Boobs don't spill over, but it doesn't completely fill out either (Though this is not visible at all..) The 70/32D did spill over. Band was very tight on the loosest hook when I bought it (doesn't happen to me often if I buy a 70/32 band), but after few weeks or so it's comfortably tight on the tightest hook and too loose on the other two hooks. So I guess it pretty stretchy. The bra feels very comfortable and supportive, gives a nice shape. Also it looks really pretty (the colour, the design etc)
