To start, I have shallow, even fullness, close-set, pointy breasts. Unlined bras are frequently a problem but I always want them since molded bras get so sweaty. My first successful unlined bra was the Cleo Marcie, which I adore. I ordered this to be a nice, sexy bra and the design definitely delivers, but there was one readily apparent problem. While the bottom of the cup, the depth and the top elastic edges fit perfectly, the sheer mesh top panel had FAR too much material gathered into it. I would have to have much fuller but short-rooted breasts to have any chance of ... removing those wrinkles, but I believe then the elastic would cut in too much, so it could just as easily be an error in construction.
Fortunately it is a very simple fix. I have two comparison shots before and after I tucked the excess material behind the band that travels over the apex. It immediately lies flush after. It will be a matter of a minute to sew down securely and this bra is going to fit like a dream. I just wish it started that way.
Also, I should note the band runs very tight for a 30 band, I could only stretch it to 28.5", but that's fine for me.

Figleaves and all of their house brands (Midnight Grace, Lulu Tout) run very tight in the band and typically have quite narrow wires. This bra is gorgeous and I love the strappy cage-bra look. I might have to give it a go sometime. Thanks for reviewing!
