one the website. It is an absolutely beautiful forest green with brown details. In the photos, the browns look more like black, but they are definitely brown!
Now, I don't know why in my photos it looks like the bra is a little small on me, because I feel like when it's on me it's the largest of my 70FFs I have. I think I might have taken these photos without properly scooping and swooping so it looks like ...it's small under the armpits and is sitting on my breast tissue but it's really not. I've been wearing it all day and it fits great, supportive, safe, nothing is spilling out, poking or bothering me in any way whatsoever. Also in the photos the band is sitting too low on my back I think cause I didn't adjust it. I have a very sensitive mole on my back that I have to be veeeery careful with so when I first put on a bra I have to have the band a little lower so as not to accidentally catch it. In some cases I tend to just leave the band lower if it's bothering the mole, so maybe that's what happened here as well. Point is, probably I will add new photos because these seem hasty and I barely even remember taking them cause I had a busy day!
Anyyyyhow. Loose band again, definitely not as tight as my 70FF - Ewa Michalak » Bm Fluo. It's double layered with stretchy mesh + stretchy green fabric. I mean it's snug and it fits great but will it stretch? That remains to be seen. This just confirms my hunch that the 70 bands on EM bras are true 70s now. BM Fluo fits more like a loose 65, this is definitely a 70. I don't know what this means for 60s and 65s but I thought it was just worth noting.
The cups have to be the deepest so far on 70FFs. Three part cups, they are lined with stronger brown mesh (more rigid) than my other BMs. The lace is stretchy at the top and so is the mesh to adjust for asymmetry. Typical BM cups that fit great. Now I've been wondering if I should just go for 70G because my larger side does feel a liiiittle bit squished and has some quad potential. But on my smaller side the bras all feel a little less supportive because I think it's like a few cups smaller. So I think 70FF is a good compromise to get a similar fit on both sides. But the doubt is killing me. I don't think my smaller side could even fill out the 70G :/. (For the record, my smaller side is the one with the tattoo)
The gore tacks and the bow on the gore is huge and I absolutely love it. Ewa altered the straps for me to be a little bit longer. They added 10cm I believe. Just wonderful https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The bow... also wonderful. The green detail... I love it.
Overall, I am very happy with my La Gloria. What a beautiful bra!
edit: also, it gives me some major cleavage! edit: added some proper scoop and swoop photos, but now the straps seem overtightened (although they don't feel so, lol).
Update after wearing it a while: I find La Gloria to have the best side support of all my BMs. The lace on top is very forgiving to size fluctuations. Read more 500 more words
They must use more than one option on this one as all the accents on mine are definitely black not brown. How strange! Sovavosi Is yours black or brown?
I ordered mine when it was first released, before it went out of stock and came back so maybe this is why. I like the brown accents, makes it very earthy!! :-)

Oh that is very very odd! Maybe they ran out of black? (although that seems unlikely, lol!)
Anything is possible with Ewa, haha!
Oh I see in both your photos it is black! Ha! So weird.
Oooooh I like this one. It's pretty!
brasaremean Yeah, and I actually pulled mine out of the drawer to double check as photos can be off.
I can't wait to see more added and find out if it's a permanent change or if you got a special one. :-)
At first I thought mine was black too actually, but it was kinda dark in my room. Only when I saw my photos I realised they details are actually brown lol!
I think your band looks like it is at an appropriate level. It's like an not talked about arguments between bra fitters and wearers alike, if the band should be very low in the back or straight around. Some say that the top of the band in the back should be at the same level as the bottom of the cups in the front, so even lower than what you have here! While others says a straight line around, the bottom of the band being equal level all the way around the torso.
I try to go by this rule if I start saying things like "I feel a tiny/little bit squished" or "the cup can be a tiny/little bit smaller" than I know that I am nitpicking too much and the bra fits great and I'm just trying to double guess and confuse myself. But if I'm saying "omg this is sooo tight you can see my boob overflowing the cups through shirts!" or "ouch! that wire is causing me alot of discomfort/the elastics are digging in really bad" or "there is alot of room in the entire cup." Then that's when I know it's a legitimate bra not-fitting-right-problem and not just me nit picking my asymmetry or wanting perfection on each breast even though they are different shapes and even sitting at different levels on my torso. Maybe this'll help you figure out when your being too hard on yourself and your body or if it's truly a fit problem that can be fixed (without the bra being made just for your body! :-P)
It looks great and I'm so happy you've found bras that you love the fit of.
