I’ve worn this bra a lot, although I’m not sure it really fits. It gives a nice, uplifted and projected shape that I found life changing when I first discovered it. I’ve nursed 3 kids and have gained and lost weight, so my breasts are soft. I’m still learning about breast shapes, but I’d say mine are pendulous with short but wide roots tending towards full on bottom. The main disadvantages of this bra (for me, in this size) are that the straps are so wide that they rest too far out on my shoulders. The straps always show when worn under sleeveless clothing. It sometimes shows in ... the underarm area as well. I am short (5’3”) so many tops are too low in the armholes on me- so this may not be a flaw of the bra. It also gives me a lot of back and armpit fat. This could just be because I’m carrying ~20 extra lbs for my frame...🙄😊🤔
Advantages of this bra for me:
I can swing my arms front to back and the wires/sides of my boobs don’t hit my arms.
It puts my boobs front and center.
It creates projection.
It lifts so that there is no chance of skin on skin contact under the breasts or of the covered breasts hanging down and touching my torso.
It feels pretty comfortable.
It is very smooth in front for wearing under knits. Invisible, really.
Overall, a great bra for shirts with sleeves!

If you're ever interested, you can order something like the Comexim Padded Plunge with free alternations like "straps moved in 2cm" from Poland.
I think they will even do it a bit more, like 3 cm, but that's only what I've heard. I wear this bra as my "t-shirt bra" It really doesn't show through. https://www.bratabase.com/browse/comexim/basic-plunge-bra-170/
They have a basic padded 3-part half-cup as well, if you prefer that style.
