Never thought a Freya bra would become my everyday go-to bra, now that all of my favourite bras are too big in the cup. I always fit bras to my right, larger breast, so there's wrinkling on my left side.
It's not my size so the band is fits only when fastened the tightest , but apart from that: - the color is a nice red and the design is interesting - the straps are simple and cute - there are no scratchy bits of fabric - gives my bust a rounded shape
Shortened the band, lined the cups with upcycled padded bra cups, added darts and now have a great fitting white-based bra. I have the orange and red colour way but was disappointed as I thought I was getting the red and black. It is still lovely and I bought one set of matching undies and found a white embroidered pair that goes nicely. Cleavage obtained.
Post wear. The band stretched out quite quickly, I have done one shortening of the band and it is now stretched out again. THe cups are in good shape so I will transfer them to a Mimi Holliday bra where the cups are too small.
I have a wide root and shallow boobs. I do need flat cups but not extraordinary wide wires. I almost don't have any volume on top. I usually wear this bra when my boobs are smaller during the first weeks after my mestruation.
I altered this bra to something in between 28D/30C now it's well fitting. The wires are quite soft and extend easily. In my opinion it is really comfortable due to the light and soft padding. The bras main colour is a light warm green even though it appears to be yellow at some stock photos.
Wow, it's been a few years since I saw a new Freya Rio Balcony Bra (3510) being added, those have long been discontinued!