LeProfessor I know, the doubt is unbearable. Constantly second guessing. I feel perfectly fine in it though. I think it's cause I spent a shitload of money on these bras (like more than I should have, probably), I keep expecting to have wasted that money.
I feel your pain brasaremean. I think all of us do, but they are addicting!
This is beautiful! Personally I've never regretted sizing up to fit the big boob. If I try to compromise (a bit too small for bigger side, a bit too big for smaller size) neither cup/wire sits securely and I just end up feeling cranky with the whole thing. If I fit my larger boob really perfectly the bra stays in place better and I can position the smaller one more easily as well.
This bra is so beautiful. If I could still order through EM, I would order this bra in a heartbeat (but alas, her DHL shipping costs make that impossible for me in Cnd). From the pictures, it looks like the fit is really good. Would you get the support you need from a larger cup or do you think it compromise cup support?
wendybien it is absolutely beautiful, I'd even say out of the bunch I ordered it's the prettiest!
Wilderness1 I think I'd have to reeeeeally tighten the strap to get any support on the smaller side as even right now I feel it's not being supported enough.
Wilderness1 Look into Broad Lingerie! She's based in Toronto, and carries Ewa bras in her store, and can order them for you! Doing so may save you the crazy shipping costs from ordering direct. Also, this bra is so so pretty! Is it the same lace she used in the BM Crazy? I have that one and it's one of my favorites!
Wilderness1 here is the reply that I got from Broad Longerie. I had asked them if they'd received any fitting feedback on the BM Cabernet so far, and also if they knew what was coming in over the next few months, questioning whether Baklazan, Porto, or Rubin were among them.
"So sorry for the delay! So far we're finding the BM Cabernet to run a little big in the band compared to most Ewa Michalak bras, but the cups are accurate. So if you're between band sizes you may want to go to the smaller size.
As for winter orders, we have the BM La Gloria on order due to arrive in late December. We likely won't be ordering the Porto or Baklazan as they are too similar to the BM Cabernet, but we may order the Rubin (or something else if Ewa releases something new) later for February-ish!"
So it's possible that you can get the La Gloria from them if you like. They can put you on a call/email list for when it comes, like they did for me with Cabernet. I just can't afford it now. I spent my saved up bra money on a couple of used Ewas to test the styles and sizing, so I have started to save again but I'm only halfway to total, which I think was something like $125 after tax and shipping outside of Ontario.
Hope this helps!
Looks great on you. I wouldn't worry about band stretching as the ones with the fabic are stretching out less than the mesh ones (at least in my case). Also as far as the band does not ride up its fine. Cannot wait for mine!
Calluna I want the Cabernet so bad but literally no one in EU will ship it to me, and from elsewhere the shipping is insane.
martka00 That's been my experience too but it's a short experience so I'm still wary. Fingers crossed! Bibi Black and Bibi Bezova Perla both stretched out beyond being able to wear them. Are you getting La Gloria too? Very curious about the black vs brown details!
brasaremean honestly I didn’t find my bras to stretch out but I do wear looser bands as I can’t squeeze myself due to reflux. I only recently moved on again to band 65 as I’ve been exercising and noticed some underbust reduction. I still have many bras in 70 and find them not to ride up (my underbust is 73cm snug, 69cm right and 75loose). I have hardly any 70 band bra that does ride up (panache are the only ones and one Comexim, so I tend to avoid wearing them now).
I hope my Gloria have black accents as I can’t imagine it with brown ones ;(
The brown is barely distinguishable from black except in photos, honestly. I kinda like it, it's unusual!
Well we will see! My order is still processing :(
Yes this one took forever!
I wish she release now the harness thing. Would be perfect as a gift for Christmas 😂🙈
brasaremean I love the brown accents! It gives the bra an earthy nature feel and I really like that. :-)
Yes earthy would be the word I'd use. Reminds me of an actual forest!
Thanks mandapandarawks an Calluna . I'll check them out and see what prices are like, etc.
