I've wanted this bra since the first pic I saw. I love the teal color spectrum and the white with black polka dot accents are so fun!! I tried at least one other size and ended up settling on this one. There is just a tiny bit of empty space at the top.of the cups near the straps, but in this stiffer lace style going down a cup size gives me in cup quadding at the horizontal seam. Theres some slight pulling across the front. After removing the bra I think maybe along the bottom edge the cups are a bit wide set there, so my center full boobs might be climbing out the top a bit at the middle. The band doesn't feel tight, I think it gets bunched a bit at the bottom due to my being short waisted. I like strap placement on the 80DDs better but this works. Overall it's pretty comfy and gives a nice shape so I think it's a keeper!
So I got this one purpely to try sizing because I got a BM Lazur Lace in 75F and the fit wasnt great, but now I'm kinda in love with this. The band feels great, I feel like my boobs look nice and supported in clothes. The style is more full coverage than my preference but it feels amazing. The white lace over the nude is super cute and girly sexy. I have some slight wrinkling on the top panel on both sides (you can see it in the side view), but making the straps a tad tighter might help. I also ordered an 80DD and it does the same thing even though the wires are too narrow and sitting on breast tissue. The gore in this is still on the high/wide side and does not just a bit on my breast tissue, but it's not uncomfortable so I feel ok sacrificing that for the rest of the fit. I'm thinking I'm keeping this one and I finally have a decent bra!
Very short, projected, slightly narrow, center full, close set, even breasts...
A beautiful man wanted to buy our (daughter and me) lunch. It must have been the bra. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
For months, I have wanted a CH: the most immediately projected Ewa Michalak model. The Ch Cherry was available as were condemning reports of its dimensions and durability. I waited. Thank you, vesela_krava for offering Ch Karmelki here!! 80E is a sister size of 65G. After hours researching the measurement tables, I knew a larger band would yield wider cups in a sister size. ...Predictably, the band is a bit big. However, I wore it for four hours, including inside the Children's Museum, and it moved upward one inch. Impressive. This is the first Ewa Michalak that is both short enough and projected enough for my breasts. My only hope is Ewa Michalak produces more Ch models...AND narrows and overlaps gores. Who am I kidding? The narrowing and overlapping alterations will happen only in an alternate universe.
Still this bra's gore is too wide. But, it appears the alteration will work perfectly. The cup will open and there will be room for cookies in these empty cookie pockets.
Sincerely, I hope Comexim creates a Ch-like halfcup soon. Comexim beige cookie pocket lining is fabulously soft. Their wires more forgiving. And, their numerous alterations/cusomizations are free....er....have been free. Soon, Comexim will, understandably, charge for alterations. Until then, I will cherish this Ch Karmelki <3
EDIT: After I narrowed and overlapped the gore, the weight of my breasts shifted. This caused the wire to dig into what I guess is a rib flare. So, I'm removing the alteration and using a "riser" (narrower slice of a thick, hemp cloth diaper insert) to lift the gore. This allows the force to tranfer from the wires into the riser and onto my sternum in a 1/4" wide area. This "riser" is helping reduce gore discomfort in several other bras, too. Purchased this for my mom (her first Polish bra!) so I can't speak to the fit. The construction and materials are the usual, excellent Ewa Michalak quality and precision. The lace is beautiful and I now want one for myself!
Dont know what possessed me to return this before but I found a used one on here in excellent condition! It's a great fit, comfy, and I love the shape. So glad to have it back in my drawer!
Please note the measurements I entered are for a bra that has been worn and the band stretched out considerably within a week. It may not be accurate to a brand new bra.
Unfortunately, after two months of having this bra, the band has stretched out considerably. So much so that I cannot wear it any more as it offers zero support. I'm a 32FF, the nice lady I e-mailed at Ewa Michalak suggested I get 80 band as they run tight, which at first fit beautifully. Unfortunately, yeah. I'm gonna save it for when I (inevitably) gain weight, but I do suggest getting UK size equivalent in band for this bra and bearing with it until it stretches out a little bit.
Love the bra! Band fits great, quite stretchy! Unfortunately, the cups were way too big (too open?). I would have been better off with a size 80DD. For reference, I'm usually a consistent 34E.
This bra is incredible. I love the fabric, the colors, and the fit. Unfortunately I think that it has gotten a little too small for me in the cup and band. The band has stretched out with wear, and the bra feels more supportive on the second row of hooks even though that causes the hooks to strain for me.
The cups are very deep in this bra and I really like that and the wires are narrow as well. Please keep in mind that even though the fabric quality is pretty good, it isn't indestructible so you will need to make sure that your nails aren't jagged ...or that your bra does not catch on anything because the lace will snag like mine has a little. This bra is almost everything I have wanted in a bra for a very long time. When the bra fits me well, then the comfort is excellent at the moment the bra does feel a little painful. So I am going to mark the comfort as excellent, because for those of you with similar builds like mine as long as you have the correct size I think that this bra is a fantastic everyday bra.
