I bought this one for the print. I couldn't resist it - it reminds me of the Lisa Frank folders I was obsessed with as a kid. I really like this bra. The outside fabric is not shiny, which I like, and has a slight texture. The band and cups are lined in white mesh, with peekaboo pink mesh on the gore. There are small purple bows in the usual spots. The straps are the same comfy, stretchy ones I've come to love about EM bras. The cups have one seam down the middle. All the seams are nicely done coordinating bright pink thread ...I think my favorite feature of this bra is the lace at the top of the cups - it seems to really make a difference in the fit. I have no gaping, that's right, NO GAPING on my smaller side, which happens so rarely for me!
The fit is better than I had hoped for. I wasn't sure the BM cut would be my thing, but that print, though! After trying the 75E - Ewa Michalak » Bm Lazur and having it gape on my smaller side like every other bra on the planet, I decided to go down to a 75D. A 75DD may have been a slightly better fit for my larger boob - after a swoop and scoop the lace does cut in slightly on that side, but to be honest I 100% prefer that to wrinkles and gaping. It's not major quadding, so it's okay with me. The band is firm, the gore tacks well, and the straps don't dig in. After wearing it for a day, I have to say it's pretty darn comfortable and supportive. The wings are nice and low, so I get zero poking or rubbing in the armpits. It may not be a technically perfect fit, but I like the way it looks and feels and I'll wear it happily. Read more 226 more words
This looks really good on you. So glad you found something you like!
I agree, this looks so good on you. All my best fitting bras have a small amount of bubbling in my larger side, and I do it so that my smaller side has no gaping. I hate it when my bras gape personally. I do like the BM cut for that though...it's really accommodating to the larger and smaller side. Glad you found something that works for you!
As far as I am concerned, this is now the BM Lisa Frank bra. ;)
I bought this for an experiment. I was going to take the band in and see how a 3DM worked for me in a sort of 65F equivalent. When it came time to butcher the band, I lost my nerve. I stitched through the elastic instead and that turned out really really well. There's little to no stretch to the band and that works great for me. I also bend the ends of the wires towards each other to add some depth to the 3DMs. Otherwise, they're too shallow for me. So everything on this is really comfortable and the experiment worked to my advantage. It currently blends with my ...skin tone really well so the black is in stark contrast and it just looks cool. The straps are comfortable and aren't super stretchy and the band is really silky soft.
The underwear are a size 36 (38" wide hip/31" hipbone). The size is really good and they're really cute. Also soft and silky since they're made of the band material. So they aren't transparent at all. They are a bit high-waisted for my taste (either low or all the way up, not a fan of belly button grazers) but they are cute and comfortable all the same. Oooh this set is so cute! :) Looks great on you. Sort of like a parfait charlotte but better.
Thank you! I'm so glad you pointed out the similarity to Charlotte. I've always like the look of that bra, but never bit. The shallowness of it would crush my ladies.
I was so sad about how shallow charlotte was because I love the classy retro color block look. I may need this set. It probably doesn't come in the right size for me, but I love it.
You could get the right cup depth and fiddle with the band, worked for me!
Hmmm.. I might have to try. That is a good idea. I'm terrible at sewing though, I don't know if I'd have the nerve to try on something so expensive.
I'm not very good at it myself. I didn't cut anything, just put a straight stitch through the length of the bottom elastic to keep it from stretching. It's completely reversible.
My shape: round-ish to teardrop, low-set, close-set when supported, even top/bottom fullness, outer full, east/west.
I’d been looking at this bra for a while. Levana Bratique didn’t have a 75DD, so I took a chance on a 75D. It’s a beautiful plunge bra in allover midnight blue lace with slightly lighter blue accents. The color is amazing - almost black, but much prettier! There are matching midnight blue bows in the usual spots. I think my favorite part is that it has crystal charms on the top of the straps as well as the gore. The extra touch of bling is lovely! The straps are fully adjustable stretchy ribbon ...with loopy edging, which looks nice but makes them difficult to adjust.