Wilderness1 the price of the Cabernet shipped to BC was $125 and change. You might also check out Forever Yours Lingerie in Langley, BC. They offer a first time order discount of 15%, however I don't know if they are going to be getting either La Gloria or Cabernet. They do have some sizes of Absynt left and some basics. I have not tried to email them about the Ewas that they are getting. I keep hoping that I will get to the mainland and try stuff on in person and ask. But it's been difficult to get over lately.
Calluna that's still pretty pricey! Especially compared to how much I used to pay for an EM direct. Most of her cuts don't work very well for me for some reason, so I'm a little gunshy on spending a huge amount of money on this one, but I do love it. I've never tried her BM cut. I'd rather try one used first for fitting purposes, and order new if I can be sure it would fit... We'll see I guess...Thanks again though :)
Honestly, I agree and I am too, but knowing that I can return it is huge for me, especially as I have never tried a BM before. I keep searching for a BM on the listings in my size range and price range. The only ones that I have found are super old listings. I think that even if you order from Levana Bratique, it's about the same after currency conversion. The other option is to order from Ewa and have it sent to someone in the states who will send it to you.
Ah, where do I begin with this bra? It's a little different than other BM bras I have.
For starters, the wires seemed a lot wider than 70FF - Ewa Michalak » Bm Fluo when I first put it on. After measuring, I can confirm that indeed they are wider (and longer!). However, they angle really oddly and I do think the wires struggle to stay in my imf. However, this is an impression I get after about ten minutes of wearing it and needs to be tested out thoroughly. I will update the review in a week or so. edit: identified the issue. The cups ever so ...slightly lack immediate projection other BM bras have. This bra fits more like 70FF - Ewa Michalak » Sf Blueberry (1420) than any of my BMs.
Three part cups, with the tops being lined with stretchy tulle and stretchy lace over it. It is really, really, REALLY beautiful. My photos don't do justice to the colour of this bra. It's a dark reddish pink. The cups are sturdy at the bottom and the stretch lace accommodates for my asymmetry very well. The cups seem short, though. Not annoyingly so, just I feel a little more exposed in this bra.
The band is absolute perfection. It is (a lot) looser than Fluo, but tighter than 70FF - Ewa Michalak » Bm Bakłażan (1417) . It is one of those bands that doesn't need to be broken in to get the perfect snug feel. Now, the difference between Fluo and Rubin is confusing me, since both are double layered bands and the fabrics seem similar. I think that maybe they started to make bands a little looser. Just a hunch on basis of all three of the new bras I ordered having looser bands than the older I ordered (Fluo).
As a last minute alteration, Ewa made the straps longer for me. As I suspected, it was the straps making me feel uncomfortable in the other bras. They were just too short! She added 10cm to this bra and it is absolute perfection. I have to tighten the straps! I've never known this feeling in my life!
The gore tacks and doesn't bother me at all. The little bow is very elegant and cute at the same time. I love it.
In this brascapade I have realised that a perfect fit might be unachievable unless the bra is made especially by your measurements which I suspect is hard to find someone to do that. I've made my peace with it. Close enough is good enough. And BM Rubin is a beautiful bra that is close enough for me.
Update after wearing it a while: This bra is actually my best fitting BM! Initially it seemed like the cups would slide down a lot but they do not at all and actually keep the girls in better than any other BM I have. I do not quad in this bra at any point during my cycle and I find myself reaching for it A LOT. Read more 399 more words
This bra is absolutely gorgeous! Good to know that you sorted out the issue with the straps ;)
Yes I am very lucky to have gotten the alteration done before the bras shipped out! The bra is absolutely beautiful.
GORGEOUS! And it looks soooo good on you too. I really hope I can convince them to make the SF and BM's in my size without having to change them into the 3DM's...I just really like the way they look so much more. Perhaps with how loose the bands are getting I could be one of those people who order a too small band just to get a larger cup! :-P
Please let me know if you do! My sister is a 30D as well and I would love to order some of BMs for her as well! We both prefer fuller coverage so 3dms don't work for her either lol
I bet you could find a local seamstress who'd be willing to alter the straps for you. The elastic might not match perfectly, but I'm sure there's a way it could be done.
gratiat Yes this is what I've been looking into! I'd settle for a similar colour.
I wanted this bra ever since I saw it here on BTB and I hunted it down at Bra Obsessed and now it's mine! Mine!!!
