This bra is a sports bra for medium impact. It's comfortable, and the back is made with a mesh fabric. It isn't very breathable in the front, but it does absorb sweat. The straps are adjustable and they can be taken off in the back so that you can cross the straps and have even more support (similar to a racerback). The band is thick and so are the straps.
