I just don't know what it is with this bra. When I got it, I was surprised that it was kinda decent fit. (I had no luck with Freya in the past) So I assumed they stepped up their game and improved bras in GG+ range. I have now worn this bra now a few times and it gets worse and worse.
So first few words on when it was decent: so wires are right in the middle or very sturdy and very flexible, average and supportive enough for large size. The cups are rather tall and roomy on top. The lace band at the edge of the ...cups is stretchy so they won't cut in. The band is rather stretchy but did fit me well at first and felt true to size for a 32 band.
What has changed: recently the band felt just a bit loose and the bra felt less supportive. Keep in mind I only worn it like 5 times since I got it in January 2021. So I doubt it has already stretched out. The cups feel okay when I put it on. But after like 4-5 hours of wear the bra get more and more unspportive, there is strain on shoulder straps and the cup shape starts to look droppy. I don't understand this. I did not do anything --- not as if my boobs shrinked in few hours. So the top section kinda looks like it's too tall and not entierly filled which I cannot understan as I have very full on top boobs. Bras cut in on my boobs I don't get gaping! So I wonder if the materials of this bra are just weak and wear out very quickly? I don't really want to trash it here, keep try it for yourself, it's definitely better than Freyas GG+ offers in the past. Maybe it's just not suited to my shape??? At first I was so impressed and it felt good. Quality felt okay. That bra has deceived me big time. Read more 227 more words
It's a pretty bra, but yeah...it's not giving you the support as much as your others. Too bad...
Wilderness1 yes it's kinda unsupportive. I try to figure out why, bc I'm not sure I need another size?
Interesting because I’m FOB and I have the same issue with this bra, just a saggy look. I thought it was because the straps were too long or stretchy. I still haven’t figured it out
margesimpson Interesting, so it's not a FOB or FOT issue so general issue with the bra? I wonder if the materials are too weak and stretch out over the day? Does it happen when you put it on or you notice it a few hours in? For me it's the later as I put it on it looks ok, not super uplifted but after few hours the top gets dragged down.
alisa for me it’s not great when I put it on and it gets worse throughout the day too!
I recently acquired 3 used bras. I was not too worried about a perfect fit because I'm working from home, and was hoping to find some less intense options than my Ewa Michalak FBs to wear on days I just wanted more comfort.
I think this is a pretty bra. However it is not the right fit for me. I believe it is too shallow at the gore and the bottom of the cup for me, and slightly too small. The gore does not tack. The pattern is cute (gold geometric circle/snowflakes?) and the lace is sharp looking. But I did not like this enough to keep it and plan to list it.
First I have to say, that I wanted to order this bra in a 32J, but the size conversions on the zalando website where I found it, were all over the place. I ended up with 32JJ instead of my usual size 32J.
Check out also my review on 30K - Freya » Starlight Side Support Bra (5201) for a bit more information since the 2 bras share similar issues. Compared to that one I got right band size this time. The 32 band measures fairly tts for a 32 band. The cups on this bra were too big and too tall again. The wires are ...very wide on this bra too. I don't think that the 32J would work for me, since the wires would be still too wide. They almost end on my back! I think I would need H-cup wires combined with J-cup depth in this style.
A few words about the bra itself: The fabric is much nicer than on the Starlight bra I mentioned above. Not itchy at all. It looks like a better quality too. The upper cup is not stretchy, only the 2cm thick black lace at the edge of the cup is quite stretchy. Usually there is either a stretchy or non stretchy top section on a bra. I don't know how that would affect the fit, that only that lace ribbon is stretchy? Maybe the edge would not cut in? I don't know since I cannot fill these cups. Read more 141 more words
Wow! I see why you were so frustrated with this order! What a bummer
Too bad they sent me the wrong size. Now I'm still curious how the bra would fit me in the correct size ughh. I'm like 99.9% sure it won't work, but I don't know for sure…

I measure 29 inches snug, should I choose 28 band or 30 band.... Pls advise
This is a very nice bra. Made from 3 segments, unfortunately the shape is not good for me, and the highest problem is, that the centre gore is not flat at my sternum.
Cons: -Not rounded shape for me -My shoulders are narrow, the straps are to far apart, cause pain in my shoulders -Centre gore lie not flat
I've tried this bra in two sizes, and the underwires are too flimsy to offer much support or allow the gore to tack. The wires are wide like with most Freyas, but the overall construction simply isn't stable enough for this range of cup sizes.
This bra did not have enough projection on bottom and so the wires would not stay in the inframammary fold. As a result the bra rode down collecting lots of extra fabric, and the band became far too tight. The bra had plenty of projection, though, so it was a very odd shape mismatch overall. The wires were also very wide, going much further back into the armpit than needed.
I got this bra very cheap off Ebay. I wouldn't have bought it a full price since I knew that Freya and I don't get along and all Freya bras I've tried so far failed to work in the J+ cup range. This bra is no exception. The wires feel quite week. I find the band too stretchy, I need to wear it on tightest setting. The cups are about 1 size too small at least. I get some major quadboob and the gore doesn't lie flat. I think, that the construction is too weak to fully support some K-cup boobs. I cannot say much about the shape since the bra was obviously too small. The straps are wide and comfortable (I love Freya straps!) The bra itself is nothing special in my opinion. The purple colour is quite nice.
