My shape: full on bottom, soft tissue, narrow shoulders/roots. Special thanks to MamaPagan for sending me this bra (and many others!) to try on! Appearance: This is a 4-part cup, with 2 vertical seams on the bottom and one horizontal seam along the top. The top edge is black mesh with embroidered white flowers with a thin piece of black elastic on the top edge. The cup and strap fabric is black with white and gray floral print. with the same print going about halfway up the straps. Fit: The cup size is too big, so it's hard for me to comment. I will say I liked the feel of the band; it's nice and tight, with just enough give.
The fabric is too stretchy and the underwires too flexible. When you put the bra on, the wires stretch out and collapse so that the gore can't sit flat on the sternum and the wires poke into the breast tissue. It seemed like the cup volume would be appropriate were it not for the cups stretching out oddly and flattening in the center, creating quad-boob on top and excess space on the sides.
It is very comfortable so far and absolutely fulfills its purpose of being invisible under clothing. By itself, it's not a beauty or particularly exciting to look at.
The straps are fully adjustable, but stretchy.
The band is stable and supportive. The cups have a slightly pointy shape and are quite flat/shallow on the bottom. The underwires are pretty narrow and also stable.
This bra caused me pain in the sternum, the gore was too wide, and the cup was too wide. The side of these cups went all the way to my back, and the front of the cups were completely in my armpit. Side support bras are not my thing, now I know.
My shape: full on bottom, soft tissue, narrow shoulders/roots. Special thanks to MamaPagan for sending me this bra (and many others!) to try on! Appearance: Very pretty black and white, 4 part bra. The liner is white, with black mesh floral designed lace. The top part of the cup is black lace, with elastic along the top edge. (It isn't stretchy) Fit: Couple cup sizes too large, so hard to comment on the fit. The band feels nice, though!
Isabella 30H I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database. Isabella is a side support balcony full cup bra, with black lace over white liner.
The band measured 24” to a max of 31”, and had 3 hooks with 3 rows of eye loops.
Cup Depth as measured by: 1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance. This measurement is: 11.5”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance. This ...measurement is: 13.25”
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.
I bought this one along with Abby when I outgrew my 32G/30GG bras, but unfortunately this was also too small in the cup.
Abby 30H I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database. Abby is a side support unpadded full cup bra, with a large flower black and white pattern. There are 4 parts to the cup, 3 vertical and 1 horizontal.

I've had this bra for years and it's still holding its shape and colour and still a great fit. It's a bit looser now so very comfortable for everyday wear or for schlepping around the house. The only part that's showing wear is the net side panels which have stretched and look a bit ugly now. I love the big wide straps and how it can be adjusted to be tight or loose. This is a great looking bra that's comfortable and good value. I'd buy this one again definitely.
This has been such a work-horse bra for me--at this point, I rarely wear any other if I'm going to be out for the whole day. I find it the perfect amount of comfortable and supportive. I think when I first got it, I found that the wing on the right side especially was a bit high and uncomfortable, but I've either gotten used to it or worn it down. It's cute too, and I'm happy with the shape it gives (it carries a little high and forward). The underwires are on the wide-and-shallow side, though admittedly not shallow enough for my incredibly flat-bottomed boobs. As a result, ...the bra's developed two tiny creases on the sides of the cups (right where the outside bit of the underwire ends) where my body has squished down some of the vertical fabric and pulled it forwards in the front--basically I think there's about the right amount of fabric, the shape just isn't an exact match for me. Still closer than just about anything else I've tried though! It has also lasted through several years of wear and tear from me, so in that respect the quality is excellent. Read more 89 more words
This was my go-to forever for a modest, nicely rounded shape until I had some weight changes and learned that 28 bands exist! Previously, I loved the shape and size on my 30GG, even though the band tended to hike up on me.
To my dismay, when I sized up to the 30H since there was no 28H or HH, the cups were too tall, but I still overflow them and the band, in classic Freya fashion, is too loose @ 30. Gore doesn't quite tack for me.
Funny enough, I have tended to neglect this one because the 30GG actually works better, even though it's smaller, because the cups are not as tall. Boo!
