Two-part/one-seam and lightly moulded cups: flexible light/thin padding. Balconette or half-cup. Cup material is silky inside and out.
Great immediate projection and open-on-top shape. The depth is greatest along the top at 9” exactly and the depth along the apex is 8.5”.
Band is like a 28.
Wings have firm boning. Wires are firm. Wire channels actually slightly overlap at the top of the gore, which is the first time I’ve seen a British brand do this.
I really love the dark purple, but for me, a 28F, this is too big in the cups so I’ll resell it.
I have this in a different two pack - floral w/white and a bright light blue one. Looking at the site it isn't on there any more either. I had to buy this size as there were no 28 bands now that I have it, I'm glad I couldn't get a 28. This bra does not fit at all, I'll do a list that is more concise, rather than ranting on. Orange in a glass and gaping at the top - the size below I quadboobed, so I'm just thinking the whole shape is wrong for me. The wires dug in and hurt a lot, I couldn't lean back while wearing ...it. They left red marks after wearing them during the day. The straps are very thick, I tried to buy a strap converter as my right shoulder slopes so straps will slide down - I had to send them back, because the straps were nearly breaking them. The band also rides up - no clue why. Slightly too narrow for me. As an informal measurement the unstretched band is 24 inches....for a 30 band.
I bought this bra around...October I think, its now mid june the year afterwards and the bra has not stretched out in anyway.
It may be better for people with very small ribcages (it hurts for me a lot and I roughly measure 25 inches around) who have fob and narrower roots. Read more 120 more words
I bought this bra as one of Debenham's famous "Pack of Two" bras in their Gorgeous DD+ section. I've since grown out of my 30F bras and sadly, this bra does not fit me anymore. It came in a pack with a tan bra, which I have already sold.
It's made of a really soft fabric and is really comfortable to wear. It's got a pretty lace section at the top of the cup which prevents the usual cup-edge-folding-out problem that padded bras like this tend to have. It's a really good T-shirt bra and I'm sad it doesn't fit anymore.
I've only ever actually worn this bra once or twice, as I more often needed to use the tan bra it came with, so it's still in very good condition.
This is an absolutely gorgeous bra. I bought it back when I measured as a 30F and I loved the way it made my breasts look, but since my breasts have grown it is now obviously too small. Great for cakes-on-a-plate cleavage! Even for normal cleavage if your breasts are center-heavy. For a half-cup style bra the gore is pretty low. My only issue with it was that the straps were a little too wide, and irritated my armpits.
I love this style. I have yet to fit into one, but I love it. It's a super-comfortable T-shirt bra, lightly foam-padded, with three vertical seams. I like the look, with smooth cups & a cute polka-dotted ribbon, enough to give it flair without upsetting a T-shirt line. I'm still amazed that my favorite type of bra in my size range is just cavalierly sold in two-packs in the U.K. Here in the U.S., they're impossible to find.
Okay, the fit. So I do get quad-boob. I'm holding out hope that I'm just a 30FF in molded-cup bras (even though I'm consistently a 30F in soft-cup bras) and I can find a good fit if I size up. Lalalala I'm not listening when you tell me that this style is just too closed on top for me.
This bra is stunning. There is a pinkish lace over the purple padded cup and the detail on the straps is beautiful. It's perfect for peaking under tanks!
The cups are a little too open for me, I think I'd fare better in a cup size smaller, but it's hardly noticeable. I don't think it's a cup size big or anything, I just think it's because it is a plunge (which are not great for shallow breasts). That being said, this is a great plunge for shallow breasts!
The band feels like a good true (tight) 30, so it feels great on my 27.5 in ribcage.
I got this from another user, and I'm sad that I can't find it online because I'd order multiple more!
This is a moulded plunge, but the cups are too closed to give real cleavage. The cups are also too tall for me which is a problem I often have. The cups run large, this feels more like a 30FF/G than a true 30F.
That is a gorgeous bra!!!! Perfect purples & awesome paisley pattern!!!! :-) I love it!!!
