This is an excellent option for taller people. These delightfully adjustable straps don't adjust short enough for my short-waisted, petite frame. Consequently, the support in this 32F is less than a similar Shock Absorber 4490. I can wear my Shock Absorber 4490 without the band fastened and still receive excellent support. I would have no support in La Isla A199 without the band fastened. Please note, this La Isla looks identical to Shock Absorber's Ultimate Run Bra. I surmise the Ultimate Run Bra, like La Isla A199, is better for taller people.

Nevertheless, this bra has some admirable characteristics:
1. Padded straps
2. Seam free internal lining
3. Straps adjust +/- 3"
4. Comfortably stretchy band

If you are high-set and/or petite, this is not the best choice for you. But, low-set and/or tall users may be thrilled with the strap length.

La Isla and Syrokan make many knockoff version of sports bras for much cheaper. This bra looks the Shock Absorber's Ultimate Run Bra but I have never tried that bra so I don't know how similar in quality they are. This bra is true to size. I wish it came in a 30F because the band feels slightly too lose for me. The cups aren't padded but are made of 2 layer of thick material that don't show any thing. The cups start getting deeper about 2 cm above the band so it folds over. The fabric feels very smooth and silky and drys quickly. The shoulder straps sometimes come detached, usually its when I'm driving home so not a big deal. I wear the bra for cycling and the support is great. The racerback straps do not sit right on my shoulder blades and feel uncomfortable. I've tried it without the clip and the straps kept on detaching. Its good for exercising and then I cannot wait to take it off because of the straps. I love color.
