My pictures make the colors look a lot more muted than they are in reality, so just know the colors are a little brighter https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

The band on this one is good. I'm wearing it on the third hookset already though. I thought this measured tight for a 75? Not sure if anyone can confirm or deny this observation, but it was a full inch and a half smaller than Motyl.

The cups seem good. Straps okay. I do have orange in a glass.. noticeable on the angled pictures. For the most part, I think it's a win?

That stretched band measurement does seem small for a 75; shouldn't it stretch to 34 inches? Does the tightness bother you? At least you know it will stretch out with wear.
It looks like, on the angled pictures, the horizontal seam is squishing your breast tissue a little bit. But if it doesn't bug you and isn't noticeable underneath shirts, I don't think that's much of a problem. I know you've mentioned having soft tissue; I have the same thing happen with the SF bras I have, too.
Both of these SF bras you just got are SO PRETTY!

    • I thought it did, but I wasn't sure as I've never owned a 75 band in Ewa haha. Nah tightness doesn't bother me at all. It's a "nice" tight if that makes any sense? The true 75 band (Motyl) is way too loose for me. :/
Ah! I didn't even notice until you mentioned it hahaha. I knew it looked strange, I just couldn't pinpoint the problem ha. It's not bothersome in the slightest. I'll have to try a shirt on over top of it to see how I really feel about it 😂
      They're quite lovely! :)

This bra is SOOOOOO pretty!!! I LOVE purple 😍😍😍😍

    • Yeah it is. It's way more aesthetically pleasing to me in person. The lavender is quite lovely 😍

Ooooh prettyyyy!! And yaay because this one does seem like a bra win!!

    • Thanks Frazzleberry :)

Even with the photos making the colors a little more muted it is still SUCH a pretty print! Lovely! I like the effect against the green wall color in this room too--it kind of has a delicate Art Nouveau vibe.

That's definitely on the short/firm side for a 34 band, I've had plenty of 32 bands in various brands with similar stretched and unstretched measurements.

Is the cup comfortable? I don't really see abnormal tissue squishing -- by which I mean I do see some, but it doesn't go beyond what most of the EM cup patterns are designed to do i.e. give a very rounded shape. This imposes some compression/deformation in many cases since a lot of full-busted people naturally have quite a bit more projection at the apex than above or below, so the apex will indeed be a bit squashed inwards to achieve this signature EM shape.

I do see the OIG but can't guess the exact cause--there are several possibilities:
1/ the wings/wires being a little taller than what can comfortably fit beneath the wearer's arm (ends bump into tail of Spence, pecs or sometimes just the armpit). Tentatively, I'd say perhaps this is not the case for you since I don't see anything that would be an obstacle to the wire ends sitting higher but sometimes it's something that is easier to feel than to see.
2/ Lateral tension due to a very firm band--this can pull the fabric at the cup base too tight and prevent boobs from settling into the cup all the way; tight bands also are apt to creep downwards on the body especially if you have an hourglass shaped torso or a V shaped ribcage. Seems likely as a cause since this is a particularly small 75. You could use an extender to see if this allows the band to sit a tad higher, and/or if it allows the breasts to drop down further and fill out the base of the cup.
3/ Vertical tension due to overly short straps or overly tightened straps. I'm less inclined to think this could be the only reason as you have the straps lengthened quite a bit, but if you've tried all the other things above and the OIG is bugging you, I guess you could try lengthening even more on the off chance it can help.

    • i always buy non-padded ewas up a band size. but i had some padded oens that were huge, band-wise.

    • It's very pretty, that's for sure!

Good to know! I thought it was firm, so thanks for clarifying that up for us.

The cup is pretty comfortable. I can't help but wonder if it isn't too big even.. when I get a lot of movement going in my bra, there's a lot of jiggle and when I move to readjust my tissue, I've suddenly got a lot of extra fabric at the tops of my cups. Hm.

Maybe it is that the band is too tight? I'll have to play around with it again later. The OIG doesn't really bother me too much. It doesn't look like it shows under clothes which is a win for me 😁

    • 1

Maybe that's a good idea? I did notice that Motyl has a mesh gore which could probably be why it has more give than Garden does in the band. Maybe I should have taken AprilGoulding 's advice from way back when about sizing down in the band if it's mesh haha.

