    Didn't fit

I liked my 65J - Gaia » Sandy Semi Soft (BS0594) quite a bit, so I decided I wanted another. I had also started to think that some of the minor issues I had with the band were actually because the cups were a smidge too small, so I thought I'd try the next cup size up. It arrived today, so I haven't worn it longer than for taking the pictures.
First reaction: oh, this is different than the other one! I guess by going up a size, they thought you'd need more support, so the straps are wider and there are three sets of hooks rather ... than two. This is not a problem for me, though I kind of wish it was noted somewhere on the listing. Especially since I know some people really prefer three hooks, so that could be a good selling point.
Other than that, by the brief time I've worn it, it seems to fit well and have the same comfort as the other. I really appreciate that the straps feel more centered than my other bras. It makes it so much more comfortable on my shoulders.
I'm excited to wear it for a full day and see how it stands up comfort and support wise. I'm still amazed I could get something my size, at least somewhat comfortable, for only $25 and free shipping.

    • Oh those straps look heavenly! This gives you a great shape. I agree that the 65J was too small, this one looks like it gives better side boob coverage. I like bras with 3 hooks too!

    • Those straps do look really nice! And I personally prefer 3 hooks too, just somehow feels more secure lol

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Gina is a padded demi bra with removable multiple straps. The padding is a light foam lining. The pattern is tan with micro white dots and white accents, same as Gaia’s Ginger. The cups are in 3 vertical sections.

Gina was one of my first Gaia bras. I loved the demi cups, pattern and multiway straps.

The band of the 65K measured 23” with a max stretch of 30”, and has 3 set of hooks with 3 rows of eyes. The straps ... are wide set, but can do cross backed to alleviate this some.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 11.5”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 12.5”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

The cups had a height of 7.4”.

I also tried Gina in 70I and 70J, plus Ginger 70J and Ginger Maxi in 70K which is similar except for the cups are in 2 vertical sections on bottom and 1 horizontal one on top.

    Didn't fit

Me: Narrow roots, narrow shoulders, evenly round, lots of immediate projection, very soft tissue, slightly FoB, slightly centre full, splayed, never met a gore I didn't like, left-heavey by more than a cup size, 31" underbust, but prefer tight band with extender. Panache, Freya size 30GG

This bra is not for me. I have tried three different sizes and they just don't work. On this size, the straps in my armpits and twice the size of the size down. The wires are not evilly wide, but they are massive in comparison to the smaller sizes. Even in this size, my centre fullness quads and I get a softish tack. It does have fabulous immediate projection. On top of everything else, I get in cup quading with the straps as loose as possible - so they are probably just too short.

No seam in the bottom part of the cup so absolutely no where near enough immediate projection. Bottom part of the cup is very strudy no stretch nude material smooth synthetic black lace layer on top. The top layer is also no stretch except on the bias. Top part of the cup is a similar, slightly more textured lace, but it has a pattern that is two to three times larger and round instead of pointed so it looks funny. Elastic long the top edge of the cup. There is a black side support pannel from outside edge o the wire to the strap attachment.

Otherwise, very narrow centre gore (see photo), three hooks, and expandible side boning, but narrower straps, fully adjustable but no scalloped or ribbing

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

The Renee is a semi soft bra with light foam lined bottom of cups and a very stretchy white lace on top. This stretchy lace is great for asymmetry, as well as hormonal and weight fluctuations, plus softer breast tissue. The pattern is a dark grey with little white daisies and red centers, both in cups and band. In comparison to the Maxi line Renee, which has a black band, the regular line Renee is prettier and more esthetically pleasing.
    ...
The band of the 65K measures 24” to a max of 32.5” stretched, with 3 hooks and 3 rows of eye loops.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 11.5”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 14”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

I tried the Renee regular line in 65J, 65K, and 70J, as well as the Renee Maxi in 70K and 70L.

    Litsa in 65J / Litsa in 65K
I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Litsa is a full padded bra of beige with black lace over the whole bra. It is a half cup style, and the padding is light foam lining, more for support than volume. The straps are adjustable multiway, allowing for a variety of options from regular, to halter, to backless, crisscross, single strap etc. It is similar in shape and style to Gaia’s Gina bra. I tried this bra in both 65J and 65K, but returned the 65K ... before taking pictures, so I’ve combined the review for both in one for simplicity.

The band measured 23” to a max of 29.5” with 2 hooks and 3 rows of eye loops on the 65J, and 23.5 to 29.5” with 3 hooks and 3 rows of eye loops on the 65K.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 10” (65J) & 11” (65K)

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 12” (65J) & 13.5” (65K)

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

The cup height was 6.75” on the 65J and 7” on the 65K. For me, this was neither deep enough nor tall enough to accommodate my breasts, resulting in both quad boob and escaped nipples that sat above the cups instead of within. If they made it in a 65M/N, I think it would have worked.

Great for enticing your partner, not workable under any shirt, even a sweatshirt otherwise. I really wanted this one to work, as I love the demi style half cups as well as the multi functional straps. Alas, another that didn’t work for me.

And yes, I do realize I was in denial of what size I really needed, but I had difficulty accepting my new growth, and the idea of any “cup” labeled above a K seemed really too big in my brain. The concept of EU vs UK sizing method was new to me, so I did not understand why the J-K cup didn’t work, figuring it must just be a shape/style mismatch…….a year later, I feel like such an idiot as I revamp my original reviews and notes, especially with these Gaia bras. I really loved the patterns and styles, and so wanted them to work for me!

Irida is a padded bra, beige with black lace over the bottom half, and beige with black dots on the top. The padding is a light foam lining, more for support than for added volume.

The band was 22” to a max 28.5” with 3 hooks and 3 rows of eyes.

    Cup Depth as measured by:

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Alina is a padded bra in Ecru (off white). The padding is the typical light foam lining, more for support than adding volume. The material is super soft, with a nice pattern on the cups and lace over the padding on top.

I returned this bra, one of the few I’ve ever opted to return, and unfortunately I didn’t take pictures prior to share. Sorry :/

The band measured 23.5” to a max of 30.5” with 3 hooks and ... 3 rows of eyes.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 11”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 13”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

Straps are wide set, but not as bad as some of them.

If the cups would have fit, I really would have loved this bra. I’m not big on white bras, but ordered it because it was cheap and I was trying to figure out my sizing still after spending a small fortune of Gaia/Gorsenia bras that didn’t fit. I know it would be comfortable in the right size, as the material is so soft and felt great on the skin.

This is semi-soft(the bottom part is padded, the upper one is a stretch lace) three-seam bra. I have one in 'vanilla' colourway which is somewhat creamy with silver embroidery. That looks nicely once you bought it, but when you put it on, that may look as if the bra is just a dirty ivory one(depending on your skin tone) - that's why I mark its appearance as 'good', not 'excellent', as I really love how the bra looks overall.

It is definitely deep, with looots of immediate projection, and brings boobs to front and creates a nice cleavage, but be aware that it doesn't give one smooth ... round shape: the horisontal (actually, rather diagonal) seam is seen through closes. Yet, the bra itself is not seen under white clothes(at least, on my fair skin). The tag says 65K, but it doesn't really correspond to any 30H bras I had. It's smaller both in cups and band. I'd say the bands like this one should be marked 29 as they'd be on the looser side for a 28 and definitely too tight for TTS 30. The cups seem to be closer to usual 30GG or even 30G
