The cups are too big (almost horrendously so for my right breast) but I have suspicion that they would be too small if I downsized one cupsize.
Cup shape is completely wrong for me as I can't fill the bottom but the top is near gaping.

I do think that going down a size would be good for you actually. It looks like you're actually wearing your bra too low. I know I sound like a broken record, but perhaps you can shimmy the bra up to where your root is (don't worry about making the band angle appear bad).