    • 2

@Deranged Dragons19 It is also a different fabric. All the fabrics have a different amount of give. A very smart designer would take this into account when deciding the pattern pieces, to allow to consistency in stretched band length...but that's a dream

      True fact hahaha 🤣

    Fits

I spent about a month doing various returns/exchanges with Zathiya before I settled on a 75GG in this bra, and I am pretty sure I snagged the last one in my size! I'm going to say it's true to size because all the bras I've bought recently (Panache, Cleo, Curvy Kate, Fantasie) are in the 32H/34GG neighborhood and this fits just as well. The band is comfortable on the loosest hooks; I have to wear the asymmetry pad on my right (see pics) but once I do that the cups fit just right with no gaps or spillage.

This bra is so, so pretty in person! The aqua color ... of the lace in all the stock photos is true to life. The straps are a very light blue. The lace goes all the way around, which is both a nice aesthetic detail and adds some structure to the band. In some of my other bras the elastic on the top and bottom of the band is much tighter than the band material, which leads to extra back rolls, but this one doesn't do that. I tried to add a picture of my back so you can see how nice and smooth the band is.

My bra has a tiny spot on the left cup at the T-junction of the seams where the lace doesn't lie flat. It's not a fit issue, it's actually from the way the bra was sewn, but it's not visible under clothes and I think it will probably smooth out a bit with time. The bra was shipped to me in a polymailer, and it was folded right along the seam at the top of the cup, and I think that is contributing to it. I think this is also making it a bit pointier than it would normally be.

This is the only bra I own that actually gives me cleavage! I have very very short roots and it's nice to own a plunge so the gore doesn't come up to my chin. I wore this bra for 8 hours at work the day after I received it, and it was comfortable enough I forgot I was wearing it. Despite the way it may appear in the pictures, the gore does tack very well.

Pros: Great cleavage, makes me look thinner from the front because it pulls everything in to the center, the material used on the band is appropriately firm

Cons: Lace is very textured and shows under thin shirts; minor torpedo shape (will probably get better once bra has been washed, see above comments about it getting crushed a bit during shipping)

    • This is a lovely bra on you and I'm so happy it's comfy too!

You know, though, I think we as a community need to agree on what TTS means. Surely a bra isn't TTS because of how it compares to other brands but because of how it measures objectively...?

The band on this one at least stretches to around ~33", which is more or less what I would expect from a "34", and that to me is what should qualify or disqualify a bra from being TTS. (Surely if a bra isn't even able to stretch as big as its size label, it runs small?)

I just know I was very confused as a newbie here by all the relative claims that a bra runs big or small. (Panache I think is _generally_ considered to run smaller than CK, which in turn runs smaller than Freya... but which of those bras any user considers to be their "normal" size is currently a lot down to personal preference.)

    • You make a very good point! TTS should definitely be relative to the actual measurements, and I do hold UK bras to that standard - I get irritated when I read a review with measurements and find that a bra that should fit me, won't. I was relieved that this one was true to its 34GG label. (Which is also what the r/aBTF calculator gave me! It's amazing when they all agree.)

I think my confusion in this particular case stems more from the UK-to-EUR conversion issues. For example, EM lists bras on their own site with both sizes... like "75GG (34GG)." But 34 inches is not 75 cm, it's 86! So the Polish ones are just more confusing to me because some people tell you to order based on your measurements (which would've put me in an 85 band, and I know that's waaaay too big because I tried one) and some people say no, just use the common/standard conversion (so 34=75, etc)... Which is what I'll probably do now since I own both a Comexim and a EM that are basically spot on with that conversion.

Is it just a fundamental difference in the way they measure their bras/people? Why the mismatch?

    • I guess this article answers my questions (kind of), although it doesn't really tell me why: http://bustyresources.wikia.com/wiki/Bra_sizing_by_country

I still don't really get Comexim though. Their website's size chart definitely says to just use the snug underbust in cm as your band. Ah well...

    • That's a really helpful link, thank you!

Yeah, Comexim's size chart is... varyingly helpful! I think I will be looking at measurements only from now on when trying bras... the only difficulty is what to do when new bras come out :)

    Didn't fit

The bra itself is really pretty. I'm not huge on the butterflies , so I wouldn't be sad if they "fell off" during a wash or whatnot haha. The band is too big for me.. I think I'm borderlining a 70 band as of now, or maybe it just measures big for a 75? I'm not entirely sure.