I initially ordered this in 75F but mentioned to Jaimie that ideally I would need a 70FF (it wasn't listed on the website) and she had one laying around and was able to ship the right size to me!
This is also my only EM bra I didn't order from EM website and I don't know if that's why I notice a couple of differences from my other EMs in the same size. The cups feel roomier, they are higher, and the band is wonderfully ...snug.
The cups are higher and have more coverage than my other 70FFs. The lace is stretchy heaven and it's LOVELY. The colour is a true violet, so vibrant and amazing. Typical EM 3-part cups with a little cut out connecting the cup to the strap. Some bubbling on my larger side (to be expected), but the wires do reach higher up under my armpit and this is what I want from a bra! Why can't all EM bras in this size be like this?! This just reinforces my opinion that her new bras are not the same as the old ones size wise. Fioletowy feels both roomier, and offers more coverage than my other ones (along with Fluo --and La Gloria).
The band also feels very snug and I love it. I think I'm at a point where I'm not really a 65, but not really a 70 either, so this tighter 70 feels just perfect. Shame she's making the bands looser now https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />.
The wires are narrow, the gore tacks, same old same old, not much to say about it.
Weirdly, the unaltered straps adjust long enough that they don't bother me. I don't know what's different, maybe they're just stretchier than the others :/.
Overall, BM Fioletowy is a beautiful bra (and I know I always say this, but might be the prettiest of them all so far https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />). You can apparently order this straight from EM (I had no idea which is why I went with Bra Obsessed). But either way, I'm very happy with it. Read more 266 more words
That looks great on you! It's a lovely purple. I also measured the one I bought from Jaimie as slightly deeper than the same size, I wonder if the same is true if you order this directly from EM. You make me want to order this again, haha. 😃
That is very interesting! I think MamaPagan ordered hers directly from EM, did you?
No, I got mine from Jaimie. I wasn't sure if she was still active because her website hasn't changed in a bit, so I was thinking of ordering this one direct.
The communication with her lacked some to be honest, she never confirmed shipping or anything which made me worry, but the bra arrived eventually so I think she's still active just maybe held up with other stuff?
If the cups are taller, the straps would be attached higher on the body, so in turn longer than the others by default, right? :D
Yes, I did buy direct. I actually tried Fioletowy 3 times, 60JJ from Jaime, then 60K from Ewa direct, followed by 60KK from Ewa direct. I didn’t try any other BMs in a 60JJ to compare how that one fits/measures compared to the Ewa direct, but I can compare the other two.
The band was shorter in the 60K than the 60KK, but measured the same as the 60JJ. The height was 8.5” in the 60JJ, 9.5” in 60K and 9.88” in 60KK, so a big difference between the 60JJ and 60K, but minimal between the 60K and 60KK. Depth was a big difference between the JJ and K but minimal in K to KK (11.75’ flat to 13.75” max stretch in 60JJ, 12.25-15.5” in 60K and 12.5-15.7” in the 60KK. 6” wire in the JJ but 6.25” in the K and KK. The K had a higher wing (4.75”) than the JJ and KK which had the same 4.5”, haha.
Since Ewa’s bands can vary, the K & KK fall right in line with the other BMs in the same size. Wire width is anywhere between 6 & 6.25” for both sizes so again this one falls in line. Height range for K is 9.5-10” and 9.75-10.35” for KK, and Depth range 12”-12.75 flat to max of 15.65” for K and 12.15-12.75” flat to 15.25-16.5” max for KK, so really Fioletowy was within the normal range all around.
As for how they felt, I only wear the 60KK, and to me it is a bit smaller in the cup compared to my most of my other 60KKs. From what I’ve gathered is that those I have that feel this way, it’s all due to a tighter stretch lace tension and my tall roots. It’s not that this one (or the others like it) are too small, it’s just the upper lace isn’t as tall breasted friendly.
Kawa (which was another Jaime exclusive that I ordered direct from Ewa) was the same way but even more so. Antonina also feels that way, but that one felt better last time I wore it, so I think the lace tension loosens with wear &/or breast resistance.
The ones that have run larger in the cup (as in more spacious) from my experience was Bibi Black, Bibi Flamenco, and Klejnot. Those in a 60K fit like my 60KKs. I plan on trying them at some point in a 60KK to compare to satisfy by curiosity. Ironically, Crazy in 60K fits more spacious than La Gloria in 60KK as well......
