This is a bra designed for 'Special Occasions'. Overall, it is very good quality, despite having a few quirks.
The band has consistent stretch throughout, except because it has an additional band of elastic across the top, it caused the muffin back look behind my arms. There are 3 loops in the top of the back band to hook the straps onto, which is how it converts from standard to wide, narrow, racerback, halter, a close 'V', or open back (where the straps are reattached right behind the arms...a great option for an open-back dress!) The front straps are soft, but not adjustable, and have plastic tabs ... that attach near the top of the shoulders to the back straps. Unfortunately, even though I don't have narrow shoulders, the front straps are much too far apart or me and cause quite a bit of gaping with movement. The cups are also tall and cut in my 'Tail of Spense' on my short torso. If you are FoT or high-chested you may escape that problem. If you would be wearing this with a dress that has little shoulder loops to hold straps in place, then you would be fine. Otherwise, you might need to pin the straps to the dress to keep them from falling down.
The cups are quite wide and heavily padded (1" thick) along the outer edge. This pushes your breasts together to create awesome cleavage, but on me at least, it also flattened out in the middle. The cups are molded and have a smooth mesh overlay, with a band of microfiber along the top edge. The seam between the two fabrics is not noticeable under clothes. The cups sat fairly well in my IMF, but because the cups are so heavily padded, it kept feeling like it was going to drop down onto my ribs.
I would recommend this bra if you needed it for a special occasion, but not for everyday use.