I had very noticeable "orange in a glass" going on when I first tried this on the loosest hooks. Using the tightest hooks seems to have fixed it considerably. Possibly another indicator that the tighter band would work better.

I'm not sure how I feel about the cutout straps, as I haven't worn it for an extended period of time, but it's a little annoying right now, so hopefully that will fix itself with time.

Debating on just returning this for a 70H sister size, but I've heard sister sizing isn't always the same with Ewa 😬😫

    • Oh, this one is gorgeous too! Is the band loose enough that you feel pain or strain from excessive weight on the straps?

    • Oh, how i love this bra. But the butterflies would be lost in my wash too :P

I'm also not certain I would like this kind of split strap. The ones on my Kinga bra have wider, flatter splits. These look more like round cords. Hmmmm

    • 2

AprilGoulding yeah I've had a number of split strap bras over the years (or more like decades hahah) and if it's not mini flat straps, it's typically 2 "tubular" shape cords or strands, sometimes even stretchy. I've never had split straps that hurt, despite being super sensitive in the shoulder area, but I feel it tends to affects stability a bit.

    • wendybien If I wear the bra on the loosest hooks, yes. The band rides up and I feel like all the weight is suddenly in my shoulders hanging on for dear life with those tiny straps 😂

    • AprilGoulding the straps are exactly what you think.. they're just really soft, rounded cords. If I have the straps adjusted as much as I need, they're borderline biting my collarbone bones, which I don't particularly like. I have a really bad slouching problem (that I'm working on currently) that often negatively impacts my bra fits, so I've also got to factor that in when I get a new bra :/

    • 2

DerangedDragons19 hmm, in that case between the questionable straps and the band being so very large (and aren't you in a weight loss process? It could soon be too loose even on tightest hooks) I really would consider exchanging... I don't know what your options are with EM, would they let you exchange for a different bra altogether...? If not maybe the 70GG might even work? Having those stupid cords sawing into you all day sounds like it would just make you tense up and make it that much harder to address any posture issues.

    • 1

wendybien I decided to take your advice and just return it. It doesn't make sense keeping a bra that's too big in the first place. I think the cups are actually just too big--same with my SF Garden. I can't return that one now since I've worn it a couple times, but at least I won't be stuck with ANOTHER bra that doesn't fit me haha. :)

    • I think that's a smart choice DerangedDragons19 . In my old age I've learned to be more ruthless about returning things--previously, for real I would agonize every time. You may be right about cup volume, it's a bit hard to tell from pics but you could be at that stage where either size is wearable if all the other fit factors are perfect--just not with this bra, since in this case there were several other things making the fit less secure.

This bra is exclusive to Bra Obsessed. I love the blue color and looked at it longingly for many months before I summoned the courage to ask Jaimie if it could be ordered as a custom PL instead of the default S, and she said yes!

MY SHAPE: Narrow, projected, short roots, close set, center full, even fullness (technically FOT but my short roots make me appear even most of the time)... Thinking I may also be low set, straps always seem barely long enough despite my short waist.

FIT: Perfect! I only own one other EM plunge (75GG - Ewa Michalak » Pl Mojito ) and I ... love the fit of that one, but I found someone selling a bunch of S style bras on Facebook so I spent a few months buying those instead. The S style Ewa Michalak bras fit me pretty well but I often wish they had just a smidge more room for my inner fullness; the PL cut embraces inner fullness. It appears to be made for people like me that have zero space between their breasts. I haven't taken the measurements for this bra yet, but the band feels right in line with all my other 75GG padded EM bras and the cups fit just like my PL Mojito. I do need to wear the cookie on my right (smaller) side, but once I do that it looks great. I wore this bra for a full 8 hours, and it was still comfortable at the end of the day. When I took it off, the red marks followed my IMF and enclosed my tissue perfectly. My comexim bras have been aggravating my rib flare recently, and some of my unlined EM bras tend to roll in that spot as well, but this one was comfortable all day long.