That was fun to read (it really is kinda all over the place when it comes to measurements, tho, right? Crazy! Gotta love the "consistency"!)
Yeah, sorry for the book length response!
I love the data though, as there is more patterns hidden than we realize I think.
Sure there is a normal range for each size, just like jeans for any given brand, but fabric tension isn't something I would have thought about before. I know, I am such a nerd. :-)
omg that color! i think Ewa doesnt photograph her bras that well, really. makes me wonder if i should've gotten the purple fb instead of the teal lol
dbmamaz the purple on the band on this bra is the exact same purple fabric used on the bottom of the new FB cups! It is absolutely beautiful!
MamaPagan do you know if Kawa lace is the same as this one but brown? It kinda looks like it in the photos...
nvm, it looks similar at the top but not the same. Still, might go for it if I decide I need even more bras. I think I get Ewa Michalak Sm Malinowy (840) in 75F tomorrow!
brasaremean This looks gorgeous on you! This colour is so appealing. As for communication with Jaimie, I live in the same city and personally know her (but I haven't spoken with her in a while). The last year has been hard for her, and she's been struggling with three kids and multiple jobs AFAIK so that's probably why she hasn't been as active or communicative in the last while. She had opened a storefront in our city for BraObsessed maybe 1.5-2 years ago, but she had to close the storefront about a year ago, presumably because it was too expensive to maintain, which I can imagine was really tough for her.
Yes I figured it would be something to that effect which is why I didn't mention it in my review and honestly, overall the experience has been great. I paid, I got what I wanted in the size that I wanted, and it is now in my hands (on my boobs, lol). Overall the good outweighs the (I wouldn't even call it) bad and I would 100% purchase from her again.
brasaremean Yeah, Kawa is unique in its pattern and the two tone lace is nice. I know brown isn't a wow color for some, but I do love the earthy tones.
I love brown (really any darker coloured) bras as they're a fun take on the black bra, lol. I try not to buy too many black bras.
I just buy them all, haha! One for every mood and occasion, right?
I just buy them all, haha! One for every mood and occasion, right?
Fair enough!
I love my naomi evne tho it doesnt really fit (speaking of brown). i bought a thong for it so sometimes i wear it for bedroom (i dont wear non-cotton underwear as a rule. and no, cotton lining is not cotton panty)
Me too dbmamaz. If it's not 95% cotton or higher I can't wear it. But bedroom panties/sets definitely have their purpose. That's the only reason I bought the matching ones on occasion from Ewa/Comexim.
Only panties I wear are high waist 100% cotton granny panties of which both my sisters and my mum make fun of as they're completely non-sexy but tbh they're sooooo comfy.
No seriously, I bought like 20 pairs when I first found them. Like lingerie cute panties are great and all but I can't wear that for longer.
I hear you with that! Love the idea of a sexy set, but it is not practical for all day wear at all.
actually i recently changed to some . . . idk, some other sort of fiber, on amazon - definitely more granny than I like, but when I went down a size, not to bad. i just ordered a third set! bamboo viscose. so comfy!
Wow! I had no idea it was this pretty. It seems different from the website here. I do love purple...glad to hear that it’s a good fit. I’m also in between 65 and 70.
Isn't it pretty? The colour is fantastic!
dbmamaz Modal is what it's called I believe. I recently read about it myself but hadn't tried it.
also sizes are much bigger than stated - my belly is . . .idk, much larger than size 7, but it fits me
Amazon will ship these to me for 65 bucks lol. Crazy!
dbmamaz Thank you for the links. Very interesting that there is a difference yet so similar.
@brasaremean If you check the UK Amazon, it may be cheaper.
Beautiful purple! I know i have mentioned it before, but the maidenform stretch lace thong is awesome! Tons of fun colors and prints, and super comfortable for wearing any time!
