Just in time for spring and summer, this might be my new most comfortable bra (we'll see how it performs when driving, moving around at work, etc). I'm really pleased with the fit - narrow wires, good immediate projection, low and narrow gore, wings not too low or too high (I think; this is my hardest fit aspect to figure out, seems like), plus a good rounded shape. This one was a complete gamble, as the model wasn't even added to Bratabase and I could only find one other review for it online. However, the price was right and I really wanted another grey bra, so I gave ... in.

The only other Gorsenia I've tried (the Soleil, really should write a review sometime but I'm still trying to figure out if I can alter it to fit better) was a bit too big and tall, so I sized down in this one. That seems to have worked for my short roots, though the bit of elastic tape on the inside edge of the lace might cut in on someone with more fullness up top than I have. The measurements do seem to suggest it runs big/deep in the cups, and the tag lists it as both 70 and 32 E accordingly and the vendor sold it as a 32E UK size. I'll probably stick with this size for now, as the 70F put the straps a bit too far into my armpits for my liking. I could use a tad more room at the gore, but that's typical for me and it's not painful so far.

The band seems true to size, perhaps a bit on the stretchy side, but right now with my winter weight gain it's comfortable. There's side boning, which I'll probably remove like I usually do, but I actually didn't notice when trying it on and taking pics.

Appearance wise, it's a really pretty bra. Most of it is a soft, silvery grey with a shimmer to the fabric. I had thought the lace was going to be grey and white, but there's actually some color to it - some of the flowers are a very pale green and yellow. The gore has a bow but also a blinged out charm with a pearl dangling from it. It all feels a bit fancier than I need, but I like the fit so much I can't complain. I do like that there's more of the embroidered lace where the straps meet the cups instead of more bows.

All in all, I'd like to try more Gorsenia if I can be sure of which models are going to have narrow wires, which are balcony or plunge bras instead of full cups like the Soleil, and if I can find more which appeal to me aesthetically.

This is an absolutely gorgeous bra. It's a very light blue-ish green color with beautiful lace details at the top of the cups, and it has velvet bows where the straps meet the cups and at the center gore. There is also a small bit of metal and a detail of "dots" under the band at the center. Thankfully, most of the cup has smooth fabric and the lace is not very raised so it barely shows underneath clothes.
The seller said it is a "full cup bra", and it is a bit fuller coverage than other Gorsenias I've tried on, but not overly so. This size has 3 ... rows of hooks as opposed to other models that usually have 2.
I find it very comfortable, I've had it on all day without needing to adjust or wanting to take it off. My breasts are very projected and quite full on bottom with soft tissue and this bra worked perfectly. It gives a beautiful rounded shape that I really love.
A couple notes on sizing: my size is usually 30F but I followed the advice of a couple people to go up a band size. I bought this through Brastop and they sold it as a 32DD (they advise to size down a cup so I followed that as well), but the tag on the bra says it's a UK 32E. Either way it fits great but I recommend to take a good look at the tags if possible to find if they will fit.

For some reason when I gave this away and marked it not owned, BBase got rid of the info on it? Stupid.

    Anyways.

Really miss this style. It had a lot more projection from the wire, rather than just overall projection in the very center of the cup. The wires as with all Gorsenia were a super tall narrow 'U' shape which didn't work the best with my \___/ shaped IMF. But I took them out and changed for some Emerald Erin ones that worked better, even if the gore was higher at the time than I preferred.
This gave the lower outer cup ... a more pronounced wrinkle at the outer wire that couldn't be helped, but it didn't fight with my side-heavy shape (no side spillage). At the time I began to notice everything else was fitting on the smaller side and began cycling up through comexims, but this style lasted a bit longer in rotation. Probably about 5-6 months all told (around when I needed 28G/GG).

Marita was also very dense-tissue friendly, didn't try to shove or smash me around like some other styles in this brand. However due to the weirdly wide/bottom full nature of of my shape vs marita's generally overfull but not deep shape, it did feel like the center inner of the cups at gore eventually became tight and flattening. So in turn I concluded it wasn't a great style for inner fullness at the time, when in actuality I was in a much too small size that was difficult to diagnose due to having extra short breasts that only grow horizontally (yeah I know you'd think they would look like -- -- but anatomy is a trickster and we got o o instead).