APPEARANCE/QUALITY: I love shades of purple/blue/green, and I'm a sucker for clothing and accessories in those shades. I fell in love with Blekitek the moment I saw it. I love to know what the names of Ewa's bras translate to in English, and "blekitek" translates to blue whiting, which looks like a small minnow-type of fish, which I thought was a strange name for lingerie... but then I tried translating Błękitek with all the special characters my US keyboard doesn't have, and it came back as just BLUE. This bra tends to look purple in photos, bordering on periwinkle blue, but in person it's a beautiful sky blue. The straps have embellishments all the way down the center, which does make it a little tricky to adjust, but they are fully adjustable with a little force. The lace has a design element that looks a bit fuzzy (see photos) - I am concerned about how durable that portion is, it seems to catch on literally everything, but only time will tell. The only thing I don't care for is the way the weave of the lace is very open near the top edge of the cup; you can see the underlying white foam pieces clearly (they're kind of shiny, like the asymmetry cookies). I'm not a huge fan of that look; I wish they'd put some white mesh behind the lace to make it look a little more finished. The visible foam looks a little cheap to me, but it's barely noticeable and honestly a very minor detraction from a lovely bra. The S style seems to come with bows at the straps (judging by photos on Bra Obsessed), mine only has the bow/jewel combo at the gore. There is a lovely little scalloped edge embellishment all the way around the top and bottom of the band, which is a nice detail that relates back to the embellishment on the straps.

I also ordered the matching briefs in my usual size 42; they run loose. The tightest part is the elastic around the waist; the leg openings are just mesh, no elastic. I'm very apple-shaped, but I think a pear-shaped person could easily size down in these particular briefs. They're not a full size too large, just on the roomy side of things since there is no elastic around the leg openings. They are made of the same light blue lace as the bra cups and a slightly darker blue mesh that matches the wings/straps.

OVERALL: A++! I am excited to own a full set that is such a lovely color and with pieces that are both incredibly comfortable. This was my first order from Bra Obsessed, and I'll be ordering from Jaimie again for sure; she was great to work with.

Great review. Thanks for the details about the bottoms, too. I have as much trouble finding good briefs as I do good bras. I love that shade of blue. I used to only go for dark bras, but recently I'm all about lighter colors.

This looks beautiful on you! Great fit! Too bad about the fuzzies and 'see through' part, but hopefully the material holds up over time. Great review!

    • Once in a while I consider trying a PL . . . I just suspect i'd fall out in the center as I do with the Ss. this is so pretty tho!

    • This color.....gorgeous!! So glad it fits!! The fuzziness....ugh. I'm liking this less.... Thank you for saving me $55. ;-)

I found someone on one of the Facebook swap groups selling a ton of EM and Comexim bras in my size (many new with tags), and I couldn't resist! My first package was mostly Ewa's S cut bras, but I will hopefully be getting some SM and BM styles from her as soon as my bank account recovers, ha. Maybe some Comexims too. We'll see.

Glamour was one of those bras that I had often looked at and thought how pretty it looked, but I just wasn't sure I NEEDED it like I need a good beige bra, t shirt bra, black bra, etc. This was a bit of ... an impulse buy for me. I'm not sure I ever would've had the nerve to buy it full price, but I'm so glad I bought it because it is BEAUTIFUL in person.

My general shape is: short roots, even fullness (but functionally FOB in some styles due to shortness), narrow, soft, very center full with no separation at all.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this cut, but I really like it! My one tiny quibble is I think the cups are just a smidge too tall for me, maybe 1/4" or so, but it's not a huge deal. I got this bra in my usual 75GG and the fit is pretty good; I do need to fasten it on the 2nd or 3rd set of hooks (out of 4) to get the proper support. I tried it at first on the loosest hooks, but got a small amount of gapping; changing to tighter hooks solves that problem for me. I got four S-cut bras in this package, and the Glamour seems to have slightly taller cups or some other very minor difference I can't pinpoint. Normally in Ewa Michalak bras that come with the asymmetry pads I only need to wear one on my smaller side, but I like the fit of this particular bra better with both pads. My other S bras and my PL bra are fine with just one pad. Overall, I did have some reservations and considered listing this one because it was still NWT when I got it, but now that I've been wearing it for several hours my breasts have settled into the cups and it looks perfect, no gaps at all. Holy moly, the uplift here is unreal! I feel like I've had a boob job when I look in the mirror. I guess I see why this is a popular style!

