This bra is not perfect, but it is really comfortable and doesn't dig in under my arms. I also have the 30J, but it doesn't fit right in the cups. Probably could go down in the band and up in the cup.

This bra seems to fit better at the begining of the day but by 6 pm its not fairing so well. I allways end up yanking the back down and the cups do not fully encase my boons-yet the wires are far too far round my back? the shape is also a bit flattening on the top.

If your band slides up in the back, it is too big. This will also make underwires cut into your breast tissue; the band is not supporting you so the wires are not in the correct place. Try a smaller band and experiment with cup sizes.
I meant to add, if you are wearing a 32J, try the 30J and see if that one fits better. I suspect this bra is actually too big for you all around, so the cups are not sitting where they should, thus the quad-boob effect.

The band problem is definitely because it's too big. The wire's issue might be a model thing since your boobs are probably narrow and need a deeper cup. Going a cup higher in this model would only make the wire go more into your sides.
