Simultaneous quadboob (more towards the sides) and gaping (center). Also, even though the cup width should be about perfect, the wires somehow sit almost an inch outside my breast tissue, even though it otherwise feels a little small... weird. Also also, it makes my boobs look so round and to the sides compared to my other bras that I just find the inconsistency a little odd. Struggling with whether I should keep it or not; it's nice to have a cleavage-y halfcup bra, but the fit is just so strange, I am not sure it is worth it.
Band is tooooooo tight, but otherwise it's very comfy. Fits everything and nothing spilled out from the sides. I hope it will stretch out a bit to make the band comfier.
This comes really close to fitting, and it will fit well on days when my boobs are a bit bigger, but I have it marked as not fitting since it's a bit large on most days. I love the color though.
I am in love with the fabric and details of this bra, and I was pretty much determined to wear it whether it fit or not! Luckily, the fit is decent and the bra is very comfortable!
The band runs large and only has two rows of hook, so it might not work well for those of us with sub-28 inch ribcages, although the longline aspect of it seems to prevent the band from riding up. The cups run slightly small; I am usually a 28DD or 28E and had to go with 28E in this bra.
My breasts are different sizes, so I ...get a slight quadboob on the larger one and slight gaping on the smaller one (which is no fault of the bra). The gore lies flat. I could use some more depth at the bottom of the cup, but the wire still sits at about the right place below my breasts. The wires are just slightly too wide, but not uncomfortable. Overall, I am happy with this bra even though the fit isn't perfect and am excited to add it to my collection https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Read more 94 more words
It is a cup size too large since the cup runs large, but it fit great besides that! My boobs are pretty far apart so it doesn't give me cleavage, but it pushes me up a lot. I have an even shape, maybe a tiny bit more full on bottom and it fits very nicely. The nude color also is a close match to my skin so it doesn't show through white shirts. I only wish the top of the molding was thinner than the rest of the cup so it didn't show through very thin and tight shirts. I can't complain much, though. I can't wait to try the 28DD to see it's true fit, though.
I really enjoy the look of this bra. I love the colors, the embroidery, and the pattern of the material. The texture of the fabric is a little . . . unusual, but not bothersome to me. In this size I'm getting some wrinkling in the lace at the top of the cup, however the edge of the lace lies flat and smooth. I'm going to try a size down with the 28DD, but I'm worried the lace may then end up cutting into my tissue. I also have concerns about the rather pointy shape of this bra on me, so I'll wait and see if the 28DD is better or worse!
I'm surprised that this bra fit me, given that I generally fit vertical seamed balconettes. The band is actually firmer than I expected to be, since I've heard it runs large. It might be because I haven't quite "broken" it in yet. The gore tacks perfectly. I fill out the cups, plus it gives me some cleavage, which is super alien to me! The wires perfectly encase my breast tissue. My breasts have an average to wide-ish root (I think, at least.) with an even, leaning towards full on bottom shape. They're also slightly shallow.
I got the bra in beige, so the appearance isn't anything exciting. It gives a nice shape from the front, but it looks a bit... squashed(?) from the side. The cups themselves are seamless and practically invisible under t-shirts. This is also the only beige bra that is actually pale enough to match my skin tone!
The bra gives great support and has enough padding to give lift without being too much. The straps are fully adjustable. I find that the centre gore does come up a bit too high and is occasionally uncomfortable against the sternum, but it doesn't poke as much as my Cleo Juna does. I get some quadboobing from this bra, so I think I need to go up a cup, but the 28 band is quite comfortable on me (I'm normally a 30E)
This bra is a lousy fit for my full-on-top breasts. After wearing this bra for an hour, I suffer from significant quadboob but only in my lopsided breast (so much that my nipple shows), which is very annoying and uncomfortable. There is absolutely no give if your breasts are not uniformly sized. I know I could size up in the cup but there are too many things about this bra that I hate. I do not like how the bra squashes my breast together (cleavage). This could perhaps be a nice feature for some women, but for me, I need separation and could care less about cleavage and smashing my boobs together. Another thing I don't like about this bra is that I feel the padding is too thick and stiff. Freya is my go-to brand for a great fit, but the Deco failed me.
