This is one of the best fitting bras I've had. The fabric is a spacer fabric, which is thicker and concealing similar to a foam, but without the bulk. It is more flexible, so it conforms better to my smaller side. Unlike foam, this is fairly cool to wear (in the Southern US!) and air dries in about half the time of a foam contour type. There is a slight floral damask pattern to the fabric. It does not show even through clingy fabrics. There is a side sling inside the cup for shaping and forward projection.
The band is on the firm side. There is an extra ...boning under the armpit, and the band forward from this point is lined with sheer tricot, so it is firmer. This serves to prevent distortion of the wire. The band is powermesh with a similar pattern to the cups.
The wires are narrower than some (Panache..), and stop about an inch below the top of the side panel. I am short, and I would prefer the side panel be about 1/4" shorter, but at least the wire does not poke, and everything is contained.
The straps adjust from the front only, about 3/4 adjustment. I am 5'2", and I have the strap nearly all the way to the short end. I have sewing skills, so I could shorten them, but I haven't found it necessary. The straps are non-stretch in the front, only about 4" in the back is slightly stretchable. Comfortably firm, and they do NOT slip. There is a cute strap embroidery detail, and the hardware is goldtone, which gives a bit of detail to an otherwise plain bra. A great everyday bra, and there are frequently fashion colors available.

My favorite except the gore is too tall for me. The cup shape and size is right on. I'm FoB, close in the middle, wider on the side thanks to weight gain, and have a VERY high set root for my size.
This bra is just so wrong for me in every way. I'm not quite sure why I didn't return it, but I'm pretty sure I've never worn this bra anywhere except around my house, to try it on. 4 years ago. Since then, it has sat so far in the back of my closet, that when I found it today, my first response was "I own this?"
On my body, this is a disaster. For my build, the cups are too far apart, the wires are too wide and low to provide any real support or uplift, and the straps are cute but uncomfortable. In addition, where the ...wire ends, there is a high and stiff straight line between the wire and the straps that chafes against my armpit when I move.
My boobs, which are "relaxed", are not at all uplifted - I am spilling out the sides of the cup and getting quad-boob, yet the top of the cup still has some gaping. Because the bra is not really containing my breasts, I think their mass is pushing the wires straight into my body.The top of the gore is not touching my body and the bra does not stay directly below my breasts, yet the underwires and bottom of the gore are digging into my ribs/sternum. When I first got it, I probably thought this was because the band was too small, but upon measuring it, the band actually stretches to be a little big on me (this is probably why it slides down).
Despite all this, I can see why I bought the bra. It's really pretty! For someone with shallower or perkier breasts that don't need as much "help" to stay in place, this bra could work. It might also be suited better for someone whose breasts are farther apart than mine. 1.5 - 2 cm is comfortable for me, 2.5 cm at the smallest part is not. Read more 213 more words
What I like: This bra is the perfect replacement for an old favorite of mine. It is thin, but thanks to inside sling support (I think this is what its called) it is very supportive. It also minimizes my breasts a little. It looks good under most shirts, the lace hides better than most. It is white with yellow accents. What I don't like: Wearing it all day yesterday made it a little uncomfortable under my arms, like it was a little too high or too tight there, but this may get better when I wash it.
It is very similar to the Fayreform Adoring bra that I also have, the cups and internal support are the same, but the color and trimmings are different. Adoring also has some additional supportive features like the extra wire at the sides of the bra, and a more stable bottom band. However, I think that this one fits the shape of my breasts better than the Adoring one.
I bought a number of these bras in 2012. They are hands-down the best fit I’ve had for years, and give me a great shape. I’m a 38G. I’m devastated to report that I’m down to my last 2, and have been hunting everywhere for a few more, but alas they seem to have gone the way of the dodo. Vitality is an unpadded underwire bra. It is a black lace over blush (beige) color. There are 3 typical parts to the cups. This bra is pretty but not spectacular.
The band measured 24.5” to a max of 33” with 3 hooks and 3 rows of eyes.
The straps have extra lace for athletics only in the front, but the actual width of the straps is .375” in the front and .625” is the back. The front looks wider due to the added lace, but the ...lace adds no support, making the true straps the meager .375”.
Cup Depth as measured by: 1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance. This measurement is: 10”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance. This measurement is: 11.5”
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

