This is my first Ewa bra and I love how pretty it is. I have FOB, centre full, short rooted breasts with a lot of immediate projection. It has taken a lot of trial and errror to figure out what I should be looking for in a bra and this one works well for me. This bra gives me the most cleavage of any bra I own. It comes with cookie pockets and I had a cookie in the left cup in the pictures. Fit wise, the band is comfortably snug, the gore is firm but not uncomfortable against my sternum, the narrow wires encase my breast tissue ...without sitting on it. The overall fit is good and I don’t worry everything will fall out if I bend over. I don’t have any collapsing of fabric at the wire, a common issue with my bras. The only issue is a slight overhang of tissue at the gore on the right side (my larger breast). The top of the cup is not loose and lays comfortably on my breast tissue.
Overall I am really happy with the quality and fit of this bra. I would like to try a cup size up to see if I can resolve the issue of centre tissue spillage (minor, but present with this bra) while maintaining a good proper fit. This bra works for times when I want to have cleavage, but it does push my breast tissue in more than any other bra I own, which is a look I am not used to having.
If (let’s face it, when) I buy another Ewa plunge, I will be trying this size plus a cup size up to get a sense of how the fit changes. This is a beautiful bra that gives me good lift, supports my soft breast tissue and gives me full cleavage while ensuring that everything stays in place. Read more 210 more words
I am considering purchasing this bra, seems I have a similar shape to you. What do you mean by this pushes your breast tissue in more than any other bra? Like flattens you or brings tissue front and center?
I love the PL cut too.
I mean it brings it front and center. I like the shape the bra gives me. I struggle to find bras that give me the immediate projection I need and this one does.
Have you tried the reverse-swoop? I always had to do that with Ewa's because she does not have much room for center fullness, so I pull my breasts to the outside of the cups where there seems to be more room
dbmamaz I do a little reverse scooping. When I got home from work on Thursday everthing had moved to the centre, but I hadn’t checked placement through the day. I find if I don’t adjust properly the left cup cups around my breast nicely whereas my right side just pushes straight out.
i totally forget to reverse scoop last time i wore an S lol - i'm so addicted to my FBs now because they fit so much better
This is my first SF and I think that this may be the first beige bra I've ever owned. Usually they are so tan that it isn't a nude on me so I never saw the point. But this bra is very light and I think it fits my skin tone almost perfectly. It's not just a plain basic bra either, I actually find it quite beautiful and like kinda sexy? It reminds me of what a really classy pinup would wear. I read another review that compared it to a sophisticated silk wedding dress and I agree with that too.
It also fits me nearly perfect, so ...that also may also be why I like it so much. The band is a tiny bit tight compared to others in this size but I think it will be perfect after a few wears and I plan on losing a little weight anyway so I don't want it to run on the larger side. The wires are perfect and encase my breasts exactly. The gore tacks very hard and is kind of almost going into my sternum, but I have a slightly deformed rib cage and have this problem a lot. I don't see it being to much of an issue with this bra, I think it will loosen up and the little piece of twisted fabric covering the gore actually adds a lot of comfort. The shape is really nice. I think it a little more rounded and minimized than the bm, and is similar to the sm. My favorite part is the support that this thing gives me, holy cow! The fabric kind of suction cupped around my boobs like cling wrap or something, They are perfectly encased and supported from all angles and I love it. Read more 190 more words
First EM bra! Quality is great! Band is very comfortable, firm, but forgiving of my softness. However, I do find the straps themselves dig in and become uncomfortable. That is partly due to this bra being one cup size too small for me. This bra runs true to size for a a full on top girl. Although EMs bands are said to run small, I find this one true to size. I find the gore to be pleasantly narrow, even though it is high. The shape is beautifully rounded. Gives great support. My biggest gripe is the wideness of the straps. I'm used to my Comexim alteration, having the straps moved in. All in all, I'll be adjusting this throughout the days to keep the quadboob at bay. Lovely! Looking forward to more EM bras in the future.
I decided to try this on a whim, and I'm glad I did. It's a beautiful bra, and it works surprisingly well with my chest. The band is a true 36, the bra is comfy and lightweight to wear, and while it just barely doesn't tack, it's not enough for me to really care. Not absolutely perfect, but certainly a keeper.
So gorgeous in person. Slightly more open on top than my Colette, which makes the gapping on my smaller breast slightly more noticeable but still not problematic thanks to the cookies. The fabric is super soft and the band stretches comfortably.
Not sure if this is the correct place for this, but it's worth noting that the briefs that match fit kinda strangely. The waistband has relatively little stretch but sits higher than the widest part of my hips. Once they're on they're fine, but definitely don't size down.