Modal and Viscose are both EXCELLENT fabrics!! Oh and the new bamboo fabrics that are coming out are just the best. I have found many panties that I think are sexy and very lingerie-esque that I can wear a whole day at work. But my favorites always end up being those "boy short" kind of panties. Like they look similar to what little boys wear. With the really thick soft fabric/elastic around the legs and waist and something cute printed on them. I think walmart considers them to be just you typical bikini full back style panty. Like these: https://www.amazon.com/Vipex-Womens-Modern-Boyshort-Underwear/dp/B07FQNSQ8P/ref=sr_1_137?ie=UTF8&qid=1542500802&sr=8-137&keywords=boyshort+panties My favorites are those seamless sports thongs for work though. I can wear'em all day, super comfortable. Never feel uncomfy in them. Looove panties lol. Wish I had more cute ones though. I highly recommend this company for fantastic undies (they also support LGBTQ community): https://www.foxers.com/panties/ Though I hear silk is the ultimate fabric for panties, given it's extremely breathable, it wicks away moisture and dries immediately, haven't gotten to try them myself yet. Thanks for the great links dbmamaz !
And about your bra brasaremean (lol, got caught up talking about panties XDD) , i <3 that purple. so perfect for the fall/winter.
OMG i need granny panties!! lol those are . . . um . . not me at all lol. i'm old enough to be a granny anyways
Oh you know whatt brasaremean I'm thinking that this WAS the 75F and she altered the band for you and that explains all the differences you noticed! I went back to the site to hunt it down (as you know, it is very gorgeous) and the 75F is now not available anymore. Ofcourse some one could've bought it, but idk. I feel like she may altered the 75F for you. ^.^
LeProfessor I don't think so because the tag inside says 70FF and also the cup width is exactly the same as 70FFs I have, the 75Fs I have are a lot wider.
Maybe LeProfessor is mixing this up with the pink one that was 75F?
I did put the 75F in my cart and that's the order I made, I think she just never put it back up.
Could be. I actually had to copy and paste the name in the search bar for this bra to come up at all. I couldn't find it through any of "Bras" pages.
I've had some experiences with Ewa Michalak before. I bought a second-hand 65F S Truskawki when I wore a 30F and realized it was way too small. My friend with 30E boobs currently fits it perfectly. Next I bought a 65FF CHP, also secondhand, and while it seemed to fit well I didn't feel terribly supported.
This bra, though, fits really well.
At first I was skeptical about the 70 band, but the measurements looked more like a typical 30 band so I decided to take the plunge, and I'm really glad I did. The band does stretch to 31 inches (due, I imagine, to ...the bra being second-hand) but it honestly fits very nice and snug--I think it stretches as needed.
The cups work really well for me. The wires are deliciously narrow, meaning I can accept projection a little under 10 inches. The shape suits me nicely, so even-to-FOT girls, this bra may be for you.
I've been lusting after PL bras from Ewa for a while, as I love low gores, but honestly this one is so narrow that I don't mind the height at all.
My boobs look AMAZING in this bra. It's this beautiful lift--the circles-sticking-out-from-your-chest look--which I really love and try to find. It also gives a nice amount of cleavage. However, it's also very smooth--the lace doesn't really show up under tops, and the cups fit my breasts well, so this bra works just as well as a T-shirt bra as it does for a going-out bra.
I looove the pattern and coloring. Off-white and lacey can look granda-ish and boring, but this is so delicate and lovely, even my boyfriend (who hates this style of bra) told me he really loves it. I'm also in love with the little gold charm at the center.
The bra came without any removable pads, although it had the pockets for them. I don't think it would have fit as well with the pads since it suited my breasts so well without them. Right now it fits both breasts very well but if my larger breast grows it will be a tiny bit too small on that size, but it's perfect at the moment.
My only complain would be that the underwire on the sides comes up higher than I am used to. It isn't painful or pinching but I'm aware of it because I usually prefer bras with lower wings.
Overall, this bra rates an A from me. I love it! I think in the future I'm going to keep an eye out from 65G S-style bras from Ewa Michalak. Read more 323 more words
I got this beauty from Broad Lingerie in Toronto, to compare SF style to another style that [I think] works best for me r.n., BM. According to the Big Cup, Little Cup blog (I'll link the article below), SF is "a balconette bra with a thin but strong material in the lower cup and an unpadded soft upper cup. This is a version of the S style... with the same shape and neckline. It is good for softer breast tissue."