I think my boobs are slightly more center full than this cut really anticipated; I actually get a little quadding near the gore (which is a soft tack), but because it's pretty much buried down in my cleavage it's not noticeable under clothes and it doesn't bother me comfort-wise. The impression I get looking down at my boobs is that this bra is made for boobs a bit more separated than mine are... it's like you can see the fullest part of my breast doesn't quite line up with the fullest part of the cup as you look down, if that makes sense. It still puts everything front and center though, which I appreciate - my general body shape looks much thinner when things are all out front rather than flattened/minimized. The straps are a bit wide-set for me and cut into me a little where they join the cup, but that's pretty standard for me and not unique to this bra.

As far as the materials/construction, it's even prettier in person than I realized. The satin edge of the cup is so soft, I just want to stroke it all day (which will probably attract some unwanted attention at work). Everything feels expensive and luxurious... except the weird pink pompoms at the gore. I appreciate they're "different," but I don't quite feel like they match the rest of the bra. Perhaps it was meant to evoke the marabou trim on glamorous Old Hollywood actresses' dressing gowns? That's my best guess, although it reminds me more of kindergarten art projects. The lace on the cup is a nice art deco starburst-type design, and I love the way the pink ribbon makes a peekaboo shape at the gore. The pink ribbon is also on the front of the straps, which is a nice touch. I didn't realize the lace above the pink ribbon on the cup isn't held down in any way, and it does occasionally fold over itself under my shirt and make a lump.

Overall, I probably won't wear this one much just because the lace does show under thin shirts, but it's definitely on the shortlist for "most beautiful undergarments I own." When I talk about beautiful Polish lingerie to convert my friends, this is probably one of the bras I'll show them.

This is perhaps the best plunge I've had so far. It gives a shape that rivals Freya Deco and it's even more comfortable than Deco and Bravissimo Satine combined. It's very sturdy, the support is excellent and it looks very comtemporary and sharp. A topclass allrounder plunge, in other words.
It comes with detachable straps and while I found the comfort straps (which are truly wonderful to wear, mind you) a bit slippery on my shoulders, the halterneck piece is spot on. Full points to Ewa for them!

When I first put this bra on, I really really liked it, but after wearing it around the house for an hour or two I think it might get returned. It fits well enough, and it's relatively comfortable, but I'm just not sure it works for me given the size difference on my left and right.

I've been nursing for almost 4 years at this point, and there's about a cup size difference between right and left. Sometimes, in certain bras, it looks worse than others. I have another plunge bra from Ewa that fits great with zero problems, but that one also has a cookie ... pocket that I can use to my advantage. In this bra, the left cup fits perfectly on my larger breast, but the right cup gaps a lot. I don't think anyone else would notice, but it drives me nuts. There is no cookie pocket on this style.

There was also some minor wrinkling at the bottom of the cups. You can see it a little bit in the photos, but it became more pronounced the longer I wore the bra. It was never really awful, but combined with the gap issue on my right side, I'm just not super confident in this bra. It's a really great nursing bra though! I may change my mind in a few weeks and reorder it, haha. I did test it out with a cookie just placed in the cup and it fixed about 80% of the gap issue, but especially in a nursing bra you want something to stay in place. The cup will be flapped open and shut all day, I don't want to have to keep readjusting the cookie.

For those hoping for some information about the construction of the nursing clip, it is a bright white clip on a beige side sling. The sling material feels like cotton. I'm a little disappointed that they chose to use a white clip on a bra with 100% beige hardware and fabric; it looks cheap and out of place. The clip functions as expected.

Aesthetically, it's a really beautiful beige nursing bra (if you ignore that white clip). The lace along the top of the cup has a subtle thread of sparkly silver woven through it. It has the potential to be a great staple of your bra wardrobe if you are a nursing mom.

    • Too bad you dont like it, it looks adorable, actaully

    • 1

      Thanks. :)

I keep going back and forth on keeping it. In theory it's the same fit as my PL Mojito, and I adore that one. I whined about a couple of things but they're so minor... I think it might sit at my house for a few days while I mull it over.

    • It does look good on you. My assymetry drives me nuts as my one side is almost a cup smaller. I am learning to just accept it and padded bras help it not to show as much. No cookie pockets? Ya that was a mistake on this style with all the on and off of the cups. Maybe email Ewa's team and tell them as it seems like a detail they should know about.

