This bra is a tricky one to get right with sizing. The band is very thin, so feels like it's riding up, but is still level with the front of the bra. The underwires are narrower than I like, so I do have to adjust the bra occasionally as my breast tissue settles outside the cup. The shape is great, rounded, uplifted and the cleavage is fantastic! The lace does show through clothing, so this isn't a t-shirt bra. However, it is very resilient lace. I do sometimes wash my bras in the machine, when pushed for time, and the lace hasn't come undone anywhere! Love this bra, highly recommend, but be prepared to try a few sizes before getting the right fit. I got a cup size smaller, which works for my bottom heavy shape, but other reviews say that top heavy may need to size up in the cups.

This is for the beige/white colorway. Very similar to the fit and cut of the Dephi I reviewed in 30H except this one is about a quarter to third inch smaller in the lower cup, and generally taller in band. While the band is an inch loose for me, the cups are about a size small and don't really want to stay in place, leading to more gore issues.
Biggest problems for me were the size (too small, I should be wearing a HH) and the placement of the gore. The gore felt too low. I also remember this bra being very uncomfortable when I first bought it although I don't know why. Would probably work splendidly for someone with different boobs, tho. The fabric also doesn't seem to be very high quality
Bent the wires to narrow them and curve around my front better. Narrowed the center gore as much as possible to tilt the cups and open them up a little on top. Beautiful color, dusty grey purple.
I am a fairly even and projected breast shape. I have average-to-narrow roots with a slight omega shape. My best fitting bra is a Cleo Lily in 28GG, though I think a 30G would be more comfortable in terms of band length.
I think this bra would be good for someone with wide and somewhat shallow breasts - even they, for whom the shape would be a match, may want to look into sizing up a cup size or so, however.
Normally, I wear a 30G or 30FF, so the cups on this bra DEFINITELY run pretty small. It's two-three cup sizes up from what I normally wear, as ...well as a band size up. I fill the cups out fairly nicely, though the top fabric on the cup, above the seam, seems really loose.* The seam lies flat, but the soft fabric does not.
*(I just tried it on again, and I seem to fill out that fabric very nicely when I'm nearing my period and my breasts are a bit larger.)
The wires here are pretty wide. My ideal wire width is found in the Lily, which encompasses me perfectly. These wires extend under my arm pits and I have a bit of loose fabric due to it.
The wings are also a bit high for me, however, I think this is mostly because of how far back the wires go. If the ACTUAL wings rather than the wires were hitting my sides properly, I don't think I'd have an issue.
As far as aesthetics and build materials, this is a very pretty and high quality bra. The fabric used in the cups is luxuriously soft, and the lace decoration is also gorgeous. It has a "classic" quality to it that's rather timeless without feeling like it's an old lady's idea of attractive. Read more 196 more words
I believe this bra is defective/mislabeled -- the tag says 32 gg but I'd say more like a tight 30gg. I cannot close the bra without an extender, and it's at least 2 cup sizes small on me. I own a 32gg masquerade Delphi, and have no problems.
The bra is gorgeous, and other than clearly not being the size it claims to be, there are no defects. I may try to reorder another 32GG to see if I actually get one this time https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" />
I actually like the color of this bra. This bra will or will not work for someone, depending on the shape. This did not probably work for my shape, or perhaps, the cups are just too big. I experienced gaping at the top of the cups. This actually gives a rounded shape and has a minimizing effect.
The straps are thickly padded and only half adjustable. I personally don't mind the padding, I think its a great feature. This is the bra I wear when my shoulders and neck are killing me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
The embroidery shows under thinner shirts, unfortunately.
I've wanted this bra for so long and it's really beautiful. The band is tight, but I'm in between sizes so that works well for me. The bottom of the cup is pretty shallow and I'm not sure if that's going to be a problem or not. The gore also doesn't quite touch my sternum, but ever so slightly lifted. The straps are skinny, which is nice but they are pretty far apart. It does not seem to be an issue for me though. I love how this bra works and will probably keep it even though it's not perfect because it's close enough and gorgeous!
What an absolutely beautifully constructed bra. I got this realizing it would be too small but I had to have it and try it out. It is worth every penny of regular retail price that Masquerade charges. It has hte prettiest eyelet type lace on the top of the cups and below them. It also has a bow at the gore with a cute heart rhinestone. It gives great cakes on a a plate cleavage, really round and uplifted. Too bad for me it's 1-2 cup sizes too small. I would love to trade for a 32H.
This is such a gorgeous bra. The band and straps fit me perfectly, but the cups are much too big.. I ordered the wrong size. If I could order it in a smaller cup size, I would!
I saw reviews that this ran small so I ordered a cup size up. The cups don't quadboob but they push away the center gore, which is good in a way because if my breasts didn't push away the gore it would hurt because it's too high. As it is, the gore rests on close-set breast tissue. This bra only lasts half a day - but OMG the silhouette it creates! It's a very pretty bra, it's lined.. I wouldn't say "padded" - maybe very lightly, but it makes my boobies ginormous. Which in certain outfits might be a good thing https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> but not for everyday wear.
And now it's gone, I've swapped it. Hopefully it will work better for someone else https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
I love the Rhea - so many things about it work well for me even where I have issues in other bras. The wires are the right width and height, the straps aren't too far apart, it's comfortable, nothing pokes, and it gives great lift.
Too bad I bought it before I was educated about my proper size and fit... it's too small in the cup and a little big in the band, so I get quadboob and it rides up a bit in the back. I would probably need a 30HH in this bra, which happens to be my current size. I think it runs pretty true to size.
I like this bra because it gives a nice rounded shape, with a good front presentation, and is low-cut enough that I don't worry about it showing underneath camisoles. It is not the most "secure" bra - although I have rated it as the cups fit well, because they mostly do, because it's such an open cup on top my left (larger) breast has a habit of falling out of the cup toward the center line (away from the strap) when I lean forward. The line is perfect when I am standing or sitting normally - it's just not a bra for athletic activity.
The bra didn't stretch out significantly after several months of wear. The orange colour is fun and didn't fade.
Such a pretty bra! This is my 2nd attempt to see if I could find a size to fit me. 32H way to big at the top of the cup. 32GG (this one) still a tiny bit to big only at the very top of the cup, not a great enough fit to keep. I do think that the 32G would be too small. Also, very wide straps not sure how comfy it would be after a long day. Just thinking this one is not a good shape for me! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
