This was the first bra I ever bought that fit half decent. The band isn't too large for once. The band is snug and doesn't move around. I also like how the cups are close together and it doesn't appear to flatten me out or pull my breasts too far apart. My only issue is that when I scoop myself into the bra I get a mean case of quad boob, and if I don't it feels like in escaping out the sides of the bra a bit. I would try it in a cup size up, but they don't sell the 30 band size any more!
Main issue is that the band is too big and the cup is not wide enough for my larger boob, some boobage that gets pushed out the side of the cup. Straps don't shorten enough to get a good lift, but maybe just because they need to be extra tight to compensate for the band not giving proper lift. Overall not too uncomfortable and is my everyday bra, but does look very unflattering without a top on.

The band's quite stretchy though. It's fairly well made, not super expensive, and frankly, if it came in a smaller band and bigger cup, I'd buy it again.
Quadboob never happens to me! I measure out as a 30C or 28D and this was definitely too small for me. The 30 band was also very tight, but I think it would stretch with time; I can get it fastened and can get two fingers underneath. It's not made of the softest material but it works. The 30D I ordered fit me so much better!
I have shallow & wide breasts and this fits wonderfully on me. I am 30B in Aerie bras, so I don't know its La Senza or Aerie that runs true to size. I measure as a 28C/30B so I think La Senza may run small in the cups.