    • 1

I would let Ewa know as well. If you like the bra other than that how about hand sewing in a cookie or a cloth nursing pad to fill in the empty space? It would be really easy and not visible from the outside...

The black mesh detailing over the pink cups is stunning, and reminds me of earlier EM models (namely PL Purple); however, this model has been updated with its bright pink piping above the cups and center bow. The bright pink cups are mellowed by the black mesh, so the bra looks understated sexy. I like it a lot, and appreciate that this is feminine and sexy without venturing into whore couture.

As for sizing, the band is quite stretchy, which works in my favor, as I seem to be between EM 75 and 80 bands. The cups are TTS, and the shape is typical CHP -- round and ... perky.

Though I've never had an issue with CHP straps being too far apart (oddly, I more have an issue with PL bras when it comes to that), I did notice the strap placement more in this bra more so than any other CHP I have owned. I'm guessing this is attributed to the wider comfort straps used. I don't forsee this being an issue, but for those who have had problems with CHP strap placement, be forewarned.

All in all, another great Ewa Michalak to add to my list!

So pretty! Now I want it. :)

When you mention the straps being "too close", what do you mean by that? I always thought people had issues with CHP straps being too wide set, but if these are closer, then this is better for me!

    • 1

Oops! I must have misspoken! I meant that CHPs are often said to have straps which are too far apart and rub. And I definitely noticed that to be true with this one. You should still try it, though, if, nothing than for bra science!

Another CHP win from Ewa Michalak. The band is very stretchy, but still feels secure on the loosest hook. The bra material is not as soft as I was hoping; it's not scratchy by any means, but I fell in love with the look of the material as soon as I saw a pic of this bra, and it's simply not as plush in person as it appears online. As the material is quite stretchy, the support is not as strong as some of my other EM bras, but it suits me just fine. The best part about this bra are the straps; EM used the super stretchy straps, also found on the S Turkusik and the S Teczowe-Kfiaty, for those familiar with those bras. I would say the color, in person, is slightly more dull than the pics portray it to be.

I also have the matching briefs, and they run fairly small. I would suggest sizing up, if you want to purchase them.

    • Are the briefs a problem for you? I am a 36/38 usually and have a 40 for the Gazeta as a size 2ish in jeans.

    • I wouldn't say they're a problem, so much as they're a bit smaller than I would prefer. All the briefs I have are a size 46, and I typically wear a 14 in jeans. While the briefs in this size don't cover me as much as I like, I've never had a problem with them riding up or anything along those lines. It's more something I notice when I first put them on. If you waiver between a 36 and 38, I'd suggest ordering a 38 and you'd be fine.

This bra puts everything up front with a rounded profile. I like the top edge in particular as it doesn't cut in at all for me, full on top shape but no quadboob in sight! Lovely turquoise color with lace overlay, and they've set the edge of the lace at the center in a flattering location based on cup size. (As opposed to other brands that simply scale everything up without adjusting placement, which isn't always as flattering once in a larger cup size. This one is!)

The band has been fairly firm and consistent, but now reflecting that I fit better in other Ewa 32 bands, I think I could have sized down a band to get a bit more wear out if it, as it's gently stretched over time. No problems poking under arms, but I notice that the straps feel a bit snug yet I've adjusted them to the longest length when I first got this bra. Something to consider if you find yourself needing very long straps.

I really like this bra. It's my first Ewa Michalak halfcup, and I can't believe how fabulous it is. The shape it gives is amazing, the material is incredibly comfortable, it looks so beautiful and light - hey, I can't remember the last time I found a girly, powdery floral, vintage inspired bra in my size! This will definitely go straight to my favourites list. If there's anything negative, it's perhaps the straps. They are very soft, they feel very comfortable, actually so much so that I'm wondering just how much they will stretch with wear. ...or then I'm just being a pessimist. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" ... alt=":)" /> All in all, a great bra.

Edit: Well, I've gained some weight, and unfortunately it's all gathered into my already nicely shaped rump and ample bosom. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" /> So right now I'm spilling slightly over the topd of the cups. The stretching I mentioned in my first rewiew did happen, although not in the straps but in the band, which is now a bit too loose. I have it on the last hook and it still rides up a bit. Shame, for the bra still feels great on.