Typical Freya sizing. It took a couple wears to break in and for the band to feel comfortable and not too tight. It has wider straps than a typical bra, which I prefer actually. Very well constructed. I have full-on-top breasts and each one is a different cup size, so due to the fact this bra is a plunge, I experience slight quadboob in one cup. This is typical for any plunge bra on me, really. I appreciate the fact they continued the fabric into the upper part of the cup (versus lace), minimizing the quad boob effect. A great bra for those experimenting with plunge styles.
This bra is cut like the 28E - Freya ยป Just Flew In Padded Longline Bra (1393), which I absolutely love. It gives me a great, rounded shape, and holds my breasts up and together so my shallow, flat looking boobs look like normal breasts https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> (if such a thing actually existed.)
I do like how they used fabric straps instead of the industrial looking elastic they have on the JFI. It is more delicate and feminine looking. However, I haven't worn the bra long enough to be able to tell you if this change affections fit yet.
The center gore is a little bit too wide; it pokes a little bit on the left (inside), but it's not bothering me much. This is a really nice looking bra, and overall I'm happy with the fit. The band seems somewhat snug on the loosest hook. The cups are a good fit when my posture is good.
Bit of background: I only recently started wearing my correct bra size, so I was used to a much looser band, and untacked gore, and basically a completely different bra feel. Still getting used to how bras should fit, so some of these comments may not apply to everyone.
From the beginning, I though this bra was beautiful and made my boobs look better than anything else I had ever tried. However, it was fairly uncomfortable, - the center gore digs into my sternum, and the underwires seem to be pressing uncomfortably against my ribs in a couple of spots. Also, because the straps are fairly wide set, ...and I have a small frame, I felt like the bra straps were in my armpits.
I had to gently bend the wires away from my chest at the gore, which reduced the pressing, and slightly curved them to fit my ribcage better. This made the bra more bearable to wear for longer periods of time, but didn't quite fix all of discomfort. What did though was correcting my posture. When I sit/stand up straight, with my shoulders back, I can barely feel the bra, and the straps are magically moved out from my armpits. (I sit at a computer most of the day, so I have a tendency to slouch/hunch over.) I realize that this may not apply to everyone, but it helped me a lot!
Abbreviated version: boobs look awesome, fits well, slightly uncomfortably wires, but getting better with minor adjustments. Read more 142 more words
I ordered a 28E in this because I read the cups in this bra are a little on the small side. It's slightly to big for me; There is a little bit of gaping in the top of the cup. The DD might be too small though.
The longline is absolutely stunning. It makes my figure look very good. It's a bit of a challenge getting all 6 hooks to close but it's well worth it.
I won't exaggerate if I say that it's the best bra for deep necklines. Any other bra gives me such cleavge without additional padding. Deco is known for its generous cups and Deco Honey follow this tendency. I decided to go down a cup and a band size, as all Freya or Fauve 30 bands ar too loose for me. The 28 band is perfect even though it could be a bit more stretchy, it could not work on someone whose ribcage perimeter increases a lot while breathing. It's possibly due to the lace that covers the band. The cups run big, the bottom of the cup is rather shallow so that the breast tissue is pushed up to the edge of the cup which is very open. I like the new straps covered in a satin fabric - Freya's straps are very comfortable but not always so elegant! The bra is very comfy, all the fabrics are soft and it doesn't dig anywhere.
This strapless works perfectly for me. I've heard many people say strapless bras tend to run pretty tight in the band and that you should size up to be comfortable, but this bra's band measures pretty similarly to my regular 28 bands so I don't know if that's the case for this one, at least not in this size range. This bra does not move and does not poke out under the majority of my shirts/dresses so I love it!
