I mean, I've kept this bra and I wear it occasionally. It's not like it's wildly uncomfortable. But it's a compromise until I get a few more Comexims and then it'll probably go (if you want it and you're in Australia let me know...)
The Good: 1) It's pretty. The colour is sort of a pale salmon? Like you know the colour it goes when it's cooked? That colour. The lace is glossy. 2) The wires are nice and narrow. 3) the lace at the top means there's a bit of wiggle room for being functionally FOT and also for hormonal changes (I'm weird and I shrink during shark ... week.) 3) For a 30 band, it runs pleasantly small. I can fasten it on the middle hook, which is unusual even in most 28s for me. 4) Despite the cup being too small and shallow on my big side, it stretches to fit ok, and it fits the small side. Forgiving on asymmetry. Them's the words I'm looking for.
The Bad: 1) The gore is way too wide for me. I'm going to try sewing the wire channels together at the top (the design means they aren't actually connected at the top. Only at the bottom.) 2) The lace is only attached at two points over the top of the soft lining, so it slides down and bunches in weird ways. Again this can probably be fixed by a bit of hand sewing, but maybe this is also a bit of shape incompatibility. 3) It feels flimsy on. It only has one row of hooks. I don't feel supported.
The Ugly: There aren't any true dealbreakers here for me, but the unsupported feeling can only get worse in cup sizes north of a 28E.
All in all, this one's a bit meh, but given the narrow wires and small 30 band on it, I'd be willing to give other Gossard bras a go.