I had high hopes for this bra! Unfortunately, after I ordered it, I realized that I needed a smaller band in Ewa Michalak; even though most boutiques ...in Canada suggest sizing up in the band for Ewa Michalak, I find that I don't need to. I must be the opposite of everyone, because I size up in Comexim r.n., and keep my same UK band size in Ewa Michalak - oh well ; )
Anyway, about the bra: this was a very quick try-on, I'm always paranoid that I will somehow stretch out the bra - even if I just try it on for a few minutes - and won't get my money back, so I just tried it on briefly to take a few pictures. I don't know if this makes sense, but I felt that the "frame" of the bra was too big, granted the band size was too big. I'm not sure if I went down to the 65 band, that the straps would come in a little more? but they seemed too wide.
But I also tried on the 70 band of BM, and I didn't seem to have this same issue with the wide straps, so I kind of think that the straps are wider in SF? Correct me if I'm wrong, lol. (or is it just b/c SF uses stiffer fabrics that the straps stay out wider? Idk.) I didn't make the straps tight though, since I knew I was going to return it (is this a half-arsed review? sorry), so maybe it would've been a little better if they were tightened all the way. I don't want to bring up this sore subject #strapgate, lol, but I would have to try this in a band size down to evaluate.
All in all, I would like to try SF again. I don't think I would order it all the way from Poland, in case it didn't work out; the sister-size down from 70FF is sold out at Broad Lingerie, so I couldn't try it. I'm wondering if my size in Ewa Michalak BM (65G) would be my same size in SF? I mean if they are close enough...maybe I could also try 65FF. The following is the article with all of the descriptions of Ewa Michalak styles - I know it's been posted a lot already - but just for the newbies to bratabase/ABTF communities https://www.bigcuplittlecup.net/guide-ewa-michalaks-bra-styles-names/ Read more 377 more words
I’ve read that the SF size should be the same as your BM size, maybe it would work for you?
I really should use your method with trying on bras. I too often wear them for hours to see if the fit will “get better”. It never does LOL! And then I can’t return them :/
margesimpson, well, I learned my lesson. I actually always take a shower, too. I'm super cautious!
No, I learned my lesson the hard way - I tried on this bra and thought it was a perfect fit. https://www.bratabase.com/chest/dngbo/ I don't know what I didn't s & s, but the next day I realized I needed one cup size up...of course I had already taken the tags off & washed it.
I'm really disappointed with the fit on this bra. I have been a consistent size 70FF in the several S styles I own, several SM styles and fit fine in 65G EM bras also but prefer the 70 for comfort. Based on that, I ordered with confidence in my usual 70FF yet this bra is probably two sizes too small on me! I am also disappointed that this bra had to be ordered direct from the site instead of being available from my usual EM seller. I normally order from BraConfidence and enjoy easy returns when needed. Now I'm stuck with this dud unless I sell it myself. Return shipping to Poland is to pricey to be worthwhile. If Ewa is going to have these customer exclusive items in the future, they owe it to us customers to make fit consistent. Had this thing fit as expected, it would have been an excellent nude bra. I like the colour, I like the smoothness of the cups and the simpleness of it as a basic nude. I'm sad. And mad.
I'd honestly be tempted to write them and point out that it seems to fit smaller than (name the other 70FFs you have). They might want to know. Well, they dont have great customer service, but I still think feedback might help them do a better job.
Aw man I'm so sorry you were so disappointed! I know with EM it's a shot in the dark as to what kind of fit you get. Looking back on my Toffic plunge it's clearly different than others just like it in the same size. I love the Pralinka I got recently and ordered another. But I have this little idea in the back of my mind that it won't fit the same as the one I have now. Could it be you have one that's mislabeled? I think that's what happened to me with my Pl Toffic.
Happy - I actually think you are right. The measurements I took are the same as yours. The only way to be 100% certain is if someone else posts measurements on it in 70FF.
Dbmamaz, I guess I might as well write to them, though I hear they don't take suggestions too kindly.
The good news is I have in a box on my desk the new Dottie set from Comexim, as well as the Pin Up Girl swimsuit, and a sheer black sm EM bra. I hope I have more success with these new ones!
Fits more like a 65/30 FF or G. Great shape for fob and slightly center-full breasts, gives a cakes on a plate look that also doesn’t feel indecent for everyday life lol.
Lovely bra, fancy and sophisticated looking. The equivalent of a "little black dress" bra, only better.
Warning: the Ewa fitting advice floating around the web does not seem to serve me well in any bra. Definitely did not need to size up 2 cups!