I love CHPs, HC, and the Sophisticate cuts. I love the open top, and I usually size down a cup size in the EM CHP to get a little more BAM. This one is from EM's newer collection and we (AEE) lovingly call this the Snow White bra. I love the combination of the navy with the palest pink. I will link a review of this bra on our blog written by yoomee below. This is my first BM style bra from Ewa Michalak. I wasn't sure how I felt about the style, because it looks so full coverage on the website. However, CurvyCandy , gogobee and I agreed to all order this one (we do this often https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />). I love it! I sized down like the site suggests, but for me, I really don't think it was necessary. I will order another BM when EM comes back from vacation in my regular size and see how I feel about the size difference.
This looks so pretty! The colour in your pictures is totally different from the images on the site (it's more of a soft coral here instead of a neon colour), which would you think is more representative?
My BM is a size smaller than my SM, and the BM is really too small, so I also think sizing down is not necessary. I start to climb out on my larger side halfway through the day. But i really love my BM, the Perla, its just the prettiest beige bra to me
Looks so good on you! Can't wait to get mine!
Ereshiy the bra is definitely not as neon as it appears on the site! I was pleasantly surprised :) the straps are the same as the Kwiaty. The contrast between the coral and the turquoise is really pretty!
CurvyCandy hopefully soon!! They have to stop putting your orders at the end of the line!!
Genius! That straps construction is just genius. Crossable in the front with simple hooks. Amazing. As adverticsed, very fitting for narrow shoulders. Does have good immediate projection and those famous snug narrow wires. needs a bit of patience to find the richt strap length
I really like the fabric on this bra; it's not padded, but it is stiff and feels supportive. It's purple with grey crosshatch pattern. The top of the cup is stretch lace. It has 4 rows of hooks. It really seems high quality and I so wish it fit. It's definitely too big for me in an 80G. Unfortunately, it still didn't get into my IMF, so I'm hesitant to try a 80FF. I fear that it will sit on my rib cage all day.
This bra is a lovely white bra, which I'm always wondering why there aren't more of. The CH cut is slightly more closed on top than the CHP. I've worn it just once because the size is not right for me. This bra is not strapless! It does come with multiple exchangeable straps, quoting from Ewa's website:
Included are 3 pairs of removable shoulder straps*: 1. comfort straps - broader shoulder straps, that are additionally padded with foam, 2. regular straps - width is adapted to the size of the cups, 3. halterneck strap - one longer strap to be worn over your neck. *) This bra is not suitable to be worn strapless!
The band is quite wide also in the back, which is a nice feature. There is a plastic stay in the back, kind of like a side support, but on the back, in order to make the transition from wide band to thinner where the hooks are. This is a bit of a strange feature.
Although there is a little room at the top, the stretch lace does a good job of hiding it. There is a slight rub from the strap on my right arm that bothered me a little after a full day. Otherwise this is made with comfortable material and it's pretty cute. My biggest issue is that the wires slip out of my IMF and down onto my ribs. By the end of one day the band was digging uncomfortably into my sternum.
Hard to assess because cups FAR too small for me. Has removable padding "to correct asymmetry." I think I would like it if I had purchased the correct size.
This produces a super round shape. Although, it is also kind of wide too. I don't think this is the right shape for me, or size. It fits fine on my smaller side but I feel like I'm going to pop out on my larger size. I think a larger size soul just make my asymmetry more noticeable.
I love this bra! The color is amazing and the stretch lace is perfect. The only issue is that it's a tiny bit too narrow and I'm sure it would become uncomfortable
This bra is a mystery to me. It should fit, my other BM (in a sister size) does. But the straps seem too short for my amazon woman frame, the gore doesn't track, and I get the dreaded quadboob. Very sad, because the bra is frigging gorgeous.
I'm really short and sometimes i have my ewa straps almost all the way out. its a mystery. I wonder if her strap lengths are actually as inconsistent as her band lengths? I was also shocked that I quad in my BM Fuksja sometimes. My first BM was 2 cup sizes smaller, and it never quadded, i just fell out of it. So i wonder if she's started making the tops of the BMs a little tighter or something?
I'm sorry it doesn't fit, because yes, the bra is frigging gorgeous. I'd take it off your hands if it was even close to my size. I hate how all of the place Ewa's sizing can be because it's disappointing if the bra was the last one in stock or found second hand.
I'm a pretty big fan of this one. The lift I get is great, and I also like the shape. The wings are a bit higher than I'd like, but it's livable. I found it true to size in the band, but had to go up 2 cup sizes from my usual 36F. I was unsure of the pattern but like it a lot in person, especially the coral ribbon trim.
I am considering purchasing this bra, seems I have a similar shape to you. What do you mean by this pushes your breast tissue in more than any other bra? Like flattens you or brings tissue front and center?