I was a little surprised by the quality - it’s not bad, but it just doesn’t feel as nice as my other EM bras. It not uncomfortable, but the materials do feel rougher than I’ve come to expect from EM, and the band, straps, and edges of the cups feel a little scratchy against my skin.
The band is very firm - I can clasp it without a problem, but it’s tight - an 80 band would probably be more comfortable for me in this style. I loosened the straps all the way, and they still felt like they were digging in. The gore tacks and feels fine, but not surprisingly, the cups are too small. They look much shorter on me than intended. Even without cookies, my larger boob is almost spilling out after a full swoop and scoop. With a cookie, there’s no gaping on my smaller side, which is nice.
I’ll be returning this one, but it did teach me a couple things about EM sizing: 1) size up in lace EM bands, and 2) if going with a 75 band in a plunge cut, I definitely need DD and maybe even an E. Read more 209 more words
I bought this when I saw it on the listings. The CH is hard to come by anymore (yay for the new one!) and it's one of my favorite cuts, so I'll take almost anything in my cup volume. The measurements here are for the bra after alterations.
With a 28" underbust, the 75 is obviously too big of a band for me. I have since sewn it so it doesn't stretch past 28" (it's been altered in the photo with the yellow background). The band fits well on the loosest eyes with the alteration. The straps are a bit thin, but they're not really stretchy. They're really long ...though and the adjusters are on my upper back. They're embroidered and adjust easily, they don't need to be fiddled with through out the day. The wires are narrow and comfortable. The shape is out front and moderately uplifted. This bra is older and has been through a few owners. I'm not sure if it's heavily used (I don't believe so, it's in good shape) or if it was always a soft bra, but it's a little floppy and I don't get as much lift and shaping from it as I do my other CHs. I sewed through the elastic at the top of the cup, under the arm. That holds the cup up in place better giving me more lift, but it's still soft and doesn't give me quite as much "cakes on a plate" as my other ones. The shape works well under t-shirts. The picture with the yellow background shows the color the best, and it's still not quite right. The main material looks like a Worther's Original candy. It's a really nice caramel, and Toffik is a perfect name for it. This bra would absolutely work as a nude for me in the summer if it weren't for the trim and straps. The lighter parts show through a white t-shirt, but they work well under thin colored shirts. So, while not invisible it's still pretty versatile.
I'n quite happy with this one. I'd love to find it in my actual size of 65E, but am comfortable in this with my reversible alterations.
Update 12/22/2015: I cannot get the band on this to stay tight enough. It slides around as I wear it and the gore stabs my sternum and left breast. It would be great if I permanently shortened the band, but I am not confident enough to do so.
Update 1/23/2016: I sent this bra to another user to be altered. She took the band in by cutting off the unneeded material and reattaching the clasps. It now fits like a true 65E and I'm able to keep it. Thank you, Noob . Read more 345 more words
I have a Ewa hp malachit in 70 e. It is way to small on me. I bought it when trying to find my size in Polish bras. I also have a s szykus in 70 e. If you are interested I would sell them.
Discobra thank you for the offer! Malachit is lovely and the HP cut is my favorite. I wear a 65E in the HP and sold a 70E myself.
No problem. Just thought I would offer. Happy hunting for the perfect bra.
I tried on a few EM styles IN 75D: this BM Bibi Black, the PL Biszkopty, and the BM Bibi Tulipan. I ended up purchasing the tulipan style.
I sister sized up from 32DD to 75D, which I definitely recommend! This bra was super comfortable, flattering, and I really really wish it could work for me! Unfortunately I did not fill out the top of the cups and it showed too much under my clothes to be worth the slight shape mismatch 😩
An Older Ewa that shows how much sturdier the bras have gotten, the straps are much flimsier and the fabric wears out easier. The wires are far stretchier and would even creak. Perhaps it's the age of the bra as well, and that I got it at least 2nd hand. It has a hook and eye closure hidden by ties, a feature I wish all swimsuit tops had. The grey-ish purple and cream looks very nice, and the (removable!) belted bottoms keep my eye and my heart as well. Shallow, and only gets shallower once the wires widen from the band stretching. A soft cup that provides little, if any, shaping once on.
