Super gorgeous bra! I bought this several years back from Zulily, and while Cristin is discontinued, I find that all of their bras fit similarly with this cut. Cristin has the tallest gore out of all the Kris Line push ups I own. This isn't a terribly huge issue. The wires are fairly soft and I was able to sew the top of the gore together (worn that way in my photos) but it still pushes my breast tissue apart a little bit due to touching roots. This shouldn't be an issue for most people, the gore isn't really that tall anyways. The band came ...very stretchy. I've altered it down (cut and sew) to make it fit me better, but it's still very stretchy due to being only 1 layer. In the future, I may consider adding power-mesh to the underside of the band to increase support. Under a shirt, the shape I get is phenomenal, which is why I put up with imperfections in fit. I love push up bras, and this one adds a good amount of projection to the breast without too much padding. I would like to add that some reviews for the same cut of this bra have said that the cups run small. I actually find the cups true to size and comparable to other polish bras of the same size. Please keep in mind this is only for 60F and shallow shaped breasts, since scaling can change in other sizes and may fit differently for other breast shapes.
My biggest complaint is that the straps are very far apart on this bra, and this is true with the other 2 I own in the same cut. I will eventually move the straps in, but it is very difficult to find matching thread since the colour of this bra is very unique.
On a side note, I do own the matching briefs in a Size 38. In Ewa, that would be much too big for me, but the 38 fits well on 34-35inch hips. Read more 243 more words
My boobs have average projection, and my roots are not tall and are narrow, but my tissue is wide. This bra fit very well after I adjust the left wire. The inside of the left cup gaps a bit, but after adjusting the wire (every time I put it on) it fits just as well as the right cup. The band is a bit loose. If you're in between a band size and you prefer a tighter fit, I would get the smaller size (this is at least true for the 28).
This wouldn't make a great t shirt bra, as the padding is rather thick and you can see the line from the top of the cup, but there are no visible seams when worn with tight, thin shirts.
I don't know what to make of this bra. Some semi softs of Kris Line fit me great, some OK, but this one is a total failure. Cups width seems narrow, empty space inside the cups where the padded part meets the lace, while the lace cutting into breast tissue. The 28 band is too tight for me as well. I'm guessing that it would fit better with firmer breasts with more projection than what I have. I get a terrible torpedo shape. Possibly could try a different size. The materials are top quality and heavenly soft, just as one can expect from this brand.
I normally wear a 28E but ordered a 28F when I read a suggestion to size up in Kris Line. The wires are narrow, which is good for me. However, they are much too tall for my high-set breasts and poke my armpits. The wires sit lower than my inframammary fold because it's so tall. The band seems to ride up, but I think that might be because the cups sit so low on me, since the band seems pretty true-to-size.
The bra has pretty lace and a cute charm/bow at the gore. I also appreciate the fact that the straps are removable.
This would probably work better for someone with tall, narrow roots who wanted the kind of "oomph" that half-cups create.
I love it! The cups seem so comfortable and smooth. Gore and straps probably wouldn't work for me either though.