I class Gorsenia as generally fuller & narrower than UK brands, making the exception for Katherine Hamilton and a few discontinued Cleos. They come in a lot of shapes! But there's a few trademark similarities they share with other brands: Tall wires. Cups are flattening from the outer side. Lack of Plunges. No stretchy forgiving upper cup band (these may be 2 exceptions! casablanca & I forget what else right now). Shallow halfcups that run smaller than their regular balconette styles. For some these are crucial needs, for me it's an annoying dealbreaker

So musing on what else out here had a similar fit or shape? I can't really say this has a polish analogue in Comexin or the shallower/fuller Kinga. Back to the Uk brands:

Unlike Panache Tango this was narrower but had MORE ROOM EVERYWHERE!
Like all Gorsenia there is a tendency to push the sides forward in a subtle manner.
Like Tango, Marita is a well centered round style.
Conclusion- Marita's depth & fullness spoiled me so that when I began trying Tango it felt unnaturally closed in in the cups and strangely small in much larger sizes with equally larger wires.

Bought for my teen, whose hated how loud it squeeked.
We oiled the o rings which did quiet it down, but not completely.

She also disliked how the slings and shape at the frame in the cup made it difficult to fit into the cup, and found it impossible to get the baggy end all the way over and around each breast. It was perversely shallow and small, despite measurements matching hers at the time.
It basically fit like a compression top pushing her breasts hard back into the chest, and left a rumply sack shape sticking out over the unsmashed end of ... her breast.
Every attempt to pull the cups around failed and the cup would crawl off her, and the base of the cups would go back to squashing her flat. It was a disaster.

Surely someone with very narrow breasts that are side set or spaced away from each other will find this thing amazing, and marvelously rounded in profile, but it really wasn't for someone whose generally full, close set or upper full.

I don't understand how every one of Gorsenia's main style types is so incredible different.
Half cups are NOT for anyone with a full shape.
Supportive wireless only for very small bustlines.
Their 'big' balconettes are more shallow than the regular ones.
Regular bras fit a size large though. I love the fit of this brand for the most part but someone just explain what on earth is going on here.

The construction & materials used is otherwise top notch, very sturdy, feltlike soft, with a fabulously elastic , mesh upper band in the cup. This is such a nice modern sleek take on the classic vintage unwired bra build. I certainly hope there is further work or styles based on it that work better in the future.

Holy Baby's First Seance Witchtitties, what have I gotten myself into?
While there is overall fullness built into this style, it's less generous near the wire a la Epic Lift (tm) & feels like this bra wants to make me very... triangular, which isn't exactly what the cup pattern would suggest (fully front & center style). Considering I'm nowhere near conical when au naturale, this is an odd feat.
Also, to those who need every immediate depth, beware the beast of not-enough-space-at-wire creating in-cup quadding ... on the bottom & pushing everything to apex into a conical shape. You know the one. Wicked Bitch of the east, Who? Oh her. We don't speak anymore, mutters the wench of the West.

Those who aren't that full near the root carry on, this bizzy mama gotcha. RIP my dumbness for being very full & wide in this one, everything went fully horizontal and strongly projected so I guess we doing that now! Better start rummaging for those retro 50's pinup dinner dresses.

Narrower, taller cup than other gorsenia's I've tried (marita, casablanca, paradise, magic rose). Feels like there is a general side sling/sideboob suppressing action in the cup design, which I see more in gorsenia halfcup's shaping.

Not very full in the cup but definitely has decent even projection, sufficient depth, fit is closed off on top so even & FOT beware. It's not into my sideboob but it also isn't painful & wires are ok so it stays.
Update: removed wires, the gore floats about 2" but can just get by as a nifty sleep bra, as the displacement of boob upward from tight lower cup cuts into tail of spence when upright.

I went back and forth on this bra and ended up deciding I like it. The band is looser than I normally wear but it doesn’t hike up really during the day. The cups are some of the narrowest I have. I decided I like the print too. It’s an overall comfortable bra. The projection at the wires is good. Doesn’t poke anywhere or rub.

The wires were very stiff and uncomfortable. The band is a little tight. I have a Gorsenia padded half cup in 65F and sister sized to a 70E in the Salma. The cup depth is about an inch deeper in the Salma compared to the padded half cup I own. I full out the bottom of the Salma, but the top of the cups are a little open for me. It is a beautiful bra.