Straps are too long for me (probably because the band was originally a 34?) The straps are also very thin I get some minor gapping on my smaller side w/o a pad
I got this one as my mom said that 70DD looks very tight.. not at all! this is normal 75 from EM, I can easily and comfortably close on the tightest hooks. The bra seams very comfy, hold boobs well, but! it is too wide for me and doesnt have enough space in the cup so im quadboobing mainly on the bigger side. Bra looks really cute, is well made, the band has lovely dot print on it.
Im in love with this soft and gentle looking bra. Is such a lovely soft pink that would work as my nude bra is it would only fit me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />. The seller said that the wires are 12.5cm so without thinking I've ordered it! The wires are actually 14cm and that's huge difference as the bra doesn't fit me. I have gapping in cups and on the smaller breast doesn't work at all. The bra is lighter than my other chps and cups are slightly thinner. Still I'd love this bra with narrower wires https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> the thongs are actually quite loose comparing to other 38 that I own.
Got this bra in good condition, but still have plenty of wear - so its perfect under work uniform. It is in size 75D, although the band doesn't stretch that much, so it fits me well on the second and the smallest hooks. Im glad to have it as its comfy when using it for 8 hours at work, but need to get new straps as those ones dont stretch anymore. Gives quite nice and small cleavage.
an archaeological find, that will cost a fortune in a few years! ;)
i must say that there were many nice bras in the past that i like more than the most from the current collections. Im still in love with Motyle that im looking to buy somewhere :(
I prefer the current collection, like Prohibicja or Syrena :) But I must admit Granatowy Motyl is beautiful. I still have mine but it would be too small for you, it's a 65DD and it runs smaller than other HMs.
vesela_krava i just went to see the measurements - and they are exactly the same as my hm cukiereczek 70dd except the band - where always i could use extender, so do you think is it possible that it may fit? or could you measure it once again maybe? if you want to sell it or swap it :P
I still have matching briefs, the old ones ;) I'll measure it and put some photos to show you how it fits by now. It's been a while since I last wore it. I bought it on balkonetka from ochanomizu, she changed the straps and the band is now firmer than the original.
oh the straps looks way better than those in 65e : ) ill pm you ; )
Customised bra E Michalak Szarak. Looks really nice, it is in 75D although the band feels like 70 and the cups are also smaller so at the end is more likely to be 70D UNFORTUNATELY! as i was looking for perfect EM bra that i can use under my uniform and not to worry about any discolouration. Also, I got used to higher gores and this one has 3.5cm and it feels so different, but nice as well!
This will be a good bra for extremely FOT, close set breast. Very firm band for a 34. I got this from another user who got it from yet another user. Still in fabulous condition with light use from previous owners.
Sexy, sheer bra. Just a cup size too big for me. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> This bra is shallow friendly, and fits like a 32DD.
I got this bra from exchange with katee – thank you! I owned Toffik in 65f but the cups are too big since a while. 75d should have the same cup volume as my usual 65e and the size seems OK indeed. Cups: I can remember that the cups in 65f were quite closed on the top, in this size they are really open. The cut is my favourite CH which gives a nice projection and rounded profile. Band: Surprisingly, the band is quite good fastened on the last hook, the only sign it’s too big is the uncontrollable boobs bouncing for lack of enough band support. I consider to alter the band, but I’ll first try to wear it and make sure it’s really necessary. Overall, I’m really happy I could get this bra in “my” size (even if it involved some concessions https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />) because Toffik is the best nude bra – simple, beautiful and practical.
This looks really good on you. So glad you found something you like!
