I have close-set big boobs, and this is the best bra (to date) that I have found that fits me. My boobs stay in place, and this bra actually holds them forward and upward, giving them a more youthful pointy shape while maintaining some modesty. It is unlined, no added bulkiness from padding. Side boob is somewhat under control as well. It is not the most sexy bra I would like my boyfriend to see me wearing, but under clothes....? Dang, this bra makes me look perky and 10 lbs. thinner. And ...making you look young and thin is good by me! On the downside, it does have a matronly appearance. Also, the cups could be closer together. I have a short torso, and this bra could probably be altered to make the straps even shorter. I have them on the tightest position for now. Also, I took this picture today and this bra has been seriously worn for a year. Please pay no attention to the shabbiness of my favorite bra https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
SOME TIME LATER... I recently looked at some pictures of myself wearing this bra WITH CLOTHING and had a rude awakening! Alas, this bra is a minimizer and it squashed my boobs--making me look very thick torso'd! A weird, thickish torso which is not attractive at all. No more minimizers for me! Read more 159 more words
I'm about 4 hours into my first day wearing this bar. Here's how I feel so far:
I tried this bra in a 36DDD (what I measured as) and it was a smidge too big in the cups. This size feels perfect so far. The underwires don't seem to be poking my armpits; however, the cups feel like they may be too wide? The underwire width isn't bothering me at the moment, so I can't complain too much.
I'm used to wearing padded bras, but this one doesn't feel too exposing. It's just the right amount of thickness.
The line where the lace and the main ...bar part meet up sits a little strangely, but it doesn't appear to be too noticeable under a t-shirt. Something more form-fitting may have an issue.
The gore isn't sitting flat against my sternum, but it's less than 1 cm away.
The band is so comfortable! It's not cutting into my backfat painfully, which is a definite win.
----------------------------- I've been wearing these bras for a couple of weeks now, so I think I have a better feel for them.
The good news is that the band still feels nice and comfy. No complaints about that whatsoever!
My biggest complaint is the underwires digging into my armpits (negating my first review). That's pretty much a constant battle. If they were just a little bit shorter, I don't think it would be an issue.
The second problem is the center gore. It's so tall on me, that it always feels like it's pointing outward when I'm sitting for a while.
The third problem is that I think the straps are too wide set for me. I feel like I keep adjusting them and can't find that sweet spot.
A fourth, and completely superficial, issue is that I feel these bras make my boobs look small.
The more I wear these bras, the more I'm realizing they're just not right for my body. Read more 222 more words
The bra is one of the more comfortable bras I own, but doesn't fit perfectly. If I "swoop and scoop," then I get slight quad-boob. The under wire also doesn't sit flush under the bust, it sits a bit down from the bottom of the breast.
This is the best fitting bra I own. I have 2, 1 tan, 1 black. They measure and fit the same. This is my go-to most comfortable bra. The fabric is very soft, it has extra stretch inserts inside the cups along the wires, it also has 4 rows of hooks so you have leeway. My under-boob chest measures just shy of 31 so I don't think this bra would fit someone who would normally wear a 36 band. I've been wearing this bra (and frequently due to its comfort) for about 6 months now and if anything it just seems to fit better. The band has become softer, but not really stretched out much. The band itself is so wide and also with an underband I don't expect it will stretch out as much as thinner bands do. I give it full marks!!