Transcendence is an unpadded underwire bra in a Green lace with purple embroidery. There is a bow at the top of one cup but not the other, which is odd. There are 2 horizontal parts to the cup, but also an extra crescent of tulle on the outer sides of the cups for lift and support. (Inside of cups but the outer section.)
The band measured 26.5” to a max 36” and had 3 hooks and 3 rows of eyes.

The straps have satin covering in the front for a touch of elegance.
This bra is pretty, but too shallow for my breasts. The bra creates an odd pancake shake and pushes my breast tissue to the sides. Think i'm just too projected for this bra
This bra is so pretty and soft. The lace looks like it would be scratchy but it's not at all! I was so disappointed in the fit though. I'm not sure if the cup was too small. My shape is fairly even tending slightly to FOT and the top of the cups cut into my breasts so maybe it was more of a shape mismatch. The gore was pretty tall too.
This bra is beautifully made of quality materials. I wish it had fit me better.
Excellent fit. Sits well in my IMF and doesn't slide down. Gore tacks although I feel the underwires are digging slightly into my breast tissue at the center. First bra I've owned with narrow enough wires for my roots. I'm not a huge fan of the material; I'm at times very aware of the feel of it against my skin, especially the straps.
I wanted to love this bra because of the color and dimension of the lace, but alas too many negatives to keep it. First off, the cups are just a bit too large for me. They are pretty tall-8.2" measured along the vertical seam and on up through the top of the cup.The gore and sides are very tall and the wires poke me in the underarms. The lace shows through clothing. It was a hot day when I tried this on and the lace cups made me feel even warmer. Also not thrilled with the shape I got in this, although that may ...be partly because of the too large cup size. The 3-part cups are stretch lace lined completely with tulle. There is an internal side sling made of an additional doubled layer of tulle that extends from the strap to the bottom of the cup at the vertical seam. I'm just not convinced this is enough side support even in the correct cup size.
The band is comfortable and supportive, although I did have to fasten it on the middle set of hooks to keep the flexible side stays planted firmly against my side. The front of the band is lined with power mesh and the back is lined with the same tulle as the cups. Straps are not too wide and the front have a pretty satin and matte finish. Both the fronts and backs of the straps are rather stretchy.
It appears to be a very nicely made bra although matronly in style. I wouldn't pay $58.00 USD for it but it was on sale at kohls.com for 20% off. Of course I can return it at the local Kohl's store which is another reason that I didn't hesitate to order it, but I don't think I'll try again with a smaller cup, at least not this model. I wish that i knew that this brand runs on the small side. In most brands i am a 16c but i think with this brand i am a d. This is such a lovely bra with the most delicate lace on the cups. . I am sure it would give a great shape to the breasts and it feels very supportive.
One of my first ABTFs! Give a nice, uplifted and cheeky shape thanks to the 3-part cup with side sling/side boning. The band is super firm, and fits more like a 32 than 34 - which I prefer, but might not be for everyone. The major downside is the embroidery; it's beautiful, but shows like crazy under knits and lighter fabrics.
Sadly, I've outgrown it. Gotta get another one in 34G. <3
Excellent fit. Has a minimized shape, top of cups come quite high up torso-problem for low cut shirts. It has a very stiff band that is ideally comfortable for me, and lasts FOREVER. Most durable bra ever made!
This is a very nice bra. I just wish it was slightly wider in the underwire. The cups are on the narrow side and with a bit more depth than I require. I am still deciding whether to keep- if I can make it work as it is lovely bra
Edit to add- This is definitely too small for me in the cup. The wires seem to lean towards being narrow and it seems to be quite deep though.
