  If it really is visible in real life... An Oscars-night trick is to sew contoured bra cups into the dress and use double sided tape to, er, secure the cups to your boobs. It looks like you have a number of bras that maybe don't fit ideally so perhaps this is a worthy cause to sacrifice one of them...

• Thanks. Yes I think I would buy a cheap contoured bra and sew the cups to it. BTW I was wearing the dress without any bra. The hack I did with the pink bra doesn't work at all

• Oh right OK. There are backless bustier type bras out there too, but I don't know if they would work here--the dress looks like it is open all the way to the natural waist.

• A special thanks to wendybien. I sacrificed one of my bras and sewed into the dress. It worked!!! OMG!!!! I can't believe it. I look wonderful and I am prepared for the wedding ceremony!
