Since this is the slip version of the Icon Moulded Plunge Balcony bra, most of the information here is identical, because the fits are also identical. The only differences are the band measurements, stretched and unstretched. The slip is half an inch larger. And the cup separation for the slip is just a smidge wider, by .125" (1/8). The straps are still far apart but they don't feel like they'll fall off my shoulders compared to the bra. The lace also doesn't seem quite so tall, even though they both are the same height layed on top of one another.

Measurements for size 28G (UK), in inches:

    Stretched Band 28.5
    Band ... Length 24.5
    Cup Width 5.5
Cup Depth 9.5 (6.5 for lining taken from same point)
    Wire Length 9.25
    Cup Separation 1.125
    Center Gore Height 2.25
    Wing Height 3.25
    Strap Width .75
    Hooks 2

    Slip length in inches:
Side Length (from top of wings) 24
Front Length (from top of gore) 22
Back Length (taken from below the closure) 19

    PROS:
-Nice design and overall color combination.
-More flexible foam lining that does not feel like the traditional cardboard Deco. It compresses a lot better so in a way it almost feels like a spacer foam.
-No trim on the foam cups. The edge is serged and does not add bulk like the trim, and in comparison to Freya's current Deco styles, this edge is more flexible, better suited to those with fuller tissue. If you lack sufficient upper breast tissue this may be a problem.
    -The lace is stretchy.
-The slip is long enough to wear with dresses, provided they are not fitted. This has a bit of flow to it but because it's sheer, it's not heavy feeling. (Stock photos make this look butt-skimming...I'm 5'4" with a very long torso and this hits mid thigh.)

    CONS:
-Poor concept of reducing the lining to a balcony, because your nipples pop out from the top. It is angled far too much for the overall look, so this is really like a plunging shelf bra with some lace slapped on top of it! The foam lining runs about 3 sizes too small.
-Band fits large. 29" for a size 28? Really, Freya?
-Cups are too far apart so this bra gives a tremendous East-West look! Not attractive!
-Straps could be a little closer but they're not as widely spaced as the bra's.
-Gives a pointy look because the foam lining is sitting below the apex.
-This goes for the bra as well (forgot to mention it) - the foam is really shallow at the bottom of the cups. Causes Orange-In-A-Glass.

    Overall:
As is the case with the bra, the foam on this is ridiculous. Way too small. I was really hoping that maybe I bought a mistake bra until I got this in the next day and realized the foam looked the same. I don't get it. Freya claims their models are always wearing 30F and the girl they used to model this line was reported to be a fuller 30F. Yet if you take a look at the bra she's wearing there is a big difference in the style of the foam, so I have to wonder if they didn't stick her in a bra that was a few sizes too small. I'm thinking they're keeping the foams relatively the same size and only adjusting the lace. That makes a lot of sense because a smaller size will have less lace coverage, and their model is wearing a bra that has maybe a centimeter difference at the most between the edge of the foam and edge of the lace at the gore. Then again, other bras online from different retailers and blog also look like that. So maybe Figleaves has received the crappy versions that failed QC inspections...

This almost looks like it's not sitting correctly on me...in one of the photos you can see what looks like empty space at the bottom of the cup. I'm completely filling this out and the wires are angled directly underneath my tissue. I think I'm experiencing some Orange-In-A-Glass.

Returning this as well. I can't wear it!

    • Babydolls are usually intended for bedroom use, not for under clothing?

    • Pretty design very much tempting like just flew in bra tho there is no my size

dbmamaz this doubles as a slip like what you would wear under a dress. Most full body slips that are not spandex or form fitting have a fit the same as this babydoll. The fit of the cups is exactly like the bra, so it can be worn under clothes.

@FoxTaylor Freya has been limiting their size ranges lately. I do not understand why, considering most people are asking for them to extend the sizes. It's a shame, but a lot out their bras lately are just "looking at" pieces =(

    • HLA Exactly!! I had asked few times but still look at them! I think They got no plan to extend their size range at all.
