Well, I'm new to this bra reviewing thing so please bear with me. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> PROS: push up, removable pads, seamless, full cup, deep plunge, & pretty (I love the "x" charm). I also LOVE a smaller space in between cups (where the "x" is). I have 3 of these but didn't get to wear them much as I was sickly thin when I purchased them (80 some pounds). They are not the correct size for me now so I'm moving on. I wish I could comment about the durability.
When I first saw this bra on the rack I was sad to hear it did not come in a 32DDD/F but the sales associate insisted I try on the DD since she said it ran big in the cup. To my surprise it fit really well. I do feel this bra ran a cup size bigger than indicated on the tag compared to their other bras in the store. The cup is not padded but thick enough to conceal my piercings with a slight stretch so no double bubble along the top of the cup. The nude color is great under a white tee or tank and ...the fabric is smooth. The band does lift away from my sternum just under the center gore ever so slightly but doesn't bother me. I also find that a small amount of my breast tissue escapes just above the cup in the armpit area, but the wires fit really well. The band has supportive boning in the side wing giving it stability and the lace doesn't itch at all. Over all I am really pleased with this bra and plan to purchase more. Read more 84 more words
This bra is one of my 'only for special occasions or photoshoots' bras. It's not a perfect fit, but it does the job and it doesn't look bad on me. The band is a little large and I fill out the cups a little -too- well, but other than that it's a surprisingly comfortable bra.
I actually love the way this bra looks, but just wish that Fredericks would carry it in a cup size larger, so I could fit all my breast tissue into the cups. I LOVE the convertible straps so I can crisscross the back for even more comfort. Please, Fredericks, make me a 32 F!
It was a very good bra until my breast tissue migrated. Because it's reversible, it's built to where the gore doesn't tack. On the back is one large metal hook for closure, like you would find on a bikini. One side of the bra is solid black and the other is leopard print. It was very comfortable and made my boobs look great. It went well under a t-shirt. For some reason, I couldn't really fill the bottoms of the cups, though. There was some wrinkling, even after tissue migration. And of course, after tissue migration, I started to get super quadboob. Great comfy bra for true 32DDs, though.
Probably one of the best bras in terms of the center gore keeping the breasts separate. It has weird extra pads you can shove in to make it a push up bra (which I never do, who as a DD needs a push up bra?) and it's also the shiniest. And it was on clearance, which may have been the best part about it. There are (as you can see) two more of the same bra, in different colors. They were my first well-fitting DD bras, and they've held up quite well in the time I've had them. For being such a trashy company, Frederick's bras aren't the worst - if they're sized and shaped for you (which these are for me).
What are the cons of the bra? What was the durability issue with the bra :)
Thanks!
