I tried 35 bras before this model and this is the only one that feels like I’m not wearing a boob cage. To be fair, most were panache which have a very firm wire and band, and most were the wrong size because I was narrowing it down. But this one I can barely feel while it’s on. My next best was the panache envy, but I was between sides and it rubbed in the armpit.

I’m very full on bottom and even then, the top edge cuts in a tiny bit on my larger side, but it’s not uncomfortable, noticeable under shirts, or enough to create a mark. ... There is tons of immediate projection and no pointy look. The seams are smooth under shirts, and no lace to create texture. The band is pretty stretchy but still supportive. And I like the sheer look- it’s different! The support is really good. The best I’ve tried so far.

For Freya context, I tried the side support offbeat (very uncomfortable wire but a fit that looked good), viva (ran a cup big and the elastic tops created an unflattering shape), offbeat plunge (ran a cup size big and kind of a saggy shape). I would like to try the other high apex models.

The band is so much stretchier than those on my other bras that I had to size down. Limited availability meant that I had to take a cup size smaller than my usual sister size, but it fit well enough and only cuts in slightly across the top, which isn't visible through shirts. The honeycomb color is very pretty. The sheerness of the mesh and the stretchiness of the band means that it's almost imperceptible when worn. Consider getting a smaller sister size, especially at the smaller band sizes where each extra inch makes a big difference in support.

Not a good technical fit, but I really like the style and find the bra comfortable for casual/work wear. On me, I can get a passable fit when I'm not in the larger part of my cycle if I loosen the shoulder straps--it's a delicate balance between tightening the straps & having severe quadboob, or loosening & losing support (creating even more empty space at the bottom of the cup). Still, it's a way better fit (larger and/or less shallow cups?) than the 28G - Freya » Expression High Apex (5494) that I had tried.

I don't find the wires wide at all, but if I'd been able to size up to get proper cup depth then they might be too wide and the cups too full-coverage for my tastes. Definitely closed on top so won't work for full-on-top boobs.

I bought this hoping that the strap placement would be narrow enough for me, which I guess that parts OK, but the shape is all wrong. Cups are too wide and very closed off at the top.

Really cute style, but this size was way off for me. I am going to try the cup size up (28F), hoping it fits better. But I’m worried this model might Not be ideal for my slightly full on top shape - the high apex cuts into upper breast tissue.