I got this in Ewa's Black Friday sale. I had read a few reviews that said it ran small, perhaps just short in the cups, but since my main complaint about some of my S bras is that they're too tall I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm also a sucker for beige bras, so I was hoping it would work as a nude for me.

MY SHAPE: Narrow, projected, short roots, close set, center full, even fullness (technically FOT but my short roots make me appear even most of the time)

FIT: This fits really well! It does indeed seem to run shorter in the cups than my ... other S bras, which means IT IS AWESOME FOR ME. Usually, even in my S bras that I deem to have a good fit, I feel like my boobs are just barely tall enough to fill them to the cup edge. This bra fit me like a second skin. There is a smooth line from breast tissue to the cup. It's like the difference between regular pants and petite pants; this is a petite bra. The band is TTS, maybe just a bit more snug than some of my other S bras but quite comfortable and supportive. The straps are fine, not too wide set. After looking at the photos, I can see it's not quite as projected as my other S bras at the wire - it wants to either wrinkle or slide out of my IMF - but it's not a deal breaker for me.

APPEARANCE/QUALITY: This gives that great S shape under clothes, very uplifted, centered, and out there. Wearing S bras - including this one - make me feel like I've had a boob job. The materials are great and understated; this is a basic beige bra, no floral lace or diamonds on this bra, but everything feels very high quality. There is a large bow with a pearl charm at the gore, but that seems to be the only decoration. The exact shade of beige is a great match for my skin. I was worried it might be too dark, after seeing some pictures, but I'm very pale (Irish descent) and I think it works for me. It would also work well for people that are too tan for Ewa's other beige offerings. I've noticed many of her beige bras are actually kind of a golden vanilla color, this is closer to the color that UK brands typically use for their beige. It reminds me a lot of the standard pantyhose that use to come in a plastic egg, they were this color too! It's slightly darker than many of the beige panties I own, but not by much. The seams are all sewn on the inside so they're very flat and don't show through clothing.

OVERALL: This bra fills a pretty big gap in my bra wardrobe - regular beige t-shirt bra! I have the 75J - Comexim » Elena Plunge Bra (315) that's been converted to a nursing bra for weekends with my kids, and this one for work.

MY SHAPE: Narrow, projected, short roots, close set, center full, even fullness (not FOT or FOB)

FIT: Pretty good fit! The S bras give a reliable centered and uplifted look, but with my super short torso they feel a bit like boob armor. The cups on this one, like my 75GG - Ewa Michalak » S Glamour (813) , come up just a smidge too tall for my short roots and gap a bit. As usual with the S bras, I need to use a cookie on my smaller side to even things out. I got this particular bra in "new with tags" condition from a Facebook ... swap group, but if I were going to order it from a retailer I might go down a cup size because the cups seem a bit tall. I've actually noticed this in a few of my S bras, it's all the ones that have the ribbon covering the seam at the top of the cup. My 75GG - Ewa Michalak » S Summer Time and 75GG - Ewa Michalak » S Diament (582) don't have this issue, but the Glamour totally does. Like all my other S bras, this one seems to be a little big in the band; I could immediately fasten on the 2nd set of hooks. These are much looser than my SF bras from Ewa.

APPEARANCE/QUALITY: This bra is GORGEOUS. Very mermaid-y. That's the entire reason I wanted it. I have dark bras everywhere, I didn't NEED a navy/green bra with purple bows, but this one spoke to me! My only issue is that the eyelash lace at the top of the cup really wants to fold down; I have a hard time getting it to stay put throughout the day and it creates a lump when it flops over. Otherwise it's all great.

OVERALL: Beautiful bra that I don't reach for as often as I want to because the cups are a little too tall. Best for days when I'm a bit larger than usual.

    Obviously this bra is gorgeous!

In my (limited) experience with Ewa's S style bras, there seem to be 2 types; the ones like Glamour and Syrena that have lace over a satin cup edge, and the ones where the cup edge is a continuous piece of fabric like the Diament and this one. I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence, but so far the ones I've tried with the lace overlay seem to have a slightly taller cup than this type; it's just a little tougher to fill those and I need to use the pads. In this bra, I only need the pad on my smaller ... side (which is normal for me). I do have to wear the band on the 2nd or 3rd hooks already to provide adequate support, but that's not really a surprise to me as I am technically between a 70 and 75 band.