I originally ordered this in 70GG, it was a good fit WITH cookies, the right side just barely not full - probably because my breast fell slightly inward rather than staying in place. However, I was still losing weight, so I knew it was unlikely to fit for long. I conferred with Kaska, she suggested the 70G. She was probably right, but since I planned ...to drop more weight, I decided to go with 70FF. I still have a few pounds I want to lose, and I want to tighten up some, so I am hoping the bra will fit well when I finally hit my target.
The gore is a great height, but I can feel it from the start, and it starts to push into my body the longer I wear the bra. I suspect this is in part because the bra is still a little small. I get amazing buttcrack cleavage (it is beyond touching), but that is because I am quadding! It is not painful, but I do not want to stretch the bra out, so I have only worn it a couple times, largely to check if it fits better after "settling". (Not yet!)
My best fitting bras tend to be UK 32FFs, but in Ewa, I suspect I am currently closer to 70G, or in between 70FF and 70G, depending on the cut.
Caveats: I am full on bottom, somewhat soft-tissued, projected, slightly pendulous, close-set, inner fullness, need a lot of immediate projection. I have narrower roots. I am long-waisted and tall for a woman (5'8"). I have a smaller frame, am a bit deflated on top and have some looser skin. It is not super obvious, but likely affects fit slightly. I normally buy 65G but the Ewa website recommended going up in band size for the S Satine so I got a 70FF instead. The band is fine but the cups are a bit smaller than the cups on an average 65G. Being a 70FF (sister size of 65G) the cups should be the same, so I'm unsure if this is just an issue related to this particular bra model or what. Anyway, the cups would be ok for my smaller side, but I get a bit too much quad with my larger side. I estimate they are about 1/2 cup size smaller than I would have expected.
Love it!!! After originally getting the 65G and feeling uncomfortable with the stiff, tight band, I went up to the 70FF and am so happy. This bra basically looks like it was made for me. Wife thinks this bra makes me look like I have android boobs because the fit is so inhumanly good (also because it's flesh-colored and shiny, I guess). Gore tacks, smooth unbroken line from bra to boob -- so, so rare for me with my soft tissue.
Very soft and nice bra. It gives a bit less rounded shape than my other EM bras. I was not quite sure about the color when I ordered it, but I love it on me. Size again same as all other EM bras I have. I love the stringi that I ordered with it, very soft - stretchy and leaves no lines on my drop-waits while wearing.
I love the strappy design, them black thin straps look awesome. Fits in same size as my other EM bras. Initially I did not notice the small strap wrapped around the butons on the gore, so took about half an hour to figure out how to use the straps. I would also prefer if the cups were taller and a little bit flatter to keep my bust closer to my body. I do not see it looking at the pictures I posted here, but I felt it when I saw my reflection on windows as I walked on a street https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> But overall I am happy to have this bra.
This is the not yet publicly released Ewa Michalak sm Wanilla bra. I have it early because I have connections https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" /> as I am in Canada and have a Polish bra distributor - braconfidence.ca I had told Jaimie, owner at braconfidence just last week how much I was loving the two previous sm styles I now own and she told me that she had en route a brand new sm with matching undies in my size! Of course I couldn't say no. It must have been destiny and surely it is wrong to mess with destiny, correct? ...Correct! I haven't put up measurements yet but it fits the same as my other two sm styles so it seems to me that fit is quite consistent in this style. The matching undies are full of typical EM detail. I think they are maybe a bit little girly or weddingy but they are still adorable. If you are looking for something cool and breezy but that still delivers lift and roundness I definitely recommend the sm styles. They also take up next to no real estate space in my bra drawer, meaning there is room for more! Read more 102 more words
It is pale cream. I've added a series of photos so you can have a look.
Still no pics . . . not that I can see, at least. i keep refreshing and coming back
Ok, now I see 3 close-ups of the trim
I see them, oh I want it! Did your connections mention when it may be available to the public?
I had put up more photos than that. I had photos of the underwear also. Maybe they take longer to approve them? I'm sorry - I don't know when they'll become available on the EM site. I did hear that there may be other sm styles coming also. I guess we'll have to wait and see! In the meantime, I have a few Comexim goodies and another EM sm bra coming my way within the next few weeks.
Beautiful bra! Glad you found a fitting one :)