Well, I'm not a huge fan of this bra on me. The cups are kind of huge, which surprised me. They also come too high, so the fabric itself cuts into my armpits a bit, along with the wire poking a bit there, and the cups just seems like they occupy a lot of space on my torso. It doesn't look very nice on my. The wire is digging in a bit into my ribs right under my breasts, and I'm not quite sure why. The straps have this decorative whatever on part of them, which stops the strap from adjusting any shorter. If I were keeping it, I'd probably cut it off. The centre gore is fine in terms of comfort, but for aesthetics I think it comes up higher than I'd like. The material the cups are made out of is interesting, and I imagine it would be comfortable if it was otherwise constructed for me. The colour of the nude isn't actually too far different from my skin colouring, which is interesting.
Yeah, the cup depth here is 12 inches - a full inch deeper than that strapless bra. That would be a sure clue its going to be too big . . .
This is one of the few spacer bras out there that is cut deep in the cups. So the size that typically fits in unlined, unpadded bras would probably be your correct size for this. I would guesstimate that you could find quite a nice fit around 30G, maybe even FF.
It's beautiful but too large for me. My breasts don't fill the cups at the top and there is a bit of wrinkling at the bottom on my smaller breast. The wires are much too wide for me but I'd be willing to ignore that if the cups fit.
The pattern of the fabric is unusual. Got compliments on it when it peeked out from under my blouse https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The top part of the cups are made of sheer lace. Very pretty. Quality of the bra feels excellent. The band is snug but not painful. Love the 3 hooks. Straps are wide and comfortable.
I already had won this bra on eBay and had it on the way before my ribcage got magically smaller (I lost maybe 3 pounds while I had the flu a week ago, and while my breasts grew half an inch, my ribcage went down by half an inch. Go figure.) and so by the time I got it I kind of already knew it wasn't going to fit. I'll probably list it on here, it's brand new with tags and all.
First off-A 28 would definitely have been way better, but apparently they don't make a 28, which is a shame as it's quite pretty for a ...nude bra, and he straps and armholes seemed a bit better than the usual. The 30 band seemed a tad snugger than some 30 bands I've seen/tried before, but not close to a 28-maybe a 29-and it rode up when I bent over slightly. A 28 band, if it existed, running a bit snug as this one did, would have been a near perfect fit.
Secondly- If the band size had been a 28, the cups would probably also have been perfect, as they were just a smidge too big, and if the band was smaller the cups would have been graded down a bit as well. They also seemed to run a bit large, but possibly it just runs a bit more like a full cup on me, as many balcony bras do.
Finally- the cups were waaaay too wide for my root. This would probably be best for someone with a wide root, in my opinion, because it really is quite wide. The shape wasn't bad, especially from the side-uplifted despite the looseness of the band, and relatively rounded.
I love the detailing on the straps, they were lovely. As far as nude bras go, in color this one was about a shade dark on my skin, but my skin is super pale(I wear the lightest shade of any makeup foundation I buy, and sometimes that is a bit darker than it needs to be, depending.), so I think on a slightly darker complexion, it would be perfectly matched. The photos make it look a touch lighter than it is in reality, it's more of a beige.
Overall, a lovely bra, it just won't work for my shape, and while in the past I might have accepted it, I would rather just have a bra that works-I have plenty that are "almost right." Read more 304 more words
Pretty, but not a good shape for me. I thought the side support would result in a centered look, but it's very east/west. The cup is probably a size too small but the bigger problem is the tiny portion of the cup that is used for the side support: in this cup size, and up, it should be a greater percentage of the whole. It has some great reviews, but maybe those are on shallower boobs. Firmer band than expected based on my experience with the 4510 molded style, and a slightly shallower cup, particularly at the gore. This is the petal? Blossom? Colorway in pale peachy pink and ivory. It would function well as a nude on light skin tones. It's a beautiful color combo & the pictures don't do it justice. There are 3 hooks on a very soft clasp section and straps of reasonable width that are fully adjustable.
This bra is absolutely gorgeous and I love it. I got three of them (in three different colors, all the same size) from someone on Facebook, and all of them fit pretty much the same (though the black one is maybe smaller in the cup.)
