This one is on sale at Figleaves at the moment and the price was too good not to give it a try.
Overall it's actually made of really nice materials - the straps are stretchy and silky smooth and the back is also a bit sheer and completely stretchy and comfortable. The shape itself just isn't flattering and the whole bra is rather small overall. The strap placement is a bit closer in than in the standard balconette bras out there these days and it's more comfortable for it.
I bought the 30GG which for me at the moment should be borderline too big in the cup but I found this fits more like my 28 bras and is about a size too small in the band. The cup is also too small for me. It's either that or it's just a strange pointy thing from the side.
Ouch! That gore is going to leave you with bruises! The cups look like they are very deep at the outer edges, but more shallow near the gore, which doesn't work for full-on-bottom breasts, ever. It looks like it's pulling your breasts down rather than supporting them.
This bra is a «copy» of Fantasie Smoothing Moulded Balcony Bra (4520) . It is very similar both in the costruction and the fit. The main difference is that the Figleaves bra go up tp a H cup. It is a moulded, non-padded, unlined bra, a type of bra that is quite rare in this size! It seems to be very good quality and it is comfortable. The cups are soft and silky, and the trims are rose gold.
This bra does not fit me perfectly, but it is not so bad.
The wires are average width, maybe a little narrow, wich is good for me. However ...the wires is very long and pokes my underarm. The gore is quite narrow and not too high, which is comfortable for me.
The band is small, this one definetly feels like a 30 (I am usually 30 so it's good). The band is wide and stable, it closes with 3 hooks. The band is made of a good quality mesh, not the kink that you are scared to rip everytime you want to un-hook the bra.
The cups are deep, there is enough room at the bottom and in the center, which is what I need. The cups are also very tall and it causes wrinkling (I had a similar issue with the Fantasie bra when I was in that size range). For this reason, I feel that this bra would fit better for tall women.
The straps are fully ajustable and very soft. They are also quite wide-set.
