really comfortable, forgiving on top for most shapes and good for mild asymmetry.

Beautiful, non-stretchy lace and a gorgeous pattern! The cup width is nice and narrow, just like I was hoping. The gore is nice and low (but not too low) and does not poke at all.
Unfortunately, I found that the bra lacks the depth I need. I got wrinkles on the bottom and a straight line at the top. The band does run true to size (I was hoping it was tight like my other Ewa, but I can only wear this on the tightest hook), and the cups should be an accurate for someone with a little less projection than me.

This bra is so gorgeous! I love the way it looks! As my very first soft cup bra ever I have to say I love the shape it gives! Uplifted but not pointy. The top of the cup gapes slightly on my smaller side, but it doesn't show at all under a shirt.

I got this from another Bratabase person with the intent of altering the band, so I expected the band would not fit and I was right. But it wasn't nearly as ill-fitting as I thought it would be - on the tightest hooks, it nearly fits, and I was able to wear it all day with only a little discomfort. I will definitely be shortening the band still though.
The lace at the top is too loose and the straps are just a bit wide. Looking at it I suspect that if I bring the straps in a bit, that will fix the fit problems with ... the lace.
I do not mind doing these alterations because this bra fits *beautifully* otherwise. It is gorgeous, sturdy, comfortable, and gives a great shape. I love the height at the sides and the wires are a good width for me.
Other bras fit me so strangely that I was getting frustrated, but this is just wonderful. This style of bra is the one I will be stockpiling in case civilization crashes so that at least I will have great bras for a few years.

Hi there! I was wondering if you ended up altering this bra and if you perhaps had pictures/a tutorial of how you did it?
I did not end up altering it - I took a good hard look at my ability to finish projects (minimal) and decided to list it instead (when I get around to it).
Super pretty unlined lace bra. I usually wear an Ewa 70DD, so I figured this would be to big, and alas! it was. I can only compare it to a 70DD, so here I go. The band was true to a Ewa 70 (to all my Ewa 70s, at any rate), and was very comfortable. Really comfortable, actually. The wires were much to wide for me , and the cups were too large (definitely larger than a 70DD, which is good, since its a 70E). There are lots of good photos out there of this bra, and since it clearly didn't fit me, I have no useful photos to add.

This bra is gorgeous. It is a supple black lace, and is extremely comfortable. I was desperate to try Ewa's new styles, even though I'm typically a 65DD in her soft cups, I decided to try this one
This actually fits like a 70D/DD, which is surprising, and indicative that Ewa's new S cuts may actually work for those of us who are one cup size below the S/SM cut off, if you can handle the wire width.
While this fits like it's one cup size smaller, the wire width is not Ewa's typically narrow wires, they are a teensy wider, as you would expect from a cup size larger, but the cup does not gap as one would expect with a cup size up.

I bought this bra because I have a 70DD 3DM Burek that has a band that stretches to 29" and is a tiny bit small in the cup, so I figured a 70E would be great in the band and the cup. Unfortunately, the band stretches to 31" so it would be better for a 30 band (I wear 28s and 30s). It is really pretty and comfortable but doesn't fit me correctly. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

The essentials:
The band is very comfortable, not too big and actually darn near perfect!
Description on Ewa Michalak website says the band *runs tight*.
Gore actually tacks!
The cups are too big (almost horrendously so for my right breast) but I have suspicion that they would be too small if I downsized one cupsize.
Cup shape is completely wrong for me as I can't fill the bottom but the top is near gaping.
Please look forward to a more in-depth review on my blog https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Click here for the first review. So you've got a bra listed on Bratabase, it's been a while and nobody seems interested. As you may be wont to do, you decide to try that bra on again - since you're...

I do think that going down a size would be good for you actually. It looks like you're actually wearing your bra too low. I know I sound like a broken record, but perhaps you can shimmy the bra up to where your root is (don't worry about making the band angle appear bad).
Jillsas Thank you for your comment :) , I tried the bra on once again and shimmied it all the way up to my roots. However, I found that there was still some empty fabric at the bottom though the cups did fit better. I think that the material near the centre gore is too "tight" for me and so doesn't really match my shape. In any case, even if I wanted to try a size down the bra would still not be refundable/exchangeable.
It was worth a shot. Good luck with your fitting goals!
This bra runs a bit shallow in the Cups. I would suggest ist to 30E/70DD wearers, as the band also provides a normal amount of stretch. The fabric is very feminine and does not stretch, so it can provide full support.

too small for you and too big for me - so sad!