My only wish for this bra is that the lace flowers were a bit flatter so I could use it as a nude bra under thin shirts; the color is fine but the lace texture shows up! Overall it's a very comfortable and BEAUTIFUL bra.

  15. Chp Elegance (665)

Another CHP win from Ewa Michalak. The lace detailing is much more beautiful in person, and the fabric lining the cup behind the lace is a gorgeous, pearlescent taupey beige, rather than the matte beige on most of her black lace bras. The cups' lining in back is matte black, though.

As for sizing, the band is tighter than my black banded CHPs (75GG - Ewa Michalak » Chp Kabaretka (646) , 75GG - Ewa Michalak » Chp Fiołkowy Koktajl (587) , etc) have been coming out lately. It's not worthy of sizing up, but something to note. I much prefer this tighter 75 ... band, because it's still comfy and I know the bra will last longer. For the cups, I had slight quadding in my larger breast, but was remedied with more scoop and swoop, and loosening the strap on that side a bit. Not worthy of sizing up, but something to note. The shape is otherwise typical CHP.

The only thing I can fault on this bra is I'd prefer the lining on the gore 'window' be lighter to better match my skin. But I'm uber pale, so I can't fault EM for that.

    Pretty yet practical.
Band is on the larger side & is pretty stretchy. I think the cups may be a touch large, too. It's really a little small in the cup for me, but I can get away with it because it's so open on top.

The colors of this bra really, really pop against my pale skin. Pics don't do it justice! I'd say this runs true to size compared to the other CHP models I have, if not a little tight and small. I have to take out the 'cookie' on my larger side, or otherwise I would spill over. I personally found the band to be quite tight, bordering more on a 32. The shape it provides is phenomenal -- perfectly spherical and perky. The strap placement is fine for me, but I'm 5'10" with a long torso, so my experience likely varies from those more petite. My largest issue with ... this is that the straps, while fully adjustable, aren't long enough. I have to have them at their loosest, and even then it's borderline too tight. It doesn't stop me from wearing the bra, but I do wish the straps had a bit more stretch.

I also have the matching brief, and I'd say those run a bit small compared to others. I think they're meant for slightly less coverage, but I would probably be most comfortable in a size up. Also of note, it's vital, when washing this, that you hand-wash it separate from other clothes or bras, because other colors can and will bleed on the white part of the bra, so it won't pop as much.

This is my second Cynamon. Bought this used from another Bratabaser.

My first Cynamon was a 70GG which was getting a little too small for me in the cups, so I sold it. The band was already big enough for me to alter on the 70, so I knew going in that this one would also be too big. I thought if the cups were good, I wouldn't mind altering this one too, but unfortunately...

The cups are too big for me. I'm not sure if it can be considered too big because it's just legitimately a cup size too big (I fit in a 65J Trefl with moved ... in straps?), or if it's because it's just made for a body that's a little larger than mine. I'm sure the too big band plays a role in it, at least a bit.

Aside from the fit, the bra is as beautiful as my last Cynamon and is of the same great quality.

I have a second 70GG Cynamon and a 70HH on their way to me now. While I don't have much hope for the 70HH fitting after trying this one, they were sold out of the 70H and I just need this bra in my life. It's seriously my favorite SM so far. Even though it's a little darker than my skin, it serves as a great nude without being boring and is super comfortable when it fits. /crosses fingers

Despite reviews pointing out very tight/unstretchy bands in this brand, this one is very stretchy and I needed the tightest hook from day one. The cup also runs a little big and is very delicate (i.e. not much support). It is very open on top, so it should work well for full-on-top boobs.

The underwires are decently narrow and stable. Unfortunately, the band only has two hooks per column.

This was my first Ewa Michalak bra and I instantly fell in love with it. Other bras I have owned have always gone much further back into my armpit area. This bra aligns almost perfectly where my breast is, including on the sides as well as under my IMF. This is my go to. It’s comfortable, high quality, and makes me feel confident underneath my clothes.

The gore lies flat against my sternum. The cups are filled completely, top to bottom, with no empty space on the bottom and no quadding at the top.

The straps are perfect and do not dig in. They’re fully adjustable and sit comfortably without slipping off my shoulders.

This is the first of many I will end up owning. I am undergoing weight loss since I am done breastfeeding my youngest, so not sure how long it will fit this perfectly.
