I bought the Patsy a few weeks ago because I really liked the fit of the Marvel. The Marvel fits me great, though the band is a little tight after wearing it for several hours. The Patsy has a similar cut to the Marvel except that the Patsy has two seams going up the center of the bra and the Marvel has one.
It feels supportive and fits well in the cup. I don't think I'd recommend it if you have very splayed breasts that go out to the sides unless you want a natural look. This bra might be better suited to someone with "together" breasts where ... you need a little bit of separation. Demi bras and balconettes tend to work best for my boobs, which are together, settled, and full on bottom. Freya half-cup bras seem to fit me well.
The design is cute with blue lace and blue and white polka dots on hot pink fabric. The fabric looks like a mesh nylon which is smooth, though it might bother someone who prefers a soft cotton or satin fabric.
My only complaint, which I think might be specific to my individual bra, is that the the corner edges where they sew on the hook and clasp attachment weren't sewed securely so that part of the bra was scratching my back and I couldn't wear it at first (today I had to sew over the tiny exposed corner so that the thread would keep the plastic inside from poking me). I think it's just my individual bra as I've never had any problems with the construction of the Freya Marvel.
I'm going to try a Freya Deco next to see if it fits as well as the Marvel and the Patsy.

I mourn that Marvel was discontinued.
You might also like the Freya Kiyoko half cup, which I find to be slightly deeper than Patsy (this could be my imagination). I do find the band stretched out wildly as compared to Patsy, so if you're between band sizes, you might want your smaller one.
